DogDoctorOfficial # Blueberry Muffin by Zamnesia | Pheno A 🌱? ## Germination Week | A New Chapter Begins Welcome everyone. Before we start, a small explanation. For years I documented multiple plants of the same cultivar inside a single diary. With recent GrowDiaries photo limitations, I decided to change the structure of my documentation moving forward. Instead of grouping multiple phenotypes together, each plant will now receive its own dedicated diary. That means: - Pheno A gets its own journey. - Pheno B gets its own journey. - Individual observations become easier to track. - Phenotype differences become easier to compare. - Documentation becomes cleaner and more detailed. The goal remains exactly the same as always: To document the entire process honestly, openly, and educationally from seed to harvest. The only difference is that now each plant gets to tell its own story. And today, that story begins with Blueberry Muffin Pheno A. --- ## The Beginning Every grow starts with a seed. Tiny. Silent. Full of potential. This run begins with Blueberry Muffin from Zamnesia Seeds, grown under a 12/12 from seed schedule from the very first day of life. A method that is a little different from what most growers choose, but one that has become part of my own cultivation style over time. As always, the purpose here is not to claim that one method is better than another. It is simply to document what works for me and share the results openly so everyone can draw their own conclusions. --- ## Germination Using the Cannakan System For germination we used the Cannakan system. The concept is simple but extremely practical. The container is divided into individual chambers, allowing multiple cultivars to be germinated at the same time while keeping everything organized and properly labeled. Each section can be identified individually, reducing confusion when working with multiple genetics simultaneously. The seeds were placed inside using only plain water. Nothing else. No additives. No rooting stimulants. No nutrients. Just water. Within approximately 24 hours the seeds had already produced healthy taproots and were ready for the next step. Fast. Clean. Simple. Exactly what we hope to see during germination. --- ## Why Only Water? One question that often appears during germination is: "Why not feed the seed immediately?" The answer is simple. The seed already contains everything required for the first stage of life. Nature prepared that package long before we arrived. The seed carries its own energy reserves and nutritional resources necessary to begin root development and establish itself. At this stage I personally prefer to let the seed do what nature designed it to do. Water is enough. The goal is not to feed the plant. The goal is to wake it up. --- ## First Experiment With Coco Plugs This run also marks my first experience using coco starter plugs. The plugs were fully saturated with water before use and then lightly squeezed to remove excess moisture. This leaves the media moist while still maintaining oxygen around the developing root system. The germinated seeds were carefully inserted into the plugs and placed under a humidity dome. The dome remained useful for only a very short time. In less than 24 hours the seedlings had already emerged and were ready to continue growing. At that point they were transplanted directly into small containers filled with Plagron Lightmix. --- ## Environment The early environment was kept intentionally simple. Temperatures remained around 26–27°C. Humidity initially stayed high during germination and then transitioned quickly toward approximately 65–70% using a Spider Farmer humidifier. This is a personal preference. Rather than keeping seedlings inside extremely humid conditions for extended periods, I prefer introducing them relatively early to the environment they will actually experience during growth. The idea is gradual adaptation rather than prolonged protection. Airflow remains extremely gentle at this stage. Just enough movement to prevent stagnant air without stressing young seedlings. --- ## Heat Mat Temperatures The propagation mat itself was running around 40°C. That number often surprises people. However, the temperature inside the rooting environment is always lower than the heating source itself. The heat source must be warmer than the target root-zone temperature in order to maintain stable conditions. The objective is not to expose the seedlings to 40°C. The objective is to provide enough energy so the rooting environment remains comfortably warm and encourages rapid germination. As always, monitoring and adjustment are important. --- ## Lighting Lighting during germination is intentionally soft. Seedlings do not require intense light immediately after emerging. The purpose is simply to encourage healthy development while avoiding unnecessary stress. Once established, these girls will move under the Future Of Grow Black Series 600W full-spectrum LED system where the real journey begins. PPFD discussions will come later as the plants develop and become capable of utilizing stronger light levels effectively. For now, gentle growth is the objective. --- ## First Observations So far everything has gone exactly as hoped. Fast germination. Healthy taproots. Strong emergence. Healthy color. Good vigor. And perhaps most importantly: Curiosity. Every run teaches something. Every cultivar expresses itself differently. Every phenotype tells its own story. This is only the first chapter. --- ## Looking Ahead Next week we will begin following Blueberry Muffin Pheno A through her first true stages of vegetative growth. We will discuss: - Early development - Root establishment - Initial structure - Environmental parameters - Light intensity - Watering strategy - And whatever surprises she decides to show us Because that is the beauty of growing. No matter how many runs we complete, every seed still carries a little mystery inside. And honestly? That mystery is part of what keeps us coming back. Grower's love everyone. 🌱 Huge thanks to Zamnesia Seeds for the genetics, Plagron for the substrate and nutrition, Future Of Grow for the lighting, and everyone following along as this new chapter begins.

