PlantFriendHH Week 1 – Germination & Transplant
Strain(s): CBD x2 & Blueberry
Medium: Homemade soil mix
Environment: Indoor
Germination
100% success rate.
All seeds popped out of the Jiffys within 48–72 hours. Strong taproots and healthy emergence above the surface.
No signs of damping off or weak stems so far.
Transplant
Seedlings were carefully transplanted into my homemade soil mix.
Roots looked healthy and white — a solid foundation for strong vegetative growth.
Environment
Temperature: 23°C
Humidity: 55% RH
Stable conditions with no drafts.
These are ideal conditions for early vegetative development.
Status
All seedlings are upright and responding well to the light.
No stretching observed at this stage.
Ready to rumble.😻

PlantFriendHH Week 3 – Strong growth & first real momentum
After a bit of a slower start, I can now clearly see them gaining momentum. The side branches are starting to develop nicely and the overall structure is becoming much more bushy. They also put on some height and are pushing out strong, healthy new leaves.
I made a few small adjustments this week:
Increased watering slightly as they are getting more thirsty
Added a mulch layer (straw) to improve moisture retention and soil life
Lowered the light a bit to increase intensity
Right now I’m running around 300–400 PPFD, which seems to suit them well.
Temperature ranges between 19°C at night and up to 26°C during the day, and I’ve been keeping the VPD in a good range most of the time.
Overall I’m really happy with their progress so far. The plants look healthy, compact and well structured – exactly what I was aiming for at this stage. Now I’m just waiting for my new sensors to arrive so I can dial in the environment even more and start automating things properly.
Really excited to see how they develop over the next days – hoping for another strong growth push 💪
As always, I appreciate any feedback, tips or suggestions from you guys!

PlantFriendHH Quick update from week 4 of my grow!
All three plants (Blueberry and CBD 1:1 from Fast Buds) have been doing really well. They’ve put on some great growth this week and developed strong side branches, which I’m super happy about.
This was also the first time I fed them with my homemade OMT, mixed 1:3. Each plant received about half a liter to help activate the soil life.
Now I’m starting to see the first signs of pre-flowering, which is exciting! 🌸
They’ve grown nicely and are currently around 20 cm tall. I’m hoping they’ll keep stretching a bit more over the next days.
Overall, I’m very happy with how things are going so far 😊
Would love to hear your feedback, thoughts, or questions—always happy to learn and exchange ideas!

PlantFriendHH Week 1 Flower – Stretch & First Pistils
The girls have officially entered flower and the stretch is in full swing. They pushed up nicely this week, with multiple tops forming and the first white pistils showing across all plants.
One of the CBD plants struggled a bit due to underwatering earlier on. You can still see some droopy leaves and slight damage on a few older ones, plus early signs of a CalMag issue (light green color and some spotting). I corrected this by watering more consistently and adding CalMag from Plagron. Also did a light top dress with rock dust and bone meal to support the transition into bloom.
This week they also received about 1 liter of compost tea, diluted 1:1 with water, to boost microbial activity and nutrient availability in the soil.
The other plants look solid overall — good structure, strong tops, and stretching evenly. Color is a bit on the lighter side in general, but nothing too worrying at this stage.
All in all, a good start into flower. Stretch is strong, plants are bouncing back, and now it’s all about stabilizing them for the next weeks.

PlantFriendHH Week 5 – Feeding Time
This week the buds are really starting to stack and gain size, which is great to see. At the same time, the ladies are clearly getting hungry and showing some deficiencies.
I’m dealing with a CalMag deficiency, so I added some Plagron CalMag. On top of that, I’ve started feeding BioBizz Bloom together with a bit of BioBizz Grow to help balance things out and push them through this phase.
So far, the response looks promising and they seem to be recovering well.
They also received another round of worm tea following last week’s top dressing, which should help boost microbial activity and improve nutrient uptake.
Water demand has definitely increased — they’re getting thirstier day by day.
Overall, I’m happy with how things are progressing and excited to see how the buds develop over the next weeks.😎👍

PlantFriendHH This week was mainly focused on recovery from a previous nutrient deficiency and a CalMag lockout.
Overall, the girls are doing great. The buds are continuing to grow, stacking nicely and gaining size every day.
A pleasant fruity aroma is developing in the tent and is already noticeable in the room. The CBD plant in particular has a very fruity profile with a slight mango-like scent — really enjoyable.
So far, I am very happy with how this grow is progressing and with the overall outcome at this stage. Now I need to provide a bit of drain to measure the ph, I think there might be an issue looking at the top leaf curling

PlantFriendHH This week the girls are deep into flowering and things are getting really exciting.
All three plants (2x CBD and 1x Blueberry Auto) are stacking buds nicely and developing into solid structures. The main colas are clearly defined now, and you can see good density building across all plants. The tent is starting to look properly filled.
The CBD plants are showing a very consistent structure with multiple strong tops, while the Blueberry stands out slightly with thicker bud formation and a bit more character in the canopy.
Trichome production is increasing steadily, and the overall frost level is improving day by day. The smell is also getting more noticeable — a mix of fruity and slightly sweet tones, with the CBD plants leaning a bit more into that fresh, fruity profile.

PlantFriendHH This week the girls really started to bulk up. The buds are getting thicker and denser every day, especially the main colas. You can clearly see the difference compared to last week.
Trichomes are everywhere now – the buds are getting nice and frosty, and the sugar leaves are already sticky.
Pistils are slowly turning orange, and one plant is starting to fade with yellow leaves and a bit of color coming through. Looks like she’s entering the final stage.
The smell is getting strong too – sweet, fruity, with a slight mango vibe on the CBD plant.
I’m not feeding much anymore, just letting the organic soil do its job and keeping everything stable.
Overall, I’m really happy. The plants look healthy, dense, and promising.
Now it’s just about watching the trichomes and waiting for the right harvest window.

PlantFriendHH The ladies are getting very close to the finish line now. Buds are swelling hard, colors are getting darker and more intense, and the frost production is honestly impressive at this point. The Blueberry especially started showing beautiful purple tones while stacking dense colas across the whole plant.
This week I stopped feeding completely and switched to pH-adjusted water only. The goal now is a clean finish and letting the plants use up the remaining nutrients naturally. Fade is slowly coming in, especially on older fan leaves, which is exactly what I wanted to see near harvest.
The aroma changed a lot during the last days — much stronger now with sweet berry notes, earthy undertones and that classic sticky late-flower smell every grower waits for. Trichome production exploded during week 9 and the buds are covered in resin from top to bottom.
A few leaves are tacoing and curling slightly from the strong light and late flower stress, but overall the plants handled the run very well. Bud density keeps improving every day and the tent smells absolutely insane when opened.
Environment this week:
pH-adjusted water only
Organic living soil
Strong airflow
Lower humidity for late flower
Watching trichomes daily now
The CBD girls are almost done and the Blueberry Auto is entering peak ripening. I’m aiming for mostly cloudy trichomes with a small amount of amber before harvest.
Now it’s basically patience mode. The hardest part of the grow begins: waiting without harvesting too early 😄
