Green_Zyphoria This is the second run of my Papayton #3 pheno. I kept a clone from the last grow, though I've learned she reacts quite fast to pH issues. I got some brown spots by repotting a bit late, but since the flip to 12/12, the new growth is pushing out fast and looks pristine. I’ve increased the light intensity to around 300 PPFD (Sanlight Stixx at 40%) to keep the stretch under control and stay within my 120cm height limit. I started LST on Day 6 to open up the center and give the side branches more light, and she’s taking the training like a champ. Currently running on a single Biotab with some organic starters. So far, so good!

Green_Zyphoria We’ve reached the end of week two, and the Papayton #3 has fully recovered from the imbalances of the clone stage. The LST has paid off, creating a really nice, flat structure. To be honest, I hoped for a bit more explosive progress, and in hindsight, an extra week of veg would have been ideal to fully max out the 40x40 space. Nevertheless, she’s looking vital and is making solid gains now. We’re currently sitting at around 350 to 400 PPFD, and the canopy is catching the light perfectly. I'm excited to see what the "stretch-finale" in week 3 will bring. She's definitely a fighter and on a good path!

Green_Zyphoria We have officially reached the end of flowering week 3, and the transition is looking very promising. The first real bud formations are now clearly visible across all sites, and I’m already starting to see the first hints of resin and trichomes appearing on the sugar leaves. Even though the plant isn’t completely filling the 40x40 tent wall-to-wall, the LST was definitely worth the effort. It helped create a very clean and open structure, allowing for 4 main colas to sit at a similar height for optimal light distribution. To kick off the new week with a boost, I fed her a mix of 5 ml/L PK 5-8 and 2.5 ml/L Orgatrex today. I’m keeping the light intensity at 60% for now to see how she handles the final stretch. Happy growing!

Green_Zyphoria Week 4 is done, and the stretch has officially stopped. The plant is now shifting all its energy into bud swelling and resin production. Compared to my last run with this pheno, the flower development is much further ahead—the colas are looking dense and "woolly" with a heavy layer of white pistils.

Green_Zyphoria End of week 5. I switched the light to 100% and also put the lamp a little bit higher. She got 2.5ml Bio PK to be ready for the final phase!

Green_Zyphoria Hitting the end of week 6. Cranking the LED to 100% intensity triggered some minor Cal/Mag issues, but the plant remains stable and it's not spreading. I Just gave her water this week, maybe she will get some PK in the upcoming week. With Biotabs, the golden rule is to stay patient and avoid over-reacting. The organic buffer is doing its job. Trichome production is exploding right now, and the frost coverage is incredible. Just waiting for the buds to fatten up in these final weeks!

Green_Zyphoria We’re officially at the end of week 7 and the colors are getting insane! The plant is shifting into a deep, saturated purple that looks amazing against those ripening orange hairs. I just gave her one last dose of PK booster to fatten things up, but from here on out, it’s strictly plain water until harvest.

Green_Zyphoria We’ve reached Day 56 of bloom. The Papayton #3 is showcasing a spectacular "black autumn" fade, with fan leaves turning a deep charcoal-violet, making the frost-covered buds stand out brilliantly. The resin production has hit its peak; the buds are incredibly sticky, feeling like superglue to the touch. Due to rising outdoor temperatures and tent peaks of 29°C, I’ve strategically dialed back the Sanlight to 80%. This preserves the sensitive terpenes and allows the lower flowers to ripen steadily without stressing the main colas.

Green_Zyphoria We’re officially on the home stretch with the Papayton #3, and honestly, the view every time I open the tent is just insane. This phenotype has developed into a real "Dark Empress." The contrast between the deep, almost onyx-colored leaves and that thick, white blanket of frost is exactly what I was hoping for when I started this run. Looking at the buds today at Day 63, the density is incredible. The calyxes have swollen to the point where the stems have completely disappeared under a mountain of resin. I spent some time today removing the last few crispy fan leaves to make sure the airflow is spot on for these final days—especially after those 29°C peaks we had. Luckily, things have cooled down to a steady 26°C, which is perfect for preserving those loud, gassy, and sweet terpenes. Trichome-wise, she’s sitting at a perfect 100% milky state. I’ve spent a good amount of time with the loupe, and while amber is still rare—maybe around 2% on the actual calyxes—the sheer depth of the cloudiness tells me she’s right at her peak potency. I’m sticking to the plan: one very last small drink tomorrow to keep her from wilting, and then a slow dry-down leading up to the harvest on Friday or Saturday. It’s been a pleasure watching this organic Biotabs-fed lady finish so strong. Can't wait for the final weigh-in and the smoke test!

Green_Zyphoria The journey for this lady has come to an end. Just like my last run with this pheno, I decided to chop her at Day 68. She might not be a giant, but the quality is undeniable. The buds look absolutely ripe and the colors are just insane—deep, dark, and beautiful. The terpene profile is really coming through now: strong Papaya with a nice little gas kick on the finish. For a compact plant, the buds feel incredibly heavy and dense. Drying Strategy: Because of that extreme bud density, I’m taking no chances with mold. I’ve split the plant into four main colas to dry separately in the tent. This should give them enough breathing room to dry down evenly. Overall, I’m super happy with this organic run. Now the hardest part begins—the wait!
