ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
Here we are at the beginning of another exciting journey on My Little Farm.
This run feels especially exciting because there are so many new things happening β new ventilation, a completely new nutrient line, and of course, some amazing new genetics.
The new residents of the farm are Grape Ape Auto, Pink Runtz Auto, and Wedding Cake Auto.
This diary will follow the journey of the beautiful Wedding Cake Auto from seed to harvest.
π° Wedding Cake Auto
Wedding Cake Auto is an indica-dominant strain created by crossing the legendary Wedding Cake with BF Super Auto #1.
She delivers everything growers loved about the original cultivar, but in a much faster and more convenient autoflowering version.
This strain is famous for its rich terpene profile, offering delicious notes of citrus, sweet candy, fruit, and pine.
With THC levels around 19%, the effects are both euphoric and deeply relaxing β
the perfect balance between physical comfort and mental uplift.
π¬οΈ Upgraded Ventilation
For this run I upgraded the ventilation system on My Little Farm, and Iβm extremely happy with the change.
New Equipment:
Rhino Ultra Non-Silenced 125 fan
Rhino Pro 125 carbon filter
Even though the fan is not a silenced model, it runs surprisingly quietly and is incredibly compact.
I really love the design and performance so far. I also upgraded to the Rhino Pro filter version, and Iβm confident this setup will provide even better environmental conditions throughout the grow.
I also added the new RQS Thermometer β beautifully designed, wireless, and equipped with built-in rear sensors, which makes monitoring much cleaner and easier inside the tent.
βοΈ Setup on My Little Farm
Grow Tent: Secret Jardin DS120W (120Γ60Γ178)
Lighting: MIGRO Aray 4
Ventilation: Rhino Ultra Non-Silenced 125
Filter: Rhino Pro 125
Soil: BioBizz Light-Mix
Pots: 11L fabric pots
Genetics: Royal Queen Seeds
Nutrients: BioTabs Organic Line
π± Trying a New Nutrient Line β BioTabs
For a long time I used only RQS organic nutrients, so this run is something completely new for me.
Huge thanks to the BioTabs team for sending me a full range of products to test on this grow.
Iβve heard many great things about BioTabs, and Iβm very excited to see how the plants respond.
Products Used:
Startrex
Startrex is packed with beneficial soil bacteria that immediately activate and improve soil life, helping plants establish roots faster and absorb nutrients more efficiently.
The key ingredients β fulvic acids, humus, and silicon β help transport nutrients directly into plant cells and create a healthy living soil environment from the very beginning.
Silicium Flash
Silicium Flash provides a fast-acting dose of silicon along with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.
The plants can absorb these nutrients immediately, promoting lush green growth and strong early development, while the remaining nutrients are slowly released over the following weeks.
Mycotrex
Mycotrex contains beneficial mycorrhizal fungi that form a symbiotic relationship with the roots.
These fungi dramatically expand the effective root zone, improving water and nutrient uptake and helping plants develop stronger and healthier root systems.
BioTabs Tablets
BioTabs tablets contain slow-release organic fertilizers combined with beneficial soil bacteria and humic acids.
This creates stable and healthy growth while improving nutrient availability throughout the entire grow cycle.
π± Planting Day
In the photos I tried to show the full planting process and all the products used during preparation.
I started with a 50L bag of BioBizz Light-Mix and prepared the RQS fabric pots.
- First, I filled roughly one-third of each pot with soil.
- Then I added 50g of Startrex and 50g of Silicium Flash.
- After adding more soil, I mixed everything thoroughly.
- Two BioTabs tablets were placed deep into the soil.
- The pots were then filled completely with soil.
- Finally, I added 2g of Mycotrex directly into the planting area where the seeds would be placed.
Before planting, I thoroughly soaked the soil using water mixed with:
1g/L Bactrex
5ml/L Orgatrex
After everything was ready, the seeds were placed into the soil and the pots were moved into My Little Farm.
Here's what the beginning of the journey looked like:

Wedding Cake successfully sprouted!
Unfortunately, I missed the perfect moment for a sprout photo.
Now Iβll give her a few days to establish herself before officially starting the vegetation phase.
Iβm slightly worried because the other two seeds still havenβt sprouted, so I may need to replant them.
Thatβs all for this introductory germination report.
The journey has officially begun, and Iβm excited to see where this grow takes us.
See you all very soon! π±

