IslandTerps Strain: Fast Buds – Banana Guava Auto
Grow Type: Indoor
Pot Size: 3–5 Gallon (final pots)
Medium: Peat Moss & Perlite
Nutrient Line: Athena
Germination Week
These seeds got off to a quick start and cracked in less than 24 hours after being placed into water. Once the taproots showed, they were moved into a damp paper towel so the roots could develop a little further before planting.
After the taproots reached a good length, the seedlings were planted into plastic cups where they’re currently getting established. Everything has been smooth so far and they’re looking healthy. The plan is to transplant them into their final 3–5 gallon pots once they’re ready.
Excited to see what these Banana Guava Autos bring to the table 🌿🔥

Week 1 Update
The Banana Guavas are off to a nice start and showing healthy early growth. Originally I started with 3, but ended up adding one more to the run, so we’re rocking with 4 girls now 🔥
They’re still in the early stages, but so far everything looks smooth. Nice color, healthy posture, and no issues showing at the moment. Just letting them settle in and do their thing for now.

Week 2 Update
The Banana Guava girls are doing well so far and showing some healthy growth across the board. They’ve been settling into their pots nicely and overall the plants look happy and healthy with no issues to report right now.
I’m still trying out that whole electroculture thing on one of the plants 😭🤣. Honestly, I still don’t know if it actually works or if I’m just convincing myself… but that plant does seem a little bigger than the rest lol. Could just be genetics doing genetics things, but we’ll see how it goes over the next few weeks.
So far though, everything’s been smooth and I’m excited to see how these girls turn out 🔥

Week 3 Update
The Banana Guava girls are doing really great right now and showing some nice robust growth across the board 🔥. They’ve been growing steadily and overall look healthy and happy in the environment.
A few of the leaves are a little curled in at the moment, but that’s mainly from just watering them before taking the photos. I may have given one of them a little too much water as well 😅 but nothing serious at all. They should bounce right back once the pots dry back a bit.
Other than that, everything’s been smooth and I’m really liking how this run is shaping up so far.