DogDoctorOfficial # Blueberry Muffin by Zamnesia | Pheno A 🍇🌱 ## Vegetative Week 1 | Settling Into Her New Home Hello GrowDiaries family! 👋🌱 Welcome back to the journey of Blueberry Muffin Pheno A. Last week we followed this seed from germination into its first days above the soil. This week marks the beginning of true vegetative growth and the first important step toward establishing a healthy root system and a strong foundation for everything that follows. As mentioned in the germination report, all plants in this project are being grown under a 12/12 light cycle from seed. It is a method that differs from what most growers choose, but one that has become part of my cultivation style over time. Because of that, we approach the early stages slightly differently than many traditional vegetative grows. --- ## Moving Into The Final Home One of the first major steps this week was transplanting the seedlings into their final containers. Normally many growers choose to gradually increase pot size through several transplant stages. In this project we decided to move directly into the final homes from the beginning. The reasoning is simple. When growing under 12/12 from seed, every day matters. We want the roots to establish themselves as quickly as possible without interruptions, restrictions, or unnecessary transplant stress later in the cycle. The goal is to allow the plant to focus on building roots immediately and continuously from the very beginning. --- ## Lightmix & Early Root Development The final containers were filled with Plagron Lightmix. Lightmix provides a gentle environment for young plants while still offering enough nutrition to support early development without overwhelming delicate root systems. At this stage we are not trying to force growth. We are trying to build foundations. Strong roots today become strong plants tomorrow. --- ## Water First, Food Later The first irrigation after transplant consisted only of plain water. This is something I personally prefer during the earliest stages. Young seedlings still carry nutritional reserves from the seed itself and are growing within a lightly fertilized substrate. There is usually no need to rush nutrients immediately. Instead, the focus remains on root establishment. Several days later, once the plants had settled into their new environment, a very gentle feeding program was introduced using: 🌱 Plagron Terra Grow 🌱 Plagron Pure Zym 🌱 Plagron Sugar Royal 🌱 Plagron Power Roots The dosage remains intentionally light. At this stage less is often more. The objective is not maximum growth. The objective is steady, healthy growth. --- ## Introducing PPFD & DLI This week also marks the point where we begin paying attention to light intensity. The seedlings are already receiving approximately 350 PPFD. At first glance this may sound relatively high for young plants, but context matters. Because these plants are growing under 12 hours of light rather than the more common 18 or even 24-hour schedules, Daily Light Integral (DLI) becomes extremely important. A plant receiving 350 PPFD for 12 hours accumulates significantly less total daily light than a plant receiving the same PPFD for 18 hours. For that reason we begin acclimating them to stronger light levels earlier than many growers might expect. The goal is adaptation rather than shock. We want the plants to become comfortable with higher light intensity from the beginning while still remaining within a safe range. --- ## Environment Environmental conditions remained stable throughout the week. 🌡️ Day temperature: approximately 27°C 🌙 Night temperature: approximately 25°C 💧 Relative humidity: approximately 55% 🌱 Root zone temperature: approximately 21°C 💧 Solution temperature: approximately 21°C Stable environmental conditions allow seedlings to focus their energy on growth rather than constantly adapting to changing conditions. Consistency remains one of the most powerful cultivation tools available. --- ## Early Observations Even this early, Pheno A is already beginning to show a little personality. Nothing dramatic. Nothing concerning. Just subtle differences in growth structure and leaf development compared to her sister. These small variations are exactly why each phenotype is now being documented separately. At this stage it is far too early to draw conclusions, but it is always exciting to watch the first hints of individuality emerge. Nature rarely creates two identical plants. And that is part of the beauty. --- ## Looking Ahead The roots are establishing. The first true vegetative growth is underway. Nutrition has been introduced. The environment is stable. And now the real journey begins. Next week should bring faster growth, larger leaves, stronger root development, and perhaps even more clues about the personality of this Blueberry Muffin phenotype. For now, patience remains the plan. One week at a time. One observation at a time. One lesson at a time. --- ## Thank You A huge thank you to Zamnesia for the Blueberry Muffin genetics. Thank you to Plagron for providing the nutrition and substrate used throughout this run. And thank you to Future of Grow, and everyone following along on this journey. As always, thank you for stopping by, and I hope you enjoy watching these plants grow as much as I enjoy documenting them. Grower's Love everyone. 🌱💚

