Excellent looking girl! I don't think you have a big problem with your roots though. Instead I think you've used a bit too much nutrients throughout flower and created enough of a salt build up that it's beginning to lock the roots up. If you look at the tips of the leaves they are showing classic N-burn, and are also growing really thin and dark green. The leaves from week 7 and 8 looked like they had excess P/K too.
Something to consider when applying hydrogen peroxide it that not only will it kill 'harmful' microbes, it will nuke all the beneficial ones too. I could be wrong but I think all that Cannazym does is enhance the microbes; not replace. Without replacing the microbes with mycorrhizae, your roots will hardly be able to process available nutrients and recovery won't really be possible.
I recommend including some mycorrhizae alongside the Cannazym and maybe a couple ml/gal of K booster and just stick to that until the bottom leaves begin to turn a bit yellow and shrivel up. That will be a good indication that the excess salt build up is resolved and that the remaining mobile nutrients are starting to be sent up to the buds. At that point you can probably begin adding back actual nutes or it may just be time to flush and harvest.
Good luck!