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
Strain - Wedding Cake Auto
Day Range: Day 1. β Day 7.
The first week of vegetation is officially complete, and Wedding Cake Auto has already shown some beautiful early growth and strong development.
Since Wedding Cake sprouted before the other two ladies and was replanted earlier, she currently has about a one-week advantage over her roommates in the garden π±
That early head start is already becoming visible through her rapid development and healthy structure.
I took photos on the very first day of vegetation to officially mark the beginning of her journey, and then again on Day 7. to document the progress.
The transformation over just seven days is honestly impressive π
By the end of Week 1, Wedding Cake reached a height of 8 cm and has already begun forming her first branch tiers.
At this early stage, the internodal spacing is naturally very tight, giving her a compact structure that should gradually open up as growth accelerates.
The leaves are showing a beautiful vibrant green color π and overall she looks extremely healthy and full of energy.
So far, Wedding Cake is developing beautifully and I truly hope she continues this strong momentum throughout the entire grow cycle.
π‘ Grow Setup
The Migro Aray 4 LED is currently running at 40% intensity and positioned approximately 35 cm above the canopy.
Throughout the first week, the plants remain under a 24/7 light schedule to encourage maximum vegetative growth π
π§ Watering & Feeding
Watering currently takes place every 3β4 days using approximately 1.5 liters of water per plant.
Even though pH adjustment is not strictly required for this setup, I still prefer to bring the water down to pH 6.0 using Plagron Lemon Kick for optimal nutrient uptake.
No additional nutrients have been introduced yet since the soil already contains enough nutrition for the early stage of growth.
Later on, Iβm very excited to see how Wedding Cake responds to the BioTabs nutrient system π±

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
Strain - Wedding Cake Auto
Day Range: Day 8. β Day 14.
Another week in the books, and Wedding Cake Auto is steadily cruising through the vegetative stage with healthy and consistent growth.
Over the past week, she packed on nearly 10 cm of growth and is now standing at 17 cm tall.
While she's not showing the explosive stretch of her Pink Runtz sister, she's developing exactly how I'd like to see it β compact, healthy, and full of vigor.
On my little farm, Wedding Cake is currently about a week ahead of the other two ladies.
That said, I allowed Grape Ape and Pink Runtz a bit more time before starting their official grow diaries, so the actual difference isn't quite as large as it may appear.
The structure is looking great so far.
She's building a nice, dense canopy with tight internodal spacing and plenty of healthy foliage.
The leaves are rich green, praying nicely toward the light, and showing absolutely no signs of deficiencies or stress. πΏβοΈ
Growth may be a little more controlled compared to Pink Runtz, but that's perfectly fine.
She's developing into a sturdy and well-balanced plant with a strong framework that should support some beautiful flowers later on. πͺπΈ
Before the flowering stretch begins, I definitely plan on doing some selective defoliation to improve airflow and light penetration through the canopy. βοΈπ±
π‘ Lighting Setup
The Migro Aray 4 LED remains at 40% power and approximately 35 cm above the canopy.
This week I kept the light schedule at 24/0 due to the first week of growth for her younger roommates.
Starting next week, however, the entire garden will transition to an 18/6 schedule, giving the plants a proper dark period while maintaining strong vegetative growth. βοΈπ
π§ Watering & Feeding
As the plants continue to establish larger root systems, their water demand is gradually increasing.
Currently, watering takes place approximately every three days, with the volume being slowly increased as the girls continue to grow.
Water pH remains stable at around 6.0 and is adjusted using Plagron Lemon Kick.
The BioTabs program continues to perform flawlessly.
Wedding Cake seems completely satisfied with the feeding regime and is rewarding me with healthy growth, lush foliage, and excellent overall plant health. ππΏ

π Wedding Cake Auto β Day 14. β 17 cm
Overall, I'm very happy with her progress so far.
She may not be the fastest-growing plant in the tent, but she's developing beautifully and showing all the signs of a healthy, happy lady. π
That's all from me for this week's update.
Thank you everyone for stopping by, leaving likes, and sharing words of support. I truly appreciate it! ππ