DogDoctorOfficial Week 2 - Blueberry Muffin (Pheno A) ?🌱 Hello everyone, and welcome back to another update from Project Blue Tent! For anyone joining the journey for the first time, this run follows multiple cultivars and phenotypes from Zamnesia, with each phenotype receiving its own dedicated diary. By documenting Pheno A and Pheno B separately, we can follow their individual development, compare traits, and observe how each plant expresses its genetics from seed to harvest. This project is also being conducted under a 12/12-from-seed schedule. Rather than using an extended vegetative period, the plants receive 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness from the very beginning. The goal isn’t to grow the largest possible plants, but to efficiently explore genetics, phenotype expression, structure, vigor, and flowering characteristics while maintaining a manageable footprint. Week 2 Overview The second week has brought some fantastic progress throughout the tent. Growth has accelerated noticeably, root systems continue to establish themselves, and the plants are beginning to transition from fragile seedlings into young vegetative plants. PPFD has now been increased to approximately 370 µmol/m²/s, providing more energy as the plants become capable of handling higher light levels. Environmental conditions have remained stable, with temperatures around 27°C during lights-on and 25°C during lights-off. Relative humidity has been maintained near 55% with the help of a humidifier, ensuring a comfortable environment for early growth. Watering remains deliberately conservative. Each plant received approximately 250 ml on Day 8 and another 250 ml on Day 11. Nutrient levels have also been increased gradually throughout the week. We finished the week at approximately EC 0.9 mS/cm and pH 6.0, allowing the plants to adapt comfortably while monitoring their response. Current feeding schedule: • Terra Grow – 1.8 ml/L • Pure Zym – 1 ml/L • Power Roots – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L The response so far has been very encouraging. Healthy color, strong growth, and no signs that the plants are struggling with the increased feeding levels. Blueberry Muffin Pheno A This week has been all about proving that first impressions don’t tell the whole story. During the first week, this phenotype displayed some unusual leaf development. Nothing particularly concerning, but enough to give her a little extra character compared to some of her sisters. Those early quirks are still visible on a few of the older leaves, serving as a reminder of her unique start. The newest growth, however, tells a completely different story. Fresh leaves are emerging beautifully formed, symmetrical, and vibrant green. The plant appears to be thoroughly enjoying the gradual increase in nutrition and has responded with noticeably stronger growth throughout the week. Several new nodes have developed, five-finger leaves have begun appearing, and overall structure is becoming much more defined. The root system continues to establish itself beneath the surface while the canopy steadily expands above it. One thing that stands out most this week is the color. The foliage carries a rich, healthy green tone that suggests the plant is comfortable, actively growing, and making excellent use of the available nutrition. At this stage, Pheno A is looking vigorous, healthy, and increasingly confident. Mr. Baggy Report Mr. Baggy remains hard at work supervising daily operations throughout the tent. While productivity reports remain difficult to verify, morale appears exceptionally high. Further investigation is ongoing. Looking Ahead If growth continues at the current pace, next week should bring: • Faster node development • Larger five-finger leaves • Increased branching potential • Stronger stem development • More visible phenotype traits Week 3 is often where young plants begin showing much more of their individual personalities, and I’m excited to see what this Blueberry Muffin has in store. Final Thoughts Overall, I couldn’t be happier with how Week 2 has progressed. The early leaf quirks that initially caught my attention are becoming less relevant with each passing day as healthy new growth takes over. A huge thank you to everyone following along, commenting, sharing advice, and supporting the project. Special thanks to Zamnesia, Plagron, Future of Grow, and the entire growing community helping make this journey possible. Thank you for stopping by, and I’ll see you all next week for another update from Project Blue Tent. Growers Love DD 🌱💚

