You overfed your plants, take it easy now and only give nutrients when the plants are asking for it, it's always easier to fix a slight deficiency than to recover from a slight toxicity. In your situation I would flush the medium for a few days with only plain pH'd water, then see how it goes. If the burnt tips have stopped on new growth and if the plant looks happy again, go back to nutrients with half of the recommended doses. Burnt tips won't recover but you should see healthy new growth. Hope this will help, keep us updated and happy growing! 👊
