ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
New diaries, new journeys 🌱
Three new ladies have joined my little Farm: Apple Fritter Auto, Mexican Rush Auto, and Royal Cheese Auto.
This diary will be fully dedicated to Apple Fritter Auto—but let’s take it from the very beginning.
First of all, a big thanks to my friends at Royal Queen Seeds, who have been supporting me almost since day one.
They spoke very highly of this strain, so I decided it was time to experience it firsthand and see what it’s really capable of.
🍏 About Apple Fritter Auto
Apple Fritter Auto brings together the very best traits of the original Apple Fritter with the speed and resilience of ruderalis genetics.
This indica-dominant hybrid truly ticks all the boxes:
high THC levels, a compact and discreet structure, and a terpene profile that doesn’t disappoint.
During flowering, she really shines—producing a rich and pungent aroma filled with earthy, fruity, and sweet candy-like notes.
With THC levels reaching up to 23%, you can expect a deeply relaxing, euphoric effect that lingers for hours.
Indoors, plants can reach up to 100 cm, but with a bit of LST, they can easily stay around 60 cm—perfect for controlled environments.
Under quality lighting, yields can reach up to 450 g/m², all within a fast lifecycle of around 11–12 weeks from seed.
⚙️ Setup on My Little Farm:
Grow box: Secret Jardin DS120W (120×60×178)
Lighting: MIGRO 200+ & MIGRO Aray 4
Ventilation: TT Silent-M 100
Filter: Prima Klima PK 100/125
Soil: BioBizz Light Mix
Pots: 11L fabric pots
Seeds: Royal Queen Seeds
Nutrients: RQS Organic Nutrition line
Let's start the diary officially:
31/12/2025
Yes, I know—it’s a bit unusual to start a grow on New Year’s Eve 😄 But sometimes timing just works out that way.
I prepared the BioBizz Light Mix and filled my fabric pots.
Into the soil, I mixed 10g of Easy Boost Organic Nutrition and 10g of seaweed powder from RQS.
After thoroughly blending everything, I watered the soil well and planted the seeds directly into their final pots.
02/01/2026
Gently misted the surface of the soil to keep moisture levels stable.
03/01/2026
Good news—Apple Fritter Auto and Mexican Rush Auto have sprouted! 🌱
Royal Cheese is still taking her time… patience is key.
04/01/2026
Took some photos and decided to replant Royal Cheese to give her another chance.
Now I’m waiting for Apple Fritter to develop at least four true leaves before officially marking the start of the vegetative stage.
Stay tuned—this journey is just getting started 🚀

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
The first week of vegetation is officially behind us, and the grow is now fully underway.
As the photos clearly show, Apple Fritter is off to a very strong start.
On day one of the vegetative stage, she measured just 4.5 cm in height, and within only seven days, she reached 11 cm.
That’s an impressive and promising beginning.
Her roommate, Royal Cheese, is about a week behind, so for the next couple of weeks there will be some adjustments needed—mainly raising pots and managing canopy height to keep everything even.
Overall, Apple Fritter is developing beautifully. She’s already starting to build both vertically and laterally, forming a nice structure.
It feels like she’s just getting ready to enter a more explosive growth phase, and given the current conditions, there’s no reason to expect anything less.
To track progress, I took photos on day one and again on day seven of the vegetative stage.
The difference over just a week is clearly visible and very encouraging.
Lighting is provided by the Migro Aray 4, currently set at 40% power and positioned about 35 cm above the plants.
Since the beginning of the week, I’ve been running an 18/6 light schedule.
Environmental conditions inside the grow space are stable—humidity is holding at around 60%,
while temperatures are steady at approximately 26°C.
Watering is done every 3–4 days, depending on the substrate dryness, with each plant receiving around 1 to 1.5 liters of pH-adjusted water.
This week, I introduced a single Easy Grow Booster tablet into one watering—just enough to give the plants a gentle push without overdoing it.
Weekly Log:
08/01/2026 – Day 1.
Marked the beginning of the vegetative phase with photos.
Apple Fritter measured 4.5 cm.
Watered each plant with 1 liter of pH-adjusted water.
11/01/2026 – Day 4.
Watering day.
Added one Easy Grow Booster tablet to support early growth.
14/01/2026 – Day 7.
Took photos and measured plant height to track progress.
Apple Fritter Auto – Day 7. - 11 cm
That wraps up this week’s update. Everything is progressing smoothly so far.
See you soon with the next report 🌱