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
Strain - Wedding Cake Auto
Day Range: Day 15. β Day 21.
Wedding Cake Auto has officially completed her third week of vegetative growth and is now preparing to enter the flowering phase. πΈ
This week she continued her steady and healthy development, adding another 15 cm of growth and reaching a total height of 32 cm.
Since she's one week older than her fast-growing roommates, all three plants have now reached a very similar canopy level.
The only adjustment needed was slightly raising the pot under Grape Ape to keep everything even.
Unlike Pink Runtz, which has been stretching aggressively, Wedding Cake displays a much more compact growth pattern.
Internodal spacing remains tight, branch distances are shorter, and the foliage is significantly denser.
Because of this, she still resembles a small, bushy shrub rather than a stretching autoflower.
The structure is looking fantastic.
Dense foliage, strong branching, and a healthy canopy suggest she'll have plenty of potential bud sites once flowering fully kicks in.
The leaves maintain a beautiful deep-green color with no signs of deficiencies, stress, or nutrient issues, which tells me she's feeling right at home on my little farm. π
The first signs of flower formation are already visible, and it won't be long before the entire plant starts filling up with developing bud sites. Exciting times ahead! πΈ
The lower section of the canopy is definitely approaching the point where some light defoliation will be beneficial.
Within the next few days, I'll likely remove some of the excess lower growth to improve airflow, increase light penetration, and make watering a bit easier moving forward.
Overall, Wedding Cake looks healthy, vigorous, and fully prepared for the transition into flowering. π±β¨
Lighting Setup π‘
The Migro Aray 4 LED remains at 40% power and approximately 35 cm above the canopy.
Starting next week, I'll increase the light intensity to 60% as flowering begins and the plants demand more energy for bud production.
The light schedule is currently 18/6.
Wedding Cake actually spent an extra week under a 24/0 schedule while waiting for her younger roommates to catch up after transplanting, which helped establish a solid foundation before the switch to the current routine.
Watering & Feeding π§
Watering frequency is now every 3 days as plant size and water demand continue to increase.
Water pH remains stable at approximately 6.0, adjusted using Plagron Lemon Kick.
One of the biggest advantages of this BioTabs run continues to be its simplicity. There is no need for nutrient mixing, measuring EC, or adjusting feeding schedules. I simply provide clean, pH-adjusted water while the living soil ecosystem supplies everything the plant needs for healthy growth and development. π±

ButterfliesLittleFarm Hello Diary,
Strain - Wedding Cake Auto
Day Range: Day 22. β Day 28.
The first week of flower is officially in the books! πΈ
Although the bud sites are only just starting to show themselves, there's no doubt that Wedding Cake has entered the flowering phase.
Interestingly, she's about a week ahead of the other two ladies on the farm, but they've been catching up quickly.
At this point, the difference in development is becoming less noticeable, and the whole garden seems to be settling into flower together. π±
This week she stretched another 13 cm, bringing her total height to 55 cm. Surprisingly, she's no longer the tallest plant in the tent!
Despite the transition into flower, the stretch has remained very manageable and well within expectations.
The internodal spacing is nice and tight, resulting in a dense, bushy structure packed with healthy foliage.
She's definitely due for a good defoliation session soon to improve airflow and light penetration through the canopy. πβοΈ
The main cola has started to establish itself and is slowly pulling ahead of the secondary branches.
Bud sites are appearing across the plant, but they're still in the very early stages.
Looking at her development, it almost feels like I should still be calling this late veg rather than early flower. π
Overall, Wedding Cake is looking absolutely fantastic.
The leaves are a rich, vibrant green, showing no signs of deficiencies or stress.
The stem has thickened nicely and looks more than ready to support some chunky, frost-covered flowers in the weeks ahead. π¬βοΈ
π‘ Lighting Setup
The Migro Aray 4 LED is currently running at 60% power.
The fixture is already positioned close to its maximum height, so there isn't much room left for further adjustments.
Fortunately, the canopy remains at a comfortable distance from the light, and hopefully the rest of the girls won't get too ambitious during the upcoming stretch phase. π€πΏ
The light schedule remains unchanged at 18/6.
π§ Watering & Feeding
Watering frequency has now increased to once every three days as the plants continue stacking biomass and expanding their root zones.
Water pH remains stable at approximately 6.0, adjusted using Plagron Lemon Kick.
So far, the BioTabs system continues to impress.
Growing has been incredibly straightforward and almost hands-off. No nutrient bottles, no feeding schedules, and no constant adjustments.
The living soil food web seems to be doing all the heavy lifting while I simply provide properly pH-adjusted water. π±
Wedding Cake is clearly thriving under this setup and showing all the signs of a happy, healthy plant with everything she needs to reach her full potential.
Weekly Recap:
06/05/2026 β Day 23.
