RelaeX The cloning process worked with 4 out of 5 cuttings. They rooted and are alive, but it seems like they're not getting enough nutrients. With the last trimming, I decided to get some more clones and set up a little experiment. On one side, I put the cuttings into seed starter soil, in the middle I just put them in water, and on the other, I just used the normal substrate.

RelaeX Today I had a lot of work. I transplanted all the clones from the beginning. Three of them had good roots; the fourth one has fewer roots and is near death. For the transplantation, I prepared a meal of nutrients with anti-stress and fine-tuned water at pH 6.5.
Also, I had a look at my experiment. 🔬 The sticklings in water all developed really small roots and are starting to cry for some food. So they got some little pods. The plants that started in soil haven't developed roots yet. They got another chance next to my California palms. 🌴
By the way, different tomato, zucchini, and pumpkin seeds raised their heads. 🍅🎃
With so many different seedlings, my tent is a little bit too small. So I decided to expand my growing area a little bit.🤩

Clones alive: 3/5. I think that's not too bad for my first cloning attempt.
Today, they got new, bigger 11L pots and a little more light.
The clones from my experimental second try are not that successful, and I think about 50% or 60% will survive. Only the strong ones will win a pot and get more food.
And now, to the other greens: tomatoes, zucchini, and California palms. 🍅🥒🌴 The pumpkin is growing well. 🎃Today, I also got some citrus fruit seeds for germination. 🍋

RelaeX Welcome to Week 8 from Stickytime! 📅🌱
This weekend there was and is a lot of work to do. The clones had to handle a lot of stress, but they look just fine. The 11 L pots of soil were a bit small and fully rooted, so they got a little more space in 18 L pots. After the transplantation, I started to tie them down (not all yet), took some leaves, and also broke some branches.
I'm not giving fertilizers at the moment; with the new soil, they should have enough nutrients for the next two weeks. If they need something, they'll get a bigger 33L pot. 💪

RelaeX This week I had a lot of work, but it's nearly finished. 😅
The plants were so bushy that I had a lot to cut out. I also readjusted all bindings and made them new. 🌱🌿
The top leaves also started to turn a little yellowish. I installed the Spider Farmer GGC AC 10 system with environment control, and it confirmed my suspicion that they were hungry. So, they got their first nutrients this week. 💧
I also installed some new vents and changed the lights in the tent; now there are 2 x 3000 pro in it.
I am also thinking about buying some more soil sensors and the PPFD controller when they are on sale next time.
Tomorrow, I will program the watering system; finally, everything will be fully automated—less work, more time to watch them grow. 🤖🎉
They are all developing well, even the High Society clones, which were struggling in the last run.
I think I will give them one or two more weeks in vegi before I do the 12/12 switch.

Climate: Chillin' at 24.8°C and 66.5% humidity. That 1.05 VPD is basically the "Goldilocks zone" for the plants right now. 🌡️💧
The Soil Mystery: Your sensor's reading 0.11 EC. That’s super low—your plants are basically eating everything you give them immediately. 🧐🌱
Light Game: Bumped things up to 450–540 PPFD. It’s a good "pre-workout" for the flowering phase. 💡💪
Work Done:
The Haircut: Did some defoliation to get that air moving through the center. ✂️🌬️
Free Movement: Cut the bonds and removed the ties. Let 'em stand on their own two feet for a bit. ?♀️🌿
Fed: Gave 'em a fresh dose of nutrients. 🍽️💧

Catching Up & Plant Training
Last week was super busy due to the Mary Jane expo, so I barely had any time for the garden and could only keep an eye on things via the camera feed. Because of that, there was quite a bit of work waiting for me this week.
I focused heavily on the High Society and the Zupernova. I started by transplanting just one High Society and one Zupernova into big 30-liter pots, while the rest of the plants will follow later this week. Checking the root ball during the process, the transplant came at the absolute perfect time. The roots were incredibly dense, fully binding the substrate, and showed a beautifully healthy, bright white-to-beige color with no signs of root rot. In their new 30L homes, they have all the space they need to explode.
To shape a great canopy, I put these plants through a round of Super Cropping by snapping the branches. They feature thick, well-established main stalks that provide excellent structural stability for this kind of high-stress training. I followed this up with some thorough defoliation to clear out the lower growth, improve airflow, and get the light right where it needs to be. The foliage looks highly vibrant and bushy with a rich green color, showing great overall vitality, though I noticed some genetic purple/reddish tinting on the stems which is typical for these genetics.
**Current Environment & Setup**
The climate in the tent is looking very solid and stable right now.
The air temperature is sitting comfortably at 26.4 °C with a relative humidity of 64.7%. This puts the VPD at a perfect 1.21 kPa, which is an absolute sweet spot for this stage of growth. Down in the medium, the soil temperature is at 24.4 °C with a moisture level of 40.3%.
The main ventilation fan is working away at level 10 to manage the temperature and humidity, keeping everything perfectly on track after a busy week of maintenance!