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
Apple Fritter is clearly stealing the spotlight on my little “Farm.”
With the second week of vegetation now behind us, she has already reached an impressive height of 21 cm, making her the most vigorous plant in the tent so far.
From the very beginning, her growth pattern has been eye-catching, and this week only confirmed that she’s something special.
It’s actually easier to see in the photos than to fully describe — the upper part of the plant has developed so rapidly and densely that the side branches have almost completely overtaken and hidden the main cola.
It now sits tucked in the middle, almost like it’s in a small “valley” surrounded by taller surrounding growth.
A very unusual and interesting structure at this stage.
Despite that unique formation, Apple Fritter looks extremely healthy and full of energy.
The leaves are a rich, vibrant green, and the plant overall shows strong vitality.
Internodal spacing is still relatively tight, although I can already see it gradually increasing as she continues to stretch and expand.
So far, she has definitely exceeded expectations in terms of early structure and growth behavior.
It will be very interesting to see how she develops from here.
At the moment, I can confidently say she’s the most visually impressive plant out of the three on the Farm.
Environmental conditions remain stable and well within a good range.
Humidity is holding around 50%, while temperatures are steady at approximately 27°C.
Watering continues every 3–4 days.
This week, I introduced CalMag as a preventative addition to support healthy development and avoid deficiencies.
The Easy Grow Booster tablet is still part of the routine as well.
Weekly overview:
17/01/2026 – Day 10.
Watering day. Prepared 6 liters of water for all three plants (2L per plant).
Added one Easy Grow Booster tablet along with 6 ml/L of CalMag, then adjusted pH to 6.0.
20/01/2026 – Day 13.
Watering with the same amount — 2 liters per plant.
Skipped the booster tablet this time.
21/01/2026 – Day 14.
Photo session and height measurement.
Apple Fritter Auto – Day 14. - 21 cm
That’s all for this week.
Apple Fritter is off to a strong and promising start — definitely excited to see how this structure evolves in the coming weeks.

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
The third week of vegetation has come to an end, and we are now officially transitioning into the flowering phase.
Apple Fritter is showing impressive vigor—just take a look at the photos.
Over the past week, she has stretched more than 15 cm and developed a significant amount of new foliage.
Growth has been explosive, and I’ll soon need to step in with some selective defoliation to keep things under control.
One interesting observation is the plant’s structure.
The lateral branches have grown so vigorously that they’ve begun to overtake the central stem, almost enclosing it from all sides.
It’s an unusual formation, but I’m confident the main top will push through and reclaim dominance as flowering progresses.
Overall, the branching is very dense and compact, which is both promising and something to manage carefully.
That said, Apple Fritter is looking fantastic. The leaves are a rich, healthy green, and early signs of flower development are already visible.
At this stage, there’s really nothing to complain about.
The lower portion of the plant has gradually become quite crowded, so a light cleanup will be necessary soon.
Removing some of the inner and lower growth will help improve airflow and allow better light penetration throughout the canopy—especially important as we move deeper into flowering.
Water intake is steadily increasing, and the plant is clearly asking for more with each passing day.
I’m adjusting accordingly, gradually increasing the volume of water.
As before, I continue supplementing with CalMag at 1 ml/L as a preventative measure.
Weekly Log

