The plant has stabilized and shows healthy development. 📏 This week, I transplanted the plant into its new 11L pot so that the roots have enough space for the upcoming phase. The current height is 26 cm. 📸 In the current pictures, the plant can be assessed well. The leaf color is a rich, healthy green with no signs of deficiencies or stress. The structure is typical for a landrace strain, with a clear upward tendency and even internode spacing. The plant appears vigorous and has handled the transplanting well. ✂️ The focus now is on getting the roots to quickly fill the new pot. The transition is in full swing, and you can immediately tell that this genetics is ready to take off. The shift from the vegetative phase to the generative phase is running absolutely smoothly, with no signs of stress from the plant. 📏 The current measurement shows a height of 57 cm. For the substrate, I’m using a mix of 85 percent Plagron Allmix and 15 percent additional compost. This combination has so far provided enough power to feed the onset of stretch without me having to heavily supplement with liquid fertilizer. The soil structure retains moisture optimally, which is evident from the vital leaf tension throughout the setup. 📸 The current photos show the top health condition. The leaf green is rich and deep, with no signs of deficiencies or over-fertilization at the tips. The leaf fingers are cleanly defined and exhibit the typical character of a Sativa-dominant landrace. Particularly important at this stage: the first white pistils are clearly visible at the nodes, so the pre-flowering is definitely underway. The main stem is massive and shows deep grooves, indicating good nutrient transport. A few residues from transpiration on the leaves show that the plant is working well in the greenhouse. 🌡️ In the coming week, I’m preparing for the actual stretch. With pure Thai genetics, you have to expect that it will massively increase the internode distances now. I will closely monitor the height to ensure it doesn’t grow over my head in the greenhouse. As true Sativa genetics, the plant is pushing up nicely, which was absolutely to be expected with a landrace like this. The structure is stable, and the node spacing is typically wide for this strain, allowing plenty of light to reach the lower branches. 📏 This week, the plant has reached a height of 67 cm. The water and nutrient uptake is stable, and the plant shows no signs of stress. 💧 What stands out to me about this Wild Thai is the vitality in the foliage. The color is a rich green, with no signs of over-fertilization or deficiency. The plant is now showing the first small pre-flowers at the tips of the branches, and the typical scent of the Sativa genetics is starting to unfold slowly. In the coming days, I will slightly adjust the feeding schedule to meet the phosphorus and potassium needs for the upcoming massive flower formation. The lady is well-fed and is doing exactly what a landrace should do: steadily grow and channel energy into branching. It's looking healthy and vibrant. 📋 This week I watered twice. For the nutrient schedule, I'm using 10 ml/L of BioTabs Bio PK 5-8. Additionally, I gave a special dose of 4 ml S&R Organics 5in1 to boost nutrient supply during this phase. The substrate still consists of 85% Plagron Allmix and 15% compost. 📸 The current development looks solid. The leaf color is a healthy, rich dark green, and the structure is typical for a landrace with longer internodes. Bud formation is in full swing, and the first trichomes are already clearly visible on the sugar leaves. The plant shows good symmetry and has been responding very positively to the current feeding. ✂️ I’m keeping a close eye on the further development of the buds. Next up is observing the trichome density and overall vitality to see how it processes the additional nutrients. So far, everything is going according to plan.

The plant shows a typical, rather slender landrace structure with a clear tendency to stretch. The flower development is progressing, with the focus currently clearly on the formation of the headbuds. 💧 During this period, I have administered 4 ml of S&R Organics 5in1 as a special addition to support nutrient supply during this intense phase. 📸 Looking at the photos, it's noticeable that the plant is already shedding significantly yellow leaves in the lower tiers. This is often a sign at this stage that the plant is mobilizing its reserves from the lower leaves to channel energy into flower formation. The upper leaves are still a vibrant green. The flowers themselves are forming compactly and showing the first signs of trichome development.

The ripening phase is in full swing. 📋 To specifically support flower formation in the final sprint, I administered a special dose of 1.5 ml S&R Organics Phosphor Boost and 11 ml S&R Organics 5in1. 📸 The current appearance shows a strong concentration on the headbud. The upper leaves are a rich dark green and healthy, while the lower sail leaves are already turning noticeably yellow and dying off, which is completely normal at this stage – the plant is drawing out the last reserves. The flower structure is compact, the resin density is visibly increasing, and the first stigmas are slightly changing color. ✂️ All in all, the Thai is doing well. The focus now is on finishing the last weeks cleanly. I am keeping an eye on the leaf discoloration to ensure that it is just the natural autumn process and that no deficiencies are taking over. Next week, the watering behavior will be adjusted to the needs of the ripening flowers.

The plant showed a very interesting, pronounced dark pigmentation of the leaves until the end, ranging from deep green to a strong dark purple. The flower structure was typically airy and elongated for a Sativa-dominant strain, with the resin content clearly visible in the photos. 📏 In the last week, there was still a watering, during which I administered 3 ml S&R Organics 5in1 as a special addition. The substrate consisted of a mixture of 85 percent Plagron Allmix and 15 percent compost. ✂️ Unfortunately, the common thread in this grow was interrupted by a severe infestation of Botrytis, or gray mold. The mold was discovered on 15.06.2026. To protect the remaining stock and avoid further risks, I reacted immediately and pulled the emergency brake. The harvest was initiated on 16.06.2026, thus successfully concluding the entire grow, albeit prematurely. 📋 In retrospect, the Wild Thai was an exciting genetics with an impressive visual development in late flowering. Those who work with landraces know that they often react more sensitively to environmental conditions, which the mold infestation unfortunately confirmed here. The photos show a vital plant with a noticeable purple color change despite the infestation, which presents a beautiful picture at the right temperatures. The topic is thus closed for me – on to the next run.

On 2026-06-15, I noticed a massive infestation of Botrytis, or gray mold. For a landrace strain at this stage, that's an absolute knockout criterion; there's no waiting around. 📋 The facts for this week can be summed up quickly: The treatment for the infestation involved immediate harvesting on 2026-06-16 to avoid endangering the rest of the plant or other crops. The grow is officially finished. 📸 Looking at the pictures, you can clearly see the typical structure of this strain. The buds have grown rather loosely, which is to be expected with Thai genetics. Despite the early harvest, the leaves are dark green to purple, which gives a nice appearance. The trichomes are well-developed and visible all over the buds and small sugar leaves. The stem is robust and shows the characteristic redness for the strain. Conclusion: It's a shame about the last few days I would have liked to give her, but safety comes first. Gray mold is a dangerous opponent that shouldn't be underestimated. Now it's time to dry, and then we'll see what the quality of the harvest is like. You never stop learning, even with landraces.
