lazy_organics I probably killed the Milky Way when i transplanted into the netpots. The Green Crack is growing really well.

lazy_organics GC seedling had pretty quick growth. As a lot of roots were showing i filled the big tank and let the roots out of the glass. Milky way might survive, but come in very small. Had strong Calcium deficiency, Canna Mono Cal is ordered, hopefully the plant survives until then.

lazy_organics Plant started going off HARD. Got into a Calcium and Magnesium deficiency due to that and ordered some additional Fertilizer for that. They seem to keep the plant happy enough for continued growth, although i probably have to mix a new solution next week, as the current one is starting to form some weird sludge (roots are fine tho). Increased the power of my light for higher coverage of the growing space, top leaves are getting around 600ppfd.

lazy_organics Lowered the doses on secondary stuff by changing the water. Didn't see any instant issues, so i guess that was the correct thing to do. You can see me training and defoliating in reverse order (because i can't reorder the images)

lazy_organics thinned the solution a little bit, because a user on another forum was suspecting slight overfeeding - nutrient values in this week should reflect whats left in the container. The roots got a little out of hand, suspecting light leaking from the clay pebbles, need to improve that for the next run. Heavily defoliated on Wednesday and the Green Crack quickly recovered. Waiting for Milky Way to close the height gap, because i want to use 14-10 or 12-12 in flower (not needed, but i have seen people get good results with 12-12 on autos).

lazy_organics Nutrient solution rose to a pH of 8 over the week and i only noticed today, added some low pH solution + nutes to get it back to 6.5 and feed the hungry beasts (i suppose they just used up all the acidic nutrients (N and P), so i can add more again). Surprised they still stand with that much stress. Swapped out my air filter to battle the heat, its so much better now, as the filter area is ~6x, so less noise and more airflow.
Green Crack is in stretch, building that wrap-around sativa flower structure. Milky Way is just starting out, hope she stays manageable... Some other guy (on a forum) was starting a MW one week prior to me and his plant has stretched a LOT (he kept it at a measly 6cm with LST and its now like 40cm tall).

lazy_organics lowered the pH a little bit (around 6 now) to battle possible iron deficiency and increased calcium and magnesium doses. Removed some thin branches on the Milky Way. The Green Crack is still showing some deficiencies or excess of feeding, which i can't pin down to something specific - i just hope she will survive until the end with stable feeding. Milky Way is just growing and seems to be unstoppable without any signs of discomfort, so i guess she is fine now.

lazy_organics I was gone for a week and had someone refill some prepared solution. Before i left, i got some PK13/14 solution, so that i could keep the EC the same while reducing nitrogen (to limit the height of the Milky Way F1, which did not work out as expected).
Plants developed nicely, i will put the green crack in flushing solution tomorrow (just epsom salt, calcium and a bit of pk), because some signs of overnutrition are showing and the trichs are about halfway milky. The Milky Way shot up with an insane pace, despite or maybe because i lowered nitrogen. Comparison bud is the main top on the right in the back, because i can't get the prior one on camera any more.
It is starting to smell like typical fruity hybrid, can't quite put my finger on the exact notes yet.

lazy_organics Not much happened. I was expecting the Green Crack to be ready, but Trichomes are still partially clear and she is still getting denser. Shockdried Testbud from yesterday also seemed to not have the full potential. Milky Way is starting to bud up nicely after recovery from getting cut last week.

lazy_organics It got a bit cold, and i feared the plants would freeze over night, but instead the Green Crack showed some amber trichomes. Chopped her today and will post the conclusion when the buds are dried. Milky Way is also starting to build some serious buds, will probably do some last LST and lollipop tomorrow, so that she only builds proper nugs, i had about 30g of Popcorn from the Green Crack.
Grew vigorously through my failures and still yielded pretty well. Smoke is very fun with laser focus on lower doses. The fruity smell doesn't translate that well to vaporised taste, but its still not a bad smoke/vape.
lazy_organics Keeping the Milky Way F1 stable. Defoliated a bit at the top and lollipopped a few lower budsites. Overall looking healthy, judging from other reports she is gonna be ready in at most 3 weeks. I am a bit worried about the browning tips, but that shall be fine, i am pretty sure she is not overfed.
Might grow another Green Crack over the warmer months to see that plant perform with better training.

lazy_organics I am having some minor mold issues on the roots, fingers crossed its not gonna kill the plant. Otherwise there are no signs of slowing down, she seemingly doesnt want to finish.

lazy_organics Plant got rid of the mold by herself, i actually didnt need to intervene. Lots of trichome production this week, will start flushing on monday if i get almost full cloudy by then.
The Grow was pretty ok, almost killed her in the beginning but she snapped back. The stretch was bigger than anticipated and i would have liked to get more info beforehand. Yield seems to be pretty ok so far. The smell as of writing isn't what i expected and not really my cup of tea. Would have liked for the plant to be as fast from seed to harvest as promised by RQS - she instead took me about 25 days longer and still could have gone on for more for some amber.
After two weeks of curing or whatever the smell is pretty disgusting, but fresh, very hard to describe. Smoke is good but i have no idea tastewise. Effect is mentally spinny and background thoughts get exaggerated, while one cant form one coherent sentence. Slight heaviness in the limbs.

lazy_organics There was a hint of mold on the stems were i cut in FW3 and i took the milky way down to make sure i don't lose my harvest. Actually wanted to wait for amber, but securing the whole batch took priority.
Will update the Strain report after i tested the buds. I removed some leaves and a lot of lower budsites, only kept the top ones that were really fat. Harvest week reflects the real age of the plant. Didn't weigh wet, as i snipped the branches directly from the plant to the hanger.
lazy_organics Cut that b*tches nutes as she is foxtailing since last week. I just want her to finish goddamnit
Edit: partially harvested the top buds to let the rest ripe evenly.