DogDoctorOfficial Blueberry Muffin – Pheno A | Week 3 The Awkward Start Is Officially Behind Her Welcome back to another week of the 8×8 Adventure, where twelve cultivars are being documented individually from seed to harvest under a strict 12/12-from-seed schedule. Each phenotype receives its own diary so development can be followed independently, allowing subtle differences in structure, vigor, and expression to reveal themselves over time. This week marked one of the most significant environmental changes since the project began. The lighting intensity was increased from approximately 370 µmol/m²/s PPFD to 700 µmol/m²/s PPFD at canopy level. Rather than easing into the increase slowly, the decision was made to provide the plants with a much stronger light source and observe their response carefully. The result? They loved it. Alongside the increase in light intensity, feeding volumes and nutrient strength were also adjusted to support the accelerating growth rate. Week 3 Environment 🌡️ Temperature: 27.4°C 💧 Relative Humidity: 55% 💡 PPFD: ~700 µmol/m²/s 🌱 Medium: Plagron Lightmix ? Growing Method: 12/12 From Seed 💦 Water Consumption: ~0.9–1.2L per day Feeding Schedule Days 18 * EC 1.0 * pH 5.99–6.0 * Approximately 1L Day 21 * EC 1.3 * pH 6.0 * Approximately 1.2L As always, the objective remains simple: provide stable conditions, observe carefully, and allow each plant to express its own personality. ⸻ Blueberry Muffin Pheno A I have to admit, this one is becoming increasingly enjoyable to watch. If you’ve been following this diary since germination, you’ll remember that this phenotype showed a few odd characteristics during its earliest days. The first leaves arrived with a slightly unusual appearance and briefly raised some questions about how she would develop. Fast forward to Week 3 and those concerns feel very distant. The new growth is absolutely beautiful. Leaf structure has normalized completely, color is rich and healthy, and the overall plant has developed into a compact, vigorous young specimen with excellent symmetry throughout the canopy. One of the first things that stands out is the internodal spacing. Despite the substantial increase in PPFD, the plant continues to stack nodes tightly, creating a dense structure that suggests strong genetic vigor and efficient use of the available light. Rather than stretching upward, she is focusing her energy on building a solid framework. Looking closely at the canopy, the branching is already beginning to establish itself naturally. Side shoots are emerging confidently and there is a clear sense that this plant is preparing for the next stage of development rather than simply adding height. At this point she is already pushing into the seventh to eighth node range, which is impressive considering the timeline and the 12/12-from-seed approach being used throughout the project. The foliage itself is another highlight. Large, healthy fan leaves radiate outward from the center of the plant, creating a broad solar panel that is capturing every available photon. Color remains a lush, vibrant green from top to bottom, with no signs of stress despite the environmental changes introduced this week. The newest growth is particularly exciting. The central growth tip is expanding rapidly and showing the kind of vigor that makes a grower eager to check on the plant every day. There is a feeling that this phenotype is only beginning to reveal what it has planned. For now, she sits comfortably among the stronger performers in the room, combining healthy structure, excellent color, strong branching, and compact growth habits into a very promising package. Most importantly, she simply looks happy. And happy plants tend to tell the best stories. ⸻ Looking Ahead The coming week should be very revealing. With the root zone continuing to expand, nutrient levels increased, and lighting now operating at a much higher intensity, the pace of development is expected to accelerate noticeably. The main points of interest moving forward will be: * Continued internodal spacing * Branch development * Overall vigor compared to her sister phenotype * Early indications of Blueberry Muffin structural traits * Response to the elevated PPFD levels If this week’s momentum continues, Pheno A could become one of the more interesting plants to follow as the project progresses. ⸻ Thank You A huge thank you to everyone following along and supporting these diaries week after week. Thank you to the entire GrowDiaries community for creating a place where growers from around the world can learn, share, and improve together. Thank you to Plagron for the nutrients and cultivation support that help power this project. Thank you to Zamnesia for providing the genetics, equipment, and the opportunity to explore these cultivars from seed to harvest. And thank you to every grower who takes the time to stop by, leave a comment, share advice, or simply follow the journey. The adventure continues. 🌱💚🍇?Growers Love and see you next week.

