Gorilla cookies/Gelato 41 Autos

Dgdude Slowly increased nutes from 1ml calmag, 1ml of canna a/b per liter to 1ml cal mag and 2ml of canna a/b per liter over the last week an a half. Gelato had slight nute burn whereas the gorilla cookies are filling out great with it. Gelato looks to have had a mutation? And is smaller than the gorilla cookies plants. (Maybe from the short stunt from too many nutes or maybe it’s the strain.) ppfd sitting around 500-550

Dgdude The girls are at 16 days after shedding their seed. After defoliating main stem a few days ago, other nodes are now getting light as they should. I haven’t taken anything additional off the center stem since other growth is growing into about the same level. Just tucked some leaves so nodes are all getting light. Sitting around 500+/-PPFD. Currently watering 3L solution to each plant every 3 days.

Dgdude We are at the start of week 4, day 23 from seed. All I can say is HOLY CRAP these girls are growing and thriving. Installed a new automated watering system yesterday. Built from a pond pump, swing pipe, a few T’s, shut off valves to control flow, and end caps. Ziptied it to the fabric pots for the right coverage. I think this is the final thing I need to do. Also swapped out the 3, 200w lights for a single sf4000 (450w) for even coverage as the multiple lights left hot spots. I plan to utilize the vs2000 (200W) light closer to flower for max yield. On a side note, I have followed basementganjas videos on YouTube for the nutrient mix on his “How I grow 41” and defoliated using his videos “How I grow 33.” For now all 4 of my plants seem to be bigger at this stage than all of his videos I’ve seen from him.

Dgdude Increased nutes just slightly as plants are beginning to stretch. Also now watering every 24 hours. Girls are slurping the nutes down! Bottom right GC is slightly behind and the most bushy of all of them. Gelato (bottom left) started flower first and is slightly ahead of the others. Haven’t defoliated much just barely.

Dgdude Mid way through week 6. Photos are from day 38 from seed. A few days ago I added the scrog. Mainly for supporting the branches for when colas are bigger. I’ve tucked a few out to the edges but not many. Heavy defoliation/lollipop to clean up the underside. Should allow for excellent airflow and for growth to focus on the main colas. Increased nutes to 3ml/liter for canna a/b. Ppfd around 750-800. Also now watering every 12 hours

Dgdude Week 7 day 46. Buds starting to stack. Small plant is finally stretching. Left side of the tent is definitely flowering quicker than the right side. The left side light is much stronger than the right which could be the reason. Honestly not 100% sure as Ppfd is even across the canopy. Introduced pk13/14. All plants are on the same watering system/reservoir so this will be a little test to see how it affects the plants that are most behind

Dgdude Super freaking dense canopy! Did a major defoliation and clean up of the interior shoots. Probably a 13 gallon trash can full. One of my 4 fans went out so I bought four more for a total of 7 fans. With a canopy this thick I didn’t want to take any chances. 4 fans under the canopy and 3 above. Increased nutes again. Left side of tent is stacking buds and right side looks to be about to start stacking. For a first grow these are much larger than I anticipated. I expect 4 plants in a 4x5 to have plenty of room but I am packed wall to absolute wall! Good problems to have I guess!
