LST420 I germinated the seed in a wet coffee filter inside a ziplock bag in a dark space at room temperature in 3 days.

Spliff Strawberry a very nice sativa cultivar known for it's somewhat clear and energising effect with a scent that reminds of sweet strawberries. Very suitable for daytime or early evening use.

For the first time I'm using dolomite clay powder to combat magnesium and calcium deficiencies. It's adviced to use around 3 grams per liter of soil, I'm using 2gr per liter of soil so 36 gr in total.

LST420 Week 4 Normally I would've topped the plant after the 4th node this time as an experiment I'm only going to apply LST with the exception of some defoliation and possible super-cropping later on if necessary.
LST420 She's slowly but surely almost getting there. Because of the extra Biotab I've only been giving it water.

LST420 Week 10
The plant is looking nice and green but I wasn't expecting such a long grow period. I really wanted to fill the entire screen this time more than with the last grow (Mokum's Tulip previous diary). I might get temperature issues in the flowering period with the incoming spring and summer we'll see, no stress. 😎
And I discovered that if a shoot isn't long enough for the next square you can easily fixate it horizontally by inserting a kebab stick over it, it's upward pressure makes it stay in place.

LST420 Week 12
The time has finally come I've flipped her to flower! Because of some very slight yellowing of the leaves I've added yet another Biotab at day 77. My experience is that if you're doing a normal grow without too much training follow their guidelines. But if you plan to make your plant big with lots of bending and defoliation you might want to add an extra tablet as soon as you notice any yellowing of the leaves. Within a few days you should see your plant recover.

First signs of flowering are visible.
I've added some more photos of how I bend and lower a branch that is too long with the kebab stick method. I bend the branch than carefully insert a kebab stick over it so the middle area of the stick is over the branch while each sides touch the bottom of a bamboo stick of the SCROG rack. The upward force of the branch will fixate the stick into place. This can be a low stress and safer alternative for super cropping where you risk snapping the stalk and potentially ruining it.

LST420 Week 14
The temperature has risen and has been quite high for the past days so I had to dial down the light to it's minimum. The plant is slowly starting to produce her flowers. I really like the low stress kebab stick method over the high stress and more risky super-cropping.
I hope you enjoy the footage of this week! 😎

Added another Biotab attached to a wire so in case the plant gets too much Nitrogen I can pull it out. 😎
@LST420, well yes iam talking about her, to me she looks very dense with short internodial distance, but maybe its her ways of growing- you got the closer look
@Mia_BIOTABS, Maybe it's the way I trained her? I'm applying low stress training to make her really bushy with lots of branches. But please keep giving your feedback if you notice something I appreciate it. 👍
looking sweet, remember, yellowing from bottom to to- is need for nutes, if she yellown from top down- your light is to close/ to strong- very welldone with the training
@GERGrowDesigns, Hello mate, thanks for your kind words. Have you ever grown something from Spliff Seeds yourself? The Mega Power Plant Automatic is one of my favourite cultivars.