DogDoctorOfficial Blueberry Muffin – Pheno A | Week 4 Building Momentum Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure, where twelve cultivars are being documented individually from seed to harvest under a strict 12/12-from-seed schedule. Every phenotype follows its own diary, allowing each plant to tell its own story while revealing the subtle genetic differences that make every seed unique. Week 4 has been all about momentum. The explosive growth we witnessed last week has continued, and the entire room is now beginning to transition from a collection of young plants into a true miniature forest. Every morning seems to reveal another noticeable change, with canopies becoming fuller, branches extending further, and the first signs that these plants are preparing for the flowering stretch ahead. One thing that made me smile this week was the environmental reading… 33.3°C and 63% humidity. Apparently the grow room decided to have a thing for the number three. 😄 While 33°C is certainly warmer than I’d normally aim for, the elevated humidity has helped keep the plants comfortable, and despite the warmer conditions the entire room continues to respond beautifully. Sometimes plants remind us that they can be a little more forgiving than we give them credit for—as long as every other parameter remains stable. ⸻ Week 4 Environment 🌡️ Temperature: 33.3°C 💧 Relative Humidity: 63% 💡 PPFD: 700–800 µmol/m²/s 🌱 Medium: Plagron Lightmix ? Growing Method: 12/12 From Seed One interesting development this week is the variation in PPFD across the room. The lighting itself hasn’t changed dramatically—instead, the plants have. Some phenotypes are simply growing faster than others, naturally moving closer to the LEDs and receiving around 800 PPFD, while the shorter plants remain closer to 700 PPFD. It’s another reminder that even under identical conditions, every phenotype follows its own timeline. ⸻ Feeding Strategy As the plants continue accelerating, the feeding program has started to evolve alongside them. Throughout the early weeks, the nutrient solution remained around pH 5.8, encouraging rapid nutrient availability while the young root systems established themselves. Now that those roots have colonized much more of each container, the strategy shifts slightly. This week the nutrient solution gradually moved closer to pH 6.1, while EC increased progressively throughout the week, finishing around EC 1.8. The recipe itself hasn’t changed dramatically. No bottles were suddenly doubled. No drastic increases were made. Instead, the nutrient ratios were simply nudged upward enough to match the plants’ increasing appetite. The difference is subtle inside the reservoir but very noticeable in how vigorously the plants continue to grow. Allowing the pH to drift slightly higher also opens access to a broader range of nutrients within the soil, helping the plants take advantage of their now much more established root systems as demand begins increasing. At this stage, the feeding philosophy remains exactly the same: Feed the plant—not the calendar. ⸻ Blueberry Muffin – Pheno A What can I say… This girl has quietly become one of those plants that instantly catches my attention every time I unzip the tent. Last week I mentioned how she had completely outgrown her slightly awkward beginning. This week she has gone one step further. She looks completely at home. Her overall structure is becoming incredibly balanced, with strong lateral branches beginning to establish themselves while the main stem continues pushing upward with confidence. The internodal spacing remains impressively tight, creating a compact architecture that feels both efficient and elegant. Looking from above, the canopy almost arranges itself. Large fan leaves radiate outward like carefully positioned solar panels, leaving the growing tips exposed without requiring any intervention. Every branch seems to know exactly where it wants to go. The new growth is particularly striking. Bright lime-green leaves emerge from the centre packed with energy before gradually darkening as they mature, creating that beautiful contrast that healthy, fast-growing plants often display. One of my favourite observations this week is just how relaxed she looks. Despite the warmer room temperatures and steadily increasing nutrient strength, there are no signs of stress. Leaves remain flat, praying gently toward the light throughout much of the day, while every new node arrives with confidence. She’s no longer simply growing. She’s beginning to express herself. Each passing day reveals a little more of her personality, and so far that personality can be summed up in one word: Consistency. She isn’t trying to be the tallest. She isn’t trying to grow the fastest. She’s simply building herself into a beautifully proportioned plant, one node at a time. If she continues along this trajectory, I have a feeling she’s going to become something very