GoodTimesOrganics Hi dear community and welcome back! 💚🌱
The next project is already in the starting blocks.
This time it's an Aficionado strain! It was grown from a free seed from Mary Jane.
I got a cutting from this.
Unfortunately, we don't know what strain it is. Hopefully, we'll find out later through the description upon completion. 🙈
Surprise! 🎊👍
The cutting itself has already had a root time of 2 weeks and has been very healthy.
Therefore, the cutting is already in week 3 of growth.
The environmental conditions are currently good:

GoodTimesOrganics Hi dear Community and Welcome Back! 💚🌱
The plant is growing beautifully after the second week of being transplanted.
It has made a good growth spurt and I think the plant will transition into flowering next week.
Its growth behavior is very indica-oriented so far.

GoodTimesOrganics Hi dear community and welcome back! 💚🌱
The plant continues to grow beautifully after the third week of transplanting.
It has already developed signs of pre-flowering and will therefore transition to flowering on March 13th.
Its branching is nicely spaced out, allowing the shoots to achieve good spread to stay well-lit.
So far, its growth behavior is very indica-oriented.

GoodTimesOrganics Hi dear community and welcome back! 💚🌱
After the first week of flowering, the plant is starting to show the first stigmas.
It has gained a bit more height.
Additionally, I cleaned up the lower branches a bit and removed some leaf material.
Its branching is nicely spaced out, allowing the branches to spread well to stay well-lit.
The light levels in the flowering tent have already been cranked up to maximum, as the other plants are also there. So the plant gets the full light intensity from the start.
Its growth behavior is very Indica-oriented so far.

GoodTimesOrganics Hi dear community and welcome back! 💚🌱
First of all, I want to describe a problem that has occurred for the first time in the second week of flowering.
The plant has light stress! This is due to the transition from the growth tent to the flowering tent.
You can easily see it in the leaves curling upwards. The plant is trying to protect itself from drying out.
Previously, the plant was exposed to a PPFD of 280 and has now gone directly into the 830 PPFD lighting without any gradual adjustment.
Normally, I increase the PPFD over a two-week rhythm from stage to stage.
However, this hasn't been possible at the moment due to the other plants in flowering.
It is still growing well and has gained a bit more height.
Additionally, I cleaned up the lower branches a bit and removed some leaf material.
So far, its growth behavior is very indica-oriented.
The environmental conditions are currently too high for this stage:

💨 RH: 49%
VPD: 1.42 kPa 🏜️

GoodTimesOrganics Hi dear community and welcome back! 💚🌱
After the third week of flowering, the Aficianado plant is doing really well!
The problem with light stress has now been resolved, and the plant has recovered.
Of course, I removed the burnt leaves.
In my opinion, it has a really nice growth structure with a very commendable internode/height ratio.
Very well-developed side branches and hardly any stretch.
So it should have a high indica content, probably around 100%.
The environmental conditions are currently high for this stage, but the plant has adapted:

GoodTimesOrganics Hi dear community and welcome back! 💚🌱
After the fourth week of flowering, the Aficianado plant is developing sensationally!
In this run, she is definitely the beauty queen.
The structure, the bud density, internode spacing – everything is perfect! ?
It also seems like she’s going to deliver top flower performance. The trichomes are sprouting, and the icing is beautifully spreading over the sugar leaves.
Slowly, a sweet, somewhat fruity aroma is developing.
The issue with light stress has now been resolved, and the plant has recovered wonderfully.
This week, she received a Bio Tabs PK booster compost tea.
Now she can really give it her all.
The environmental conditions are currently good for the final flowering, but the plant has adapted:

After the seventh week of flowering, the Aficianado plant is continuing to develop beautifully and is really putting on some size!
She is definitely the beauty queen in this run.
The structure, the bud density, internode spacing—everything is perfect! 💚
The trichomes are sprouting, and that icing is wonderfully spreading over the sugar leaves.
The sweet, fruity aroma is developing more and more; it now also has some berry and vanilla notes.
I sent a picture to the guys at Aficianado, but unfortunately, they couldn't tell me which variation it is from the picture.
However, I can narrow it down; it’s one from the 2025 collection with the Vanilla Berry Pie, and I can totally agree with that aroma.
The problem is that there are several variations with this cross: see_no_evil:
From now on, the plant will only get water until full ripeness.
The environmental conditions are currently good for the final flowering!

After the ninth week of flowering, it's finally time for the harvest.
The plant has now reached its peak!
It was definitely the beauty queen in this run.

The sweet and fruity aroma is developing more and more; it now also has some berry and vanilla notes.
So, the Vanilla Berry Pie is definitely in there.

Hi dear community
It has become a great plant! Beautiful buds! Accurate internode spacing. Great aroma! It's just a shame that I couldn't figure out exactly which strain it is from the Vanilla Berry Pie Collection.
Maybe it can be figured out through the smoking experience after all 😄 And if not, that's fine too. The seed collection from Aficionado French Connection is definitely highly recommended!
Great plant structure from the start and a wonderful development throughout the entire period.
The yield is also plentiful for the size.

Already a beauty. I would have left her for another week until the calyxes swelled even more, but that's a matter of taste. Congratulations on the great harvest, and may the drying goddess be in your favor.😉😁
@Stony_German, thank you! So you think that harvesting with 1/3 bearstone color isn't the best method? Of course, those are just details. I'll give it a try too! 👍
