ElectricalBug Week 1 looking great! Did lower the light a few inches from 18 to 15/16 inches. Watered 2 cups this week. Didn't need much water from initial saturation from germination.

ElectricalBug Gave her 6 cups water this week! Raised the light intensity from 50% to 100% on the 17th of march. (toggle switch is broken for other percentages) so raised her back up a bit to watch her leaves from scorching.

ElectricalBug She is splurging in growth this week!! Watching her moisture level to stay consistent in the moist range.. not wet and not dry. Its a Cheap reader but works. Basically 4½ cups or 1000ml almost every other day till today I gave her 9 cups or 2000ml. To stay at the 7 ish range for consistency. Topped her in the beginning of the week, gave her the night to recover and started lst the next day. Everyday I'm having to go in and resituate the pins to keep pushing the growth down! Super 😄 excited!

ElectricalBug So when I topped or apparently FIMed her 2 weeks ago... I apparently missed as you can see my 3 shoots instead of the 2 I was trying for! Feeling like Bob Ross with his happy little accidents! Well F*ck i missed... haha ...She is looking beautiful 😍 🤩 I'll work with what I'm given! Watered her as mentioned in the photos gave her about a half cup worm castings and I'll be starting tiger bloom soon... not yet, I'm watching her leaves for stress/deficiency and waiting for the first hairs to show!! Keeping her soil/water proportionate to the mid range on the meter. Meter touches the bottom and I have yet to saturate her fully as I've maxed her at 7 on the scale of up to 10, and water her again when the meter reaches 4 or 5! I water before lights out, to prevent scorching from water droplets that the leaves may catch. I'll be looking forward to what happens the next 4 to 8 weeks! I've noticed varying results on this plant so we shall see!!! 😉 I'll be starting another run of purple lemonade outside in a week or two! Making sure we don't have a last minute freeze! I'll create another daily/weekly diary of that grow!

Bonemeal

ElectricalBug Today April 4th she is showing herself!!! She is in pre-flower! Gave her 2 tablespoons of bone meal today for top dressing! She is gorgeous 😍! I keep tucking as much as possible with very light defoliation when they won't tuck or just in the way!! Be back in a few days to complete the week!! She is exploding in growth! And she's starting to smell a little hint of skunky when I tuck and have to snip if her fans keep bouncing back. Last week of veg. She has multiple pistle sites and she is stretching so fast I have to tuck her fan leaves in the morning and evenings! I can't wait to see what she brings!!

ElectricalBug So in a matter of 1 week I started to see little round spots, then yellowing on the lower leaves. I watered till I had significant run off, checked it with my apera ph20 digital ph meter. 5.5?!! So I did some research on the soil and pot size I used with the timing of the plant and even to see if I did it by watering only till the meter said moist and stopped with no run off when it said top moist range (7) and not the wet range(10) with run off. So I spent hours flushing and soaking the pot in a bigger bucket of 6.8 -7ph so when that only raised it to 5.9 I let it drain for 30 minutes and added 2 tablespoons of pelletized lime as a top dressing soaked through 1 more time with 1 gallon of 6.8ph water and caught the last cup of run off for final testing and I reached 6.3ph on my run off! No water for a few days till I can easily lift her...she is saturated and heavy! Fox farm is good for a month then the ph crashes due to thier ingredients like cococoir which is naturally acidic and the lime is depleted by week 4 or 5 for ph stability. So I am watching her super closely for any new spots or yellowing due to the lock out. I will be searching for a new soil brand that will complete the entire grow without this high maintenance mess fox farm pushes. Sorry reddit I do not agree! 🤣 fox farm isn't for me! Wish me luck that I caught it and saved her in time, I have the cal mag and ...tiger bloom on hand and ready if she is showing true deficiencies and not just lock out. I also checked to see if the bone meal or worm castings I had added would drop the ph.. I triple checked everything like my life depends on it! So this morning when I checked on her she was praying! She looks a bit sad in these pictures because I turn the lights back on at 7 and she's still sleeping! 😆 so with me having to take her out to flush I got some retraining and better stem placements for filling out the first net then I shall add the second when she stretches through this again. So I guess it was ment to be... im open to suggestions tips and tricks if you got any!

ElectricalBug She's still going with no ambering on her buds. Only plain tap Ph water. She's maintaining 45% humidity. I don't know if it's the fade or nutrients hiccup a month ago... 4 weeks of flowering we may have 2 more...