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
The fourth week has come to an end, marking the beginning of the first true week of flowering — and with that, the real journey begins.
From this point forward, it’s all about flower development and watching the plant shift its energy into bud production.
Over the past week, Apple Fritter Auto showed impressive vertical growth, stretching just under 20 cm and reaching a current height of 56 cm. Alongside this stretch, she has produced a significant amount of new foliage.
In hindsight, defoliation should have been done a bit earlier, as the canopy is now quite dense.
It’s definitely time to open her up and improve light penetration and airflow.
Overall, she is developing very nicely.
The side branches are currently dominating the structure, growing strong and thick, while the main central cola is steadily catching up and beginning to assert itself.
With so many branches forming and expanding, there will soon be a real competition for light, making training and selective defoliation even more important in the coming days.
Flower formation has officially begun, and it’s always exciting to enter this phase.
The buds are still in their early stages, but visible progress is being made,
and it will be interesting to track their development week by week from here on out.
The leaves are looking vibrant and healthy, with a rich green color and no visible signs of deficiencies or stress.
Everything indicates that the plant is receiving what it needs at this stage.
Watering volume is being gradually increased to match her growth,
and I’m continuing to add CalMag as a preventive measure to support overall plant health.
Weekly Breakdown:
30/01/2026 – Day 23.
Watering day.
Prepared 7 liters of water and added 7 ml of CalMag.
This solution was shared between all three plants in the grow.
03/02/2026 – Day 27.
Watering repeated with the same ratio and procedure as the previous feeding.
04/02/2026 – Day 28.
Photo session and height measurement.

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
The second week of flowering is now complete, and things are moving in a very promising direction.
Apple Fritter, a plant that already stands out with its unusual structure, stretched close to 30 cm over the past week.
The vigorous growth is still ongoing, though I’m hoping it will begin to ease off soon as the plant transitions deeper into flowering.
Its structure remains quite compact through the center, with numerous branches competing for light and space.
Despite that, the main cola has gradually established itself above the rest, although it hasn’t fully outpaced all surrounding branches just yet.
This week, I also took the time to clean up the lower section of the plant, which noticeably improved its overall look and airflow.
Some of the leaves have started to show a lighter green shade, which could be an early sign of a mild potassium deficiency.
With the recent introduction of bloom nutrients, I expect that to balance out moving forward.
Flower development is progressing steadily, and everything seems to be heading in the right direction—hopefully it continues just like this.
With flowering underway, I’ve incorporated an Easy Bloom Booster into the feeding routine to support bud development and potassium levels. The dosage remains one tablet per 8 liters of water during watering.
I’m also continuing with preventive CalMag supplementation at 0.5 ml per liter.
As the plants keep expanding, I’m gradually increasing the amount of water to match their growing demands.
This week’s overview:
06/02/2026 – Day 30.
Watering day.
I prepared 8 liters of water, added one Easy Bloom Booster tablet, followed by 4 ml of CalMag, and finished with Lemon Kick for pH adjustment. This solution was shared across all three plants on the farm.

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
Apple Fritter has now fully transitioned into the flowering stage and has completed her third week in bloom.
At this point, she’s shifting focus from stretch to proper bud development, and it’s becoming more noticeable with each passing day.
She’s currently sitting at 85 cm, gaining only about 5 cm over the past week,
which strongly suggests that her vertical growth phase is coming to an end.
From here on, the energy should be directed mainly into building flowers.
Right from the start, Apple Fritter has shown a somewhat unusual structure.
Instead of one clearly dominant top, she developed multiple strong leading shoots, and interestingly, the true main cola isn’t even the tallest point on the plant.
It gives her a slightly irregular but still very interesting canopy.
The inner section of the plant is quite leafy and compact, so I’ve been doing light, gradual defoliation—removing a few leaves to improve light penetration and airflow.
Bud formation is progressing steadily; while not massive yet, the flowers are visibly stacking more week by week.
As expected, the lower and inner growth is less developed, and I’m planning to clean that up to help the plant focus on the top sites.
At this stage, I’m happy to just let her continue along this path without major changes.
Watering remains consistent at roughly every 3 days, occasionally extending to 4 depending on how quickly the medium dries.
I’m still supplementing with CalMag as a precaution, along with Easy Bloom Booster tablets.
The pH is adjusted to 6.0 using Plagron Lemon Kick.
Environmental conditions are stable and dialed in—temperatures are around 28°C, with humidity at approximately 40%.
The lights are currently running at 60% intensity, which seems to suit this phase well.
Here’s a brief recap of the week:
12/02/2026 – Day 36.
Watering day.
Prepared 8 liters of water for all three plants, added 4 ml of CalMag and one Easy Bloom Booster tablet. pH adjusted to 6.0.