special by the time flowering is fully underway. ⸻ Looking Ahead The coming week should mark another important transition. With nutrient demand increasing, roots fully established, and several plants beginning to move naturally into higher PPFD levels, growth is expected to accelerate even further. Over the next week I’ll be paying particular attention to: • Stretch progression as flowering begins to establish itself. • Branch strength and canopy development. • Continued response to the higher EC. • Structural differences compared with her sister phenotype. • The first real signs of Blueberry Muffin’s flowering character beginning to emerge. If Week 3 was about proving her potential… Week 4 feels like the week she’s beginning to fulfil it. ⸻ Thank You A huge thank you to everyone following this 8×8 Adventure and taking the time to visit these weekly updates. Thank you to the entire GrowDiaries community for providing a place where growers from around the world can learn, share experiences, and inspire one another every single day. A special thank you to Plagron for providing the nutrients and cultivation support that keep this project moving forward. Thank you to Zamnesia for the incredible genetics, equipment, and the opportunity to document each phenotype from seed to harvest. And finally, thank you to every grower who leaves a comment, shares advice, asks questions, or simply enjoys following these plants as they write their own stories. Every week is another page in the journal, and the adventure is only just getting started. 🌱💚🍇 Growers Love, and I’ll see you all next week.

DogDoctorOfficial ? Blueberry Muffin – Pheno A Week 5 | The Beginning of Automation Some weeks are about explosive growth. Others are about building the foundation for everything that comes next. This week was definitely the second. Blueberry Muffin Pheno A has officially entered that fascinating transition where vegetative growth begins to merge with the first signs of flowering. The structure is now well established, side branches are reaching confidently toward the canopy, and every day she looks a little less like a seedling and a little more like the productive plant she’s destined to become. One of the biggest milestones this week wasn’t something the plant did… It was something I changed. ⸻ 🤖 Welcome to the AutoPot System This week Pheno A officially moved onto the AutoPot irrigation system. For anyone unfamiliar with it, an AutoPot is a passive watering system that feeds plants from the bottom rather than from the top. Instead of watering every day, a reservoir supplies nutrient solution through tubing to an AquaValve located underneath each pot. The AquaValve is actually the clever part of the entire system. Rather than continuously flooding the tray, it works like a mechanical float valve. As the tray empties and the plant consumes the nutrient solution, the valve automatically opens and refills the tray to a precise level before closing again. No electricity. No timers. No programming. Just simple engineering allowing the plant to decide when it’s ready for another drink. The result is a much more consistent root environment while eliminating daily hand watering. ⸻ 🌱 Learning a New Way to Grow Whenever I introduce a new piece of equipment, I don’t simply install it and hope for the best. I observe. I adapt. I learn. Because the nutrient solution now remains inside a shared reservoir, I also adjusted the feeding program. Some additives that perform wonderfully during hand watering aren’t ideal when they remain sitting in a reservoir for several days. For that reason, Sugar Royal and Power Roots were removed from the reservoir while continuing to use the remaining Plagron nutrients that are perfectly suited for AutoPot cultivation. It’s a small adjustment… …but one that helps keep the nutrient solution cleaner and more stable throughout the week. ⸻ 🌿 Growth Update Blueberry Muffin has responded beautifully. Internode spacing remains tight, the branching continues to develop evenly, and the canopy is beginning to spread naturally without forcing the plant into shape. The side branches that only recently sat beneath the canopy are now confidently pushing upward, creating the framework that should support numerous flowering sites over the coming weeks. The bird’s-eye photographs really show how symmetrical she’s becoming, while the side profiles reveal just how quickly those secondary branches are catching up. It’s one of those moments where you stop looking at individual leaves and start seeing the architecture of the plant itself. