Trichomkopf Since yesterday, the new leaf is very noticeable. It even seems to be growing a bit better and faster than the others. Still the same settings for the lamp, etc.

Trichomkopf I've slowly increased the ppfd number to 500 and started fertilizing this week. I'm currently at 0.7 ec and have reduced the humidity a bit.

Trichomkopf She's really getting a nice even leaf canopy and has put the energy beautifully into the side branches 🔥 I've now raised the EC to 1.7 and potted her in 11 liters.

Trichomkopf I've been working on the plants with LST for the last few days to create a nice flat canopy of leaves, and the plant is responding immediately to the switch to flowering.

Trichomkopf Flowering Week 2 (Day 8) – The stretch has begun!
The Bruce Banner #3 has officially kicked it into high gear. Since switching to 12/12, the new shoots are shooting up nicely. The new growth at the shoot tips is a lovely bright green and vibrant. I’m diligently weaving the branches under the scrog net to achieve a perfectly even canopy and control the height. The plant is responding great to the training. So far, no deficiencies or problems!

Trichomkopf Hi everyone, here’s a quick update on my Bruce Banner. This lady is really kicking it into high gear right now, especially when it comes to the aroma – the tent already smells extremely strong, even though we’re still in the early flowering phase. Those who know the genetics are aware of what’s coming in terms of smell, but this is really starting early.
In terms of growth, she has developed super well, really nice and bushy and compact with plenty of potential headbuds at the same height. The tips are starting to show the first white hairs everywhere, and the stretch is completely under control so far. Nutrient-wise, everything is perfect: the deep dark green of the leaves shows that she’s fully thriving and has absolutely no stress so far.
If it smells this intense already, I can’t wait for the buds to really swell and resin up in the coming weeks. I’ll keep you updated!

Trichomkopf We've almost reached the halfway point of flowering, and the stretch is completely over. All the energy is now flowing into bud formation: dense, white hair crowns are forming everywhere, and the first fine trichomes are starting to cover the sugar leaves. Thanks to the clean lollipopping in the lower third, air circulation is perfect, and no energy is wasted on popcorn buds in the shade. The leaves are showing a healthy, rich dark green – so the nutrient supply is just right. In the coming weeks, it’s all about the swelling of the buds and resin production!

Trichomkopf We have reached day 36 of flowering today, and the Bruce Banner #3 is continuing to develop excellently. The flower formation is really picking up now, and the buds are swelling more visibly day by day. You can already see a fine, glistening layer of trichomes covering the sugar leaves and flower clusters, indicating promising resin production. The white pistils are still long and vibrant, showing that the plant is in the middle of its main flowering phase and will still gain quite a bit of mass. The canopy is presenting a very rich, deep dark green, indicating solid nutrient supply. The leaf tips show hardly any signs of burning or deficiencies, so the current fertilizing and watering strategy seems to be working well. The structure of the plant is also ideal, as the individual branches are stretching evenly and forming a nice, homogeneous crown that utilizes light optimally. The smell in the tent is also noticeably increasing in intensity and is already emitting the typically complex aroma of this genetics. In the coming days, the focus will remain on maintaining stable humidity and a consistent nutrient supply to prevent mold formation and best support bud development.
Trichomkopf The Bruce Banner #3 from Original Sensible Seeds, a cross between Colorado Ghost OG and Strawberry Diesel with a slight Sativa dominance, has today reached the end of its life cycle on flowering day 65.
During the flowering phase, the plant exhibited very stable growth behavior and developed strong side branches that could easily support the enormous weight of the main colas. The appearance of the buds is fantastic: they have grown extremely dense and are covered all the way to the tips with a thick, sticky layer of trichomes. The gigantic resin content makes this strain not only a real eye-catcher visually but also perfect for later extractions.
Even when trimming, an extremely intense smell rose up. The aroma profile is dominated by a sharp, fuel-like diesel note, wonderfully rounded off by a sweet-fruity berry nuance and light citrus notes.
With exactly 65 flowering days, the harvest landed in the perfect window of the breeder's indication. The trichomes have reached the ideal ratio of milky to a few amber. Due to the massive density of the buds, an excellent yield is on the way. Now it goes directly into drying under ideal conditions before the curing process begins. Overall, an absolute resin monster with strong bag appeal and powerful aroma.