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
Strain: Apple Fritter Auto
Day Range: Day 43. – Day 49.
Apple Fritter has now wrapped up its fourth week of flowering, marking seven weeks since the beginning of this grow.
At this stage, the plant is fully immersed in bloom mode — bud sites have taken over, and nearly the entire plant is covered in developing flowers.
With each passing day, the buds are becoming more noticeable in size and density.
A thin, whitish layer is starting to form across the flowers as trichome production increases, giving the plant that early frosty look.
Along with that, the aroma is gradually intensifying, becoming richer and more pronounced as the resin builds up.
In terms of height, Apple Fritter has settled at around 87 cm, and it appears that vertical growth has completely stopped.
From here on, all energy is clearly directed toward flower maturation and resin development.
One of the most interesting aspects of this plant is its structure.
It has developed a very branched form, where the side branches grow almost evenly with the main cola, creating a balanced and somewhat “topped” appearance — even though no training was applied.
This gives the plant a unique and visually appealing shape.
Overall, I’m really happy with how she’s progressing at this point.
💧 Feeding & Watering
The watering routine remains steady — every three days.
Nutrient mix per feeding (shared between all three plants):
- 8 liters of water
- 4 ml CalMag
- 1 Easy Bloom Booster tablet
- pH adjusted to 6.0 using Plagron Lemon Kick
So far, this schedule continues to deliver consistent results without any issues.
Here's what the past week looked like:
21/02/2026 – Day 45.
Watering day.
Mixed 8 liters of water for all three plants, added 4 ml CalMag and one Easy Bloom Booster tablet, then adjusted pH to 6.0.
24/02/2026 – Day 48.
Repeated the same watering and feeding routine.
25/02/2026 – Day 49.

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
Strain: Apple Fritter Auto
Day Range: Day 50. – Day 56.
Apple Fritter Auto is now entering the final stretch of her lifecycle.
After around 5 weeks in flower, and judging by the current development of the buds, I’d estimate there are roughly 7–10 days left until harvest.
Over the past few days, I’ve been regularly checking the trichomes under the microscope.
They’re beginning to turn cloudy, which is a strong indication that she’s approaching peak maturity and the harvest window is getting very close.
Without a doubt, Apple Fritter has been the standout plant in this grow.
The branches are heavily stacked with large, well-developed buds, creating a really impressive overall look.
The flowers are nicely swollen, coated in trichomes, and giving off a rich, intense aroma that you can notice immediately when you get close.
Although the final verdict will come after drying and curing, everything points toward a very high-quality result.
Expectations are definitely high for this one.
The feeding routine has now been simplified.
Watering continues every three days, but I’ve stopped using any nutrients.
From this point forward, it’s only plain water with adjusted pH to help the plant finish cleanly.
Weekly summary:
27/02/2026 – Day 51.
Watering day.
Prepared 8 liters of water and adjusted pH to 6.0. This amount is shared between all plants in the grow.
02/03/2026 – Day 54.

04/03/2026 – Day 56.
Photo session and general inspection.
That’s all for this week.
If everything continues on track, the next update should bring the final chapter of this grow.