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment The room continues running intentionally warm. Day temperatures reached around 31°C while relative humidity averaged approximately 72%. Normally those humidity numbers might raise eyebrows during flowering. However, this is still the very beginning of bloom, where maintaining higher humidity encourages vigorous growth, active transpiration and continued expansion before the flowers begin stacking seriously. As flowering progresses, humidity will gradually be reduced to create a safer environment for dense buds while maintaining an appropriate VPD. Everything is part of the plan. Nothing is accidental. ⸻ 🍽️ Feeding This week’s reservoir was prepared using: • Terra Grow – 1.8 ml/L • Terra Bloom – 1.9 ml/L • Pure Zym – 1 ml/L • Power Buds – 1 ml/L • pH adjusted to approximately 6.05 • EC around 1.83 mS/cm By keeping the solution simple and reservoir-friendly, the AutoPot system can do exactly what it’s designed to do—deliver a consistent nutrient profile every time the AquaValve opens. ⸻ 📸 This Week Behind the Lens The photographs this week tell the story perfectly. Bird’s-eye shots reveal a beautifully balanced canopy beginning to fill its space, while the side views highlight strong vertical development and excellent branch formation. One image captures the AquaValve itself—the tiny mechanical heart of the AutoPot system quietly doing its job. Another shows the reservoir that now feeds the plant automatically, reminding us that successful growing isn’t always about adding complexity. Sometimes it’s about making things simpler. ⸻ 🔍 Looking Ahead Next week should be incredibly exciting. With the AutoPot system now fully active and Blueberry Muffin comfortably settled into automated feeding, I expect vertical growth to accelerate as flowering becomes more established. The coming days should reveal the first real stretch, increased flower development, and an even more defined canopy. The real show is only just beginning. ⸻ 💚 Thank You A huge thank you to everyone following this adventure—from day one supporters to those who have only recently joined. Whether you’re here to learn, share ideas, ask questions, cheer the plants on, or even challenge my methods, every interaction helps make this diary a better place for growers around the world. Special thanks to: 💚 GrowDiaries for providing a platform where growers can document their journeys openly. Zamnesia for the incredible Blueberry Muffin genetics that continue to impress with their vigor and structure. 🌱 Plagron for supplying the nutrition and soil that keep these plants thriving. 💡 Future of Grow LED for delivering the light that drives every stage of development. And finally… Thank you for taking the time to follow along. Every comment, every question, every bit of encouragement—and yes, even every constructive criticism—helps this project grow alongside the plants themselves. Growers Love and see you next week, where I hope Blueberry Muffin begins to show us exactly why she’s earned her place in this 8×8 adventure. 🌱💚

DogDoctorOfficial ? Blueberry Muffin – Pheno A Week 6 | Every Plant Speaks Its Own Language Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 💚🌱 If you've been following this project from the beginning, you'll know that every plant in this room shares exactly the same environment, the same lighting, the same irrigation system, and the same general care. The only thing that truly separates them is their genetics—and that's precisely what makes this project so fascinating. Blueberry Muffin Pheno A continues her journey under a strict 12/12 light cycle from seed, growing inside the AutoPot system beneath the Future of Grow Black Series LED while being carefully documented from germination all the way to harvest. Every week reveals a little more of her personality. And this week... She had something to tell me. ⸻ 🌱 Full Steam Into Flower There is no doubt anymore. Vegetative growth is now behind us, and this beautiful lady has fully committed herself to flowering. The stretch continues, fresh pistils are appearing across the canopy, and every branch is now focused on producing future flower sites rather than new vegetative growth. The framework that was patiently built over the previous weeks is now beginning to pay dividends. Thanks to the early leaf bending, gentle canopy management, and allowing the plant to naturally find her shape, light is reaching deep into the canopy, encouraging flowering sites throughout the entire plant. Sometimes doing less allows the plant to do more. This week was exactly that. Rather than introducing additional training, I simply allowed her to continue expressing herself naturally while closely observing how she responded. ⸻ 🍽️ A Hungry Lady One thing became increasingly obvious during the week. Compared to some of the other ladies in the room, Blueberry Muffin Pheno A is asking for more food. The lighter colour developing on some of the older fan leaves isn't a cause for panic—it is simply the plant telling me that her nutritional demand has increased now that flowering is accelerating. This is one of the interesting challenges of running several different genetics together. Ideally, every plant would receive a feeding program tailored specifically to its own