DWC/Candy Jungle Auto

MaxWax Of course, I already made a mistake in the first week. The water in the tank went bad and started to smell. I had to do a complete water change and clean the tank very well. Luckily, I noticed it in time. The plants are doing great and get stronger every day. As soon as I see more than one root, I will take some photos of them :D

MaxWax The last few days were pretty stressful because I had massive problems with the tank . But thanks to active cooling for the pump and some styrofoam insulation around the tank, I managed to get the temperature under Control 😅

MaxWax The plants are doing quite well so far, but one is much bigger than the other. At first, I thought it was due to genetics. However, I'm starting to suspect that it might be my fault—specifically the frozen water bottle I use to regulate the reservoir temperature. If I don't use the ice bottles, the temperature rises above 22°C, but I think the roots of the smaller plant might be getting a cold shock. I’ve already learned a lot from this project that I will do right from the start in my next DWC grow 🙂

MaxWax I changed the water tank on Wednesday and took the photos and videos. Both plants are doing great and are the same height, but the right one is noticeably larger. I guess just a few more days and the stretch will be over 🙃 in on

MaxWax The girls are doing amazing, buds are getting bigger 😍I realized it wasn't the best move to run two plants in one res. Since they have different harvest windows, I'll have to do a partial harvest on the mature one and try to stall the rest until the second girl catches up. Since the early chop won't be flushed, I'm just gonna run it for bubble hash and press it into some sweet live rosin! 🍯🔥

MaxWax The plants are doing excellent. The leaves are praying sharply upward, which I rarely saw during my last soil grow. Sadly, the left plant is smaller and much further along in flowering. Since they share a reservoir, I can't harvest her early. I'll have to harvest the small one overripe, but it will be interesting to see how the buds taste and affect. I am going to defoliate them in the next few days. The small one is just way too dense; I definitely messed up with her, but I'd say I nailed the right one for first run dwc auto😀🏼

MaxWax Plants are thriving, but space is getting tight in this tent xD Lesson learned for the next run: I need to lollipop and defoliate much heavier. The canopy is just too dense and the lowers are starved for light. Dealing with a massive height gap and uneven flower stages at the same time is tricky.Fortunately, the big girl stopped stretching 3 days ago. Tomorrow I'm chopping the top of the small one and going straight to the freezer for bubble hash. A must-do since she wasn't flushed and is still packed with nutes. The big one easily needs 1–2 more weeks until harvest. I made a few mistakes, but that's the beauty of growing—you learn and improve with every run 🙃