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
Strain: Apple Fritter Auto
Day Range: Day 57. – Day 63.
The final week of this journey has officially come to an end, and Apple Fritter Auto is finally ready for harvest and the grand finale — the final photo shoot on the black background.
Last week I mentioned that she would probably need one more week to fully mature, and that prediction turned out to be correct once again.
On day 63. of the grow, Apple Fritter reached the finish line and was harvested.
That means this entire cycle lasted less than ten weeks from seed to harvest. To be exact:
Apple Fritter Auto sprouted on 03/01/2026 and was harvested on 11/03/2026 — a total of 67 days from planting to harvest.
Out of all three plants in the farm, Apple Fritter turned out to be the most beautiful one in my opinion.
The flowers developed exceptionally well — large, dense, rock hard, and completely covered in sparkling trichomes responsible for the amazing aroma surrounding the plant.
The structure of the plant was also very interesting and unusual.
It looked as if she had multiple main colas instead of just one central top, which makes me believe the final yield could easily end up being above average for an autoflower of this size.
During this final week, I inspected the trichomes almost every single day, carefully monitoring the ripeness and making sure they didn’t become too amber before harvest.
The plant also developed beautiful late-flowering colors.
Most of the leaves faded into greenish-yellow autumn shades, while the sugar leaves around the flowers turned deep purple, giving the buds an even more attractive final appearance.
Watering remained simple and consistent throughout the final stretch — every three days with plain water only, just like the previous week.
Final Week Overview
05/03/2026 – Day 57.
Watering day. The plant received 2.5 liters of plain water.
08/03/2026 – Day 60.
Another watering session, same routine as before.
11/03/2026 – Day 63.
End of week 9.
I spent some time taking the final photos before harvest.
After the photo session, I cut the plant at the base of the stem and hung the entire plant upside down inside the grow box for drying.
Now comes the drying phase — around 10–15 days before we see the final results.
Thank you once again to everyone for all the likes, comments, support, and kind words throughout this entire grow journey.
I truly appreciate every bit of it.
That’s all from me for now, but the final report is coming soon. Stay tuned! 🌱✂️
Apple Fritter Auto by truly proved why it’s considered one of the strongest autoflower strains on the market, reaching THC levels of up to 23%.
This indica-dominant hybrid combines the outstanding qualities of the original Apple Fritter with the speed and resilience of ruderalis genetics, resulting in a compact yet highly productive plant packed with potency, flavor, and dense resin production.
On my small farm, she developed beautifully from start to finish.
The entire cycle lasted around 9 weeks — approximately 3 weeks of vegetation followed by 6 weeks of flowering.
Her structure was especially interesting, with side branches stretching unusually high, almost as if the plant had naturally topped itself.
The buds became large, thick, and extremely frosty, completely covered in sparkling trichomes by harvest time.
Going into harvest, I was excited to experience the advertised 23% THC, while also looking forward to the sweet fruity terpene profile with sugary undertones
After harvest, the plant was dried whole, hanging upside down inside the grow box to ensure a slow and even drying process.
Once trimming was completed, the final dry yield came to an impressive 88 grams of dense, aromatic flowers, which left me extremely satisfied with the overall performance and productivity of this strain.
When smoked, Apple Fritter delivers a wonderfully sweet aroma with smooth fruity notes and a pleasant sugary finish. For me, it’s the perfect evening smoke — deeply relaxing, calming both body and mind while still keeping the experience enjoyable and flavorful.
Overall, Apple Fritter Auto exceeded my expectations with its unique structure, heavy trichome production, excellent yield, and delicious terpene profile. Definitely a strain I would happily grow again.

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
And here we are with the final review of this Apple Fritter Auto journey.
I’ll try not to repeat myself too much since most of the grow was carefully documented week by week throughout the diary.
• Planting Date — 31/12/2025
• Harvest Date — 10/03/2026
Vegetative Stage: 3 weeks
Flowering Stage: 6 weeks
Total time from seed to harvest: 67 days.
Overall, this grow went incredibly smoothly from start to finish.
Apple Fritter Auto proved to be a strong and resilient strain, although to be fair, she never really had to struggle because I tried to provide the best possible conditions throughout the entire cycle.
Her structure surprised me a little at first, especially the way the side branches stretched and developed, almost creating a naturally trained appearance.
In the end, that unusual structure turned out to be a huge advantage because every branch became packed with dense, frosty flowers.
After harvest, I hung the entire plant upside down inside the grow box and allowed her to dry slowly over the course of two weeks. Once properly dried, it was time for trimming.
My friends at RQS also sent me one of their newer products — the Trim Bag.
I honestly didn’t have huge expectations at first, but I have to admit the results pleasantly surprised me.
It significantly reduced trimming time and did an excellent job, especially considering how useful it could be for growers handling multiple plants. In some cases, the buds even came out cleaner than when trimming by hand.
The final yield came to 88 grams of dried flowers, which I consider a very satisfying harvest for this run.
I believe that wraps up everything for this diary.
I truly tried to document the entire journey as thoroughly as possible, so hopefully anyone considering growing this fantastic strain can find some useful information and real grower experience here.
Big thanks to RQS for the support, to GrowDiaries for providing such a great platform for growers around the world, and of course to everyone who followed this journey.
Thank you to everyone who left likes, comments, advice, or simply took the time to read these updates — whether the feedback was positive or critical, it was all appreciated.
See you all soon with new diaries and new adventures. 🌱