appetite. In reality, when multiple cultivars share the same environment and irrigation system, compromises sometimes have to be made. The important part is recognising what the plant is communicating and responding before it becomes a genuine deficiency. That's exactly what I've started doing. Over the coming weeks, nutrient strength will be increased slightly to better match her appetite while continuing to monitor how she responds. Growing is a conversation. This week, Blueberry Muffin simply spoke a little louder than the others. ⸻ 🌿 Development Despite asking for more nutrition, her overall development continues to impress. The main stem remains strong, secondary branches have stretched beautifully, and numerous flowering sites are beginning to establish themselves throughout the canopy. Looking from above, it's easy to appreciate how evenly the branches have developed. The earlier leaf bending has done exactly what it was intended to do—opening the plant without forcing it into an unnatural shape. Instead of one dominant flowering top, multiple branches are now competing for the light, creating what should become a very productive canopy over the coming weeks. Every day she looks a little less like a young plant... ...and a little more like the Blueberry Muffin I've been waiting to meet. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment The room continues providing stable conditions as flowering progresses. • 🌡️ Day temperature: 29°C • 🌙 Night temperature: 25°C • 💧 Relative humidity: 60% • 🥥 Root zone temperature: 21°C • 💦 Nutrient solution: 22°C • ⚗️ pH: 6.0 • ⚡ EC: 1.78 mS/cm • 💨 CO₂: approximately 693 ppm • 💡 Light schedule: 12/12 Humidity has now been reduced compared to the previous weeks as the plants move deeper into flower, creating a more suitable environment for healthy bud development while maintaining excellent transpiration. Everything remains stable, allowing the plants to focus their energy exactly where we want it—into flowers. ⸻ 🌱 Feeding The AutoPot system continues running beautifully, providing a constant supply of fresh nutrient solution whenever the AquaValve calls for it. Current reservoir: • Plagron Terra Bloom — 1.9 ml/L • Plagron Sugar royal — 1 ml/L • Plagron Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Plagron Power Buds — 1 ml/L • pH adjusted to 6.0 As Blueberry Muffin has shown a greater appetite than some of the other plants, I'll gradually increase her nutrition over the coming weeks while carefully monitoring both leaf colour and overall plant health. The goal isn't simply to feed more. It's to feed exactly what the plant is asking for. ⸻ 📸 Behind the Lens This week's photographs tell a very honest story. The developing flower sites are becoming easier to spot, the vertical growth has slowed into a more controlled stretch, and the canopy continues filling with healthy new growth. Some of the fan leaves clearly reveal the lighter colour that first caught my attention this week, serving as a useful reminder that plants are constantly communicating if we take the time to observe them closely. Photography isn't just about capturing beautiful plants. Sometimes it's one of the best diagnostic tools a grower can have. ⸻ 🔍 Looking Ahead Over the next week, my attention will be focused on two things. First, allowing the flowers to continue stacking naturally as the stretch begins slowing down. Second, watching closely to see how Blueberry Muffin responds to the slight increase in nutrition. If everything goes according to plan, I expect the foliage to regain a richer green while the plant continues directing her energy into flower production. The foundation has been built. Now it's time to let those flowers take centre stage. ⸻ 💚 Thank You As always, a huge thank you to everyone following this journey. Whether you've been here since germination or you've only recently discovered the diary, I truly appreciate every visit, every comment, every question and every piece of advice. Projects like this become far more rewarding because they're shared with an amazing community of growers from around the world. A special thank you goes to GrowDiaries for providing the platform where we can document these adventures and continue learning from one another. To Zamnesia, thank you for the fantastic Blueberry Muffin genetics that continue to reveal more personality with every passing week. To Plagron, thank you for providing the nutrition and growing media that keep these ladies thriving from start to finish. And to Future of Grow LED, thank you for delivering the light that fuels every stage of this journey and helps these plants perform at their very best. Finally, thank you for being here. Every diary, every photograph, every success, and every lesson learned is even more meaningful because it's shared with this incredible community. Growers Love, and I'll see you all next week as Blueberry Muffin continues her journey through flower. 💚🌱
