Outdoor Tucson Grow

mmaddianz27 Everything seems to be growing at a normal pace. The white widow does have signs of minor sunburn so I’ll be moving it to the shade in the afternoon until it hardens a bit more. Temps this week are supposed to get into the 100° range, which is abnormal for this time of year. It’s only going to be for a couple days and then it’s going to drop back down to the 90s hopefully it doesn’t affect them too much. I think the Durban poison will do just fine but the other two strains might struggle a bit. I’ve only had the water a couple of times this week they aren’t drinking that much. I’m gonna start feeding them on the 24th of this month at a quarter strength.

mmaddianz27 This week as been historically hot and dry in Tucson. It it the first time since records have been kept that we have hit 100 in March. The Durban Poison has some moderate sun damage as a result. The other two plants seem to have not been affected. I transferred the Durban Poison and 24K Gold to their final pots (10 gallon cloth pot for the 24K and 5 gallon cloth pot for the DP) I am going to leave the White Widow Auto in it’s Original Pot as not to stress it out to much. I did to the WW and will probably top the other 2 next week. Was thinking about popping another one of my DP Seeds just in case the sun damaged one doesn’t make it but I would love to get the community’s opinion wether or not they think the damage is to severe. I also started feeding all 3 at half strength this week. Fox Farm Big Bloom, Bloom City CAL/MAG and Bloom City Silicon)

mmaddianz27 The extreme heat has finally subsided for now. The 24k and Durban Poison definitely didn’t like the high temps but the White Widow Auto seems to have made it out fine. I did end up popping another Durban Poison seed just in case the first one doesn’t make it. I have an extra pot and potting soil so if anything I’ll just have another plant to care for. I also added some hay for moisture retention.

mmaddianz27 Another week of decent weather. The WW Auto has gone into flower a little earlier than I would have liked but I did do some low stress training on her so she should have 6 decent tops. I also stared introducing some Tiger Bloom in her feeding schedule. The 24K is growing slowly but surely and is looking like it has recovered from the 100+ degree week. Unfortunately the first DP isn’t looking too good so I’m glad I popped a second one. She seems to be doing fantastic so if the first one doesn’t make it all is not lost.

mmaddianz27 The WW Auto seems to be doing well and is on the 2nd week of flower. As for the 24K I’m not sure what’s going on with it. It’s looks like it went on flower and is kind of deformed and it’s a growing Wei’s. I did finally pull out the first DP because it had completely stoped growing but have replaced it with a new one and it seems to be doing a lot better. So another week down and things aren’t perfect but I’m going to keep on going.

mmaddianz27 Another good week of weather. The WWA is looking healthy and is getting some frost on her. I’m hoping she will start to fill out a bit more in the coming weeks. Im not sure what’s going on with the 24K. It’s leaves are coming out spindly and looks deformed. I’m going to let it go for a while longer and if it doesn’t get better I’m going to have to pull it and get an a Trans Siberian Auto to replace it before it gets to late in the year. The new DP is still doing very well it’s only 3 weeks old and looks strong. It has some insect damage but nothing too serious.

mmaddianz27 Everything s going about the same. The WW Auto in in its 4 week of flower. The 24K is looking completely jacked up and seems to be flowering so I’m just going to let it go and see what happens and the DP seems to be picking up steam. I started a Bruce Banter auto and will be making a separate Journal for that grow.