RelaeX Welcome to week 16, which marks the final week of the vegetative phase. 🗓️🌿
This week has been challenging in terms of temperatures. Today, the largest High Society was transplanted into a 44-liter pot. Super cropping was applied to all plants, and they were bent to ensure uniform height. Some plants, especially those not transplanted, showed signs of magnesium deficiency with light brown spots. 🌡️?💪
The pH level was adjusted to around 6.6 because the drain in some plants was a little low at 5.6. All plants were defoliated again, and a foliar spray was applied during the ‘sunset’ period. 💧✂️🌅
There are six plants remaining in the main tent. In the side tent, two mother plants are kept: a Super Nova and a High Society. The humidity averaged 65% with a VPD of 1.20 to 1.40. 🏡🌱📊

Flowering Countdown and Setup
Status: Moving into flowering (Right now: 16h light – cutting 30 minutes daily)
Climate: Air Temp: 25.6 °C | Humidity: 59.8 % | VPD: A nice 1.32 kPa
Soil: 35–44L Heavy Pots | Soil Moisture: 43.8 % | Soil EC: 0.26 mS/cm
Lights:
Main Tent: 2x ViparSpectra XS3000 (Chained together via Port "Light 1" @ 44 % / ~583 µmol/m²/s)
* Side Tent: 1x ViparSpectra XS2500 (@ 25 % / 18/6h-mode for mom plants)
Main Tent: Plant Training and Auto Watering
To make up for the less light, we're slowly cranking up the ViparSpectra XS3000 lamps. The goal is 750–800 µmol/m²/s when we hit the 12/12 light cycle.
Plant Training (Super Cropping): A few tall "alpha shoots" in the back right were getting too big, messing with the Spider Farmer climate sensor in the middle. Time for some training: We bent these shoots over (Super Cropping). The sensor is clear now, giving good data again, and the canopy is flat. This gets the plants ready for the Scrog net, which goes in next week at 120 cm.
Better Pulse Watering: The strong 25W pump of the Spider Farmer Raindrop system puts out 3 liters a minute—that's about 500 ml per pot for our 6 plants. The old short watering time made water shoot straight down past the sensor, making the app think it was soaked when the outside soil was dry. We upped the time to 45–60 minutes. Now the water actually soaks in evenly like a sponge. Soil moisture is holding steady at our target of 43.8 %.
Soil and Roots: The plants in the back, repotted two weeks ago, are a deep, rich dark green—meaning their roots have taken over the fresh Plagron/Floragard mix. The front three, repotted just 3 days ago, are still a lighter green in the middle. This is normal for a fast pre-flowering stretch, where the new roots can't quite keep up with the crazy growth. The leaves will darken up in a few days as the roots catch up.
Tank Care: Because the plants are eating so much, the 50-liter main tank empties every 2 to 3 days (they're drinking about 3.3 liters per plant daily!). An air stone bubbles oxygen into the water every 30 minutes (for 1 minute), keeping the 30 ml of BioBizz CalMag mixed in and fresh.

Today, we successfully switched to the 12-hour light cycle and got the Screen-of-Green net set up to perfectly control plant growth. 💡🌿 The environment stayed steady: air temp bounced between 21 and 27 degrees Celsius, and humidity was between 54 and 78 percent. 🌡️💧 Soil moisture settled between 33 and 48 percent, and the soil temp was a constant 21 to 23 degrees Celsius. 🌍🌡️ CO2 levels had natural ups and downs, hitting peaks of up to 817 ppm without us adding any extra. 📈🌬️
A super cool thing is how well the **High Society** is doing. ✨🚀 Compared to last time, this strain is crushing it, mostly because we're barely feeding it: almost no extra fertilizer. 📉🌱 Instead, just repotting into fresh, pre-fertilized soil with tiny, low doses of nutrients was totally enough. ?💧 This strain is practically exploding and is about 100 cm tall. 📏💥 With some High-Stress Training (HST) and constantly tucking it into the net, we managed to get the canopy height even across all the plants in the tent. 🕸️💪 On the other hand, the **Zupernova** plants are generally a bit shorter. 📉🌿 This is the opposite of the last run, where the height difference between these two strains was totally flipped. 🔄🤔

Welcome to Week 19! This run is proving to be a masterclass in how much difference a proper transplanting schedule and a restrained nutrient approach can make. The setup is thriving, and we have a very surprising plot twist in the tent this time!

