I chose this strain because my best friend really liked Moby Dick and it was the first strain she ever smoked 😏. I hope this one shows some good colours while growing.
Transplanted on day 3 after breaking the surface.
PMD is so far doing the best out of all the 4 photo-periods I'm growing. It seems to have adjusted to its new home really well and even though its tall, the stalk is thick enough to hold the weight, so I didn't need to give extra support. This one definitely a true Dinafem baby! :D
Going to do a full salt flush next week.
I can already see that this one is gonna be a real whale of a plant! Nice lush leaves and a strong structure, this one shows it all in the genetics. Going to top it at the next node in the coming week! Follow this monster and see for yourselves :]
Not the best week in terms of sunlight but this one is just unstoppable! The axillary buds from the bottom of the plant are picking up in growth and giving it a more bushy look. I gave a lite foliar spray of grow nutes in day 25 which was the first feeding. I'll continue spraying once in every 3 days. She has also been pinched (FIMed) on day 26 after 5 nodes. Things are going to get wild form here! Follow and stay tuned 😁
Purple Moby and grown some more this week and is branching well. The FIM has created 2 new tops and has recovered from it quite well. Lots of pre-flowers popping up earlier than I had planned for. Hoping there is more stretch on this before moving fully into flower mode.
Moby has transitioned to flowering and is getting some good stretch before moving to full bloom. I can see purple color slowly creeping onto the leaves and the smell coming for this is divine. Hoping to see atleast 20 more centimeters of growth :)
Moby has stopped growing in height and is building many pre flowers. This has a very fruity smell to it and so far, not a single sign of stress. There has been rain and I'm curious to see how well it does against high humidity and mold.
Its been another hard week with continues rain. I finally fixed the tent with a poly carbonate sheet so all the light passes and is completely weather proof :D Its been working great. The buds on this plant are elongated and smell super fruity.
Its been a good week this time and moby is putting on some much needed weight. Some of the pistils and browning but still a long way to go. I wish I had sprouted an other seed of this after fixing the light issue but I ran out of space. Cant wait to pull a drag of the first doob of this gem :D
Successfully made it to week 10 without any major issues! the plant is maturing well and the colas keep growing. Love the bud structure on this plant and I cant wait to see what the dried buds will look like. I think she should be ready in 3 more weeks.
Its Moby vs the world now! the weather has turned worse with continues rain and its time to check the strength of this plant. so far she seems to be just the right type of build to fight against mold. fingers crossed hope everything goes right from here 😓
Interested to see how she turns colour wise in the fall she looks healthy , im going to try the remo chemo next grow to try and get those deep purple colours ...
@Cannibalgardens,Thank you! Both PMD and Remo look so beautiful already with their broad indca like leaves. Some color would just add to it and take it to a whole new level. Either way its a wonderful plant to grow. Good Luck on your grow!
@DinafemSeeds,I started this grow in a new green house I made and I think the decreased light intensity caused the plant to bloom early. So I removed the top cover and that seems to have made a slight difference but it was too late as the plant moved to bloom. Not much I can do now but this gave me some cool ideas to try in the future to make fem plants bloom any time of the year :)
I think this will be one of the first Purple Moby dick outdoor grows I've seen on a grow forum so that in itself is very cool 😎

Supposed to be good for humidity because it's a sativa but yes will it deliver as they say I'd believe it .. dinafem has some very good beans to use ..she is looking healthy and strong man..
