Easiest way for me would be to use a frame made out of wood with 4 wooden feet to place on ground so you don't have to modify your chili box. Then just attach a Scrog net of your choice on the frame.Quasi 4 Hölzer als Beine, einen Rahmen aus Holz oben drauf und ein Netz mit Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben fixieren. Kosten würde das keine 20 €.

I have red wrigglers in my pots for outside. They are good at aerating breaking down matter and making worm casting. I would use them with bottled nutes tho I’m pretty sure it will kill them. I also use organic dry amendments and they break it down to a more useable food source. I also use worm casting for compost teas it does wonders. When I do seed sprouted teas the left over blended material I place in the top of my pots under the straw as another food source, you must give them something to eat otherwise they will run out of food. I’ll be adding more as I might have had some die off with all the rain and removing the straw due to to much moisture. Hope this helps good luck

You are definitely one of the most entertaining growers on GD. Something new and interesting in every diary! This grow box sounds very cool. 65 Watt might not sound a lot, but I'm sure those are state-of-the-art lights that are perfectly sufficient for the size. Seems the Austrians are manufacturing the best lights currently. Of course passive cooling. In 2019 there is no excuse for a LED light to need fans 😉 Enjoy!

@Buddha2, ok never seen myself as Entertaining^^ . and i documenting just my growing Growing-experience.... and share it. and Yes i think the Austrains do pretty good stuff. we will see the confirmation in this Diary...

@growzex @federikush @divs_darkroom @Budofpray @ssomeguy my friend larimar has a question about worms, and i would love to hear from your experience in this
Alpengrower
Alpengrower
@GreenBuzzNutrients, Danke! i feed my worms with Neem cake meal, and they love it. i dont use any mineral fertilizer that harm my microlife , i use only water (some molasses , aloe vera, nettles, horse tail and zimt) of all your products i only use your mycorrizae and trichoderma powder. i used it on my tomatoes and chilli plants on my balcony and they are HUGE Grüßen!
GreenBuzzNutrients
GreenBuzzNutrients
@Alpengrower, for the former we agree with you, with the latter we can at least refer you to our 100% organic product range. ever say that the worms feed on the nutrient salts and trace elements of fertilizers, etc. You will end up with equally strong healthy plants and also worms that you can simply put into the new medium after the grow in the new growig medium. A great natural cycle that does not need any additional additives. But it may well be that the worms may eat the root zone with mineral fertilization, because unfortunately I lack the experience of this.

@CRiSPrGrow, two things to take into account. -space of growing medium. (i use 35/40 worms for a 70 liter pot) - feed them, you can have a constant mulch or give them neem seed meal every 15/30 days. they love it! otherwise they will eat the roots of your plants, in case they dont have any other food source

“...any nice life hacks/ suggestions? to do an easy SCrog” Don’t do it Mrs L. Don’t fall victim to the myth! Easy and scrog don’t coexist. I noticed 65w before I read your story. Interesting light.
Mrs_Larimar

@growdoctordc, i had some hope fo find an "easy scrog solution...." well my hope dies last .... then i got to invent a new easy scrog^^ And yes it sounds very low 65 W but its a high quality product made in austria, and especially made for the growbox, and the needs to this space.

@Mrs_Larimar, you did a good job in that little space with 4 plants. now, you need to keep tucking those tall ones that are shooting from the sides, the roots still look bendy so i believe you can.

very expensive this urbanchili.. 😳 do you already know how much you harvested in this box? is 65w enough for the space? nice plant 👌
Mrs_Larimar
Mrs_Larimar
@@Spaceman,yes the 65 watt is enough for this space. . its a very economic growbox, 80 watt total ( with fans). and 0.45 m2 room. supersilent and superstealthy. Iam guesing for 20 gram each, thats 80 gram in total... in that small space...iam going to repeat that grow, now that i have experience with tht box. I think there can be more outcome ( with the right training technics).... iam super happy with that and surprised too

Nice SCROG setup. Most of the ones I've seen do netting but I like your bamboo one!
Mrs_Larimar
Mrs_Larimar
@Fibro_Witch, yes , i just took the materil i already have. but a net has a big adavantage, you can put outgrowing branches better under a net that under a not flexive bamboo scrog