### 🔎 What You See Inside the Jungle (Visual Update)
If you peek into the tent right now, the first thing that hits you is a beautifully structured, deep green sea of leaves with an incredible architectural layout:
* **The Plot Twist: A High Society Takes the Crown! 👑** In a complete reversal from my first run, a **High Society plant sitting right in the center has become the most dominant, aggressive grower in the tent!** To keep the canopy uniform and manage her explosive energy, I spent this week actively tucking and weaving her branches into the Scrog net. By bending her dominant tops horizontally into the grid, I successfully flattened her profile, giving the surrounding plants the crucial time and light they need to catch up and level out the canopy.
* **The Lower Architecture (The "Tree Trunks"):** Looking under the hood, the training this run has been clean and precise. The lower sections look like well-manicured bonsai trunks. The stalks are incredibly thick and woody, providing a massive highway for nutrients. Every single lower fan leaf and weak node has been systematically cleared out (lollipopping), leaving a pristine, well-ventilated under-canopy where the automatic drip irrigation lines are locked into place.
* **The Switch Dimensions & Canopy Balance:** During the switch to flowering, the genetic differences were initially clear—the Zupernova stretched to around **110 cm** and the High Society clones averaged **90 cm**. But with the center High Society pushing the limits and being woven into the net, the white Trellis grid is doing a phenomenal job keeping this jungle perfectly balanced.
* **Pure Health:** The wireless sensor sits right on top of the canopy, bathing in the intense glow of the LEDs. The foliage looks pristine—a vibrant, healthy light-to-mid green sheen with absolutely zero clawing, zero nutrient spots, and zero burnt tips. The first flower clusters are forming beautifully at every single tip.
### 🎛️ The Golden Strategy: What Made the Difference This Run
#### 1. Perfect Root Evolution (No Stagnation)
Looking back at the root photos from transplanting, the root balls were pristine, bright white, and incredibly dense. Moving step-by-step (12 cm $rightarrow$ 11L $rightarrow$ 30L $rightarrow$ Final 35/45L) allowed the root system to thoroughly colonize each container. There are no unestablished "dead zones" or soggy pockets in the soil this time.
#### 2. Natural Deficiencies Solved via Repotting
So, early on, the hungry Zupernova showed a little hint of magnesium deficiency (you know, that classic yellowing between veins on the middle leaves). Instead of freaking out and dumping chemicals or Epsom salts into the soil—which totally messes with the EC—I just let the scheduled transplanting do its thing. The fresh soil immediately fixed the problem naturally, and the color came back in a few days.
#### 3. Super Strict "Less-is-More" Nutrient Control
I've been **super careful with fertilizers** this whole time. Last time, adding too many nutrients too early in pre-amended soil caused a huge EC buildup when the plants started flowering. That led to osmotic blockages where the plants literally dried up from the inside out right after I flushed them in wet pots.
This time, the EC in the soil is perfectly balanced. Since the pots are packed with active, hungry roots, the automatic drip irrigation system works flawlessly, and the soil dries out beautifully and evenly.
### 🌤️ Climate & Parameters
* **Light:** My main LEDs are locked at the perfect height, giving a strong, even light spread across the whole canopy without creating hot spots.
* **Irrigation & Sensors:** The wireless sensors track the climate right at the growth tips. The automatic drip lines ensure a precise dry-back cycle.
The tops are stretching perfectly through the grid, the center dominance is beautifully managed, and the first flower formations are setting up for an epic harvest. Lesson learned: Give the roots space, manage the canopy with the net, and go easy on the nutrients!

Von Beginn der Mission an hast du alles sauber dokumentiert – macht richtig Spaß, die Reise durchs Terpiversum zu verfolgen.
Besonders das Klon-Projekt fand ich spannend. Schön zu sehen, wie die kleinen Raumfahrer erfolgreich von der Mutterstation abgekoppelt wurden und ihren eigenen Kurs aufgenommen haben.
Die Crew sieht insgesamt top aus und hat das komplette Habitat erobert. Das Zelt ist inzwischen bis zum letzten Quadratzentimeter besetzt – genau so stellt man sich eine erfolgreiche Kolonisierung vor.

As for the aromatic star map: while this is my first run with some of these specific genetics, the buzz around them is all about heavy terpene profiles.
