Radical Juice x Granite Haze | FOB#3 F1

punktkomma The Fruit has broken through and is showing her first leaves, so I’m starting the diary count today: Day 1 😍 She’s currently still in the 4x2 tent together with the other plants. Once she moves into the AutoPot system, she’ll get her own space in the 2x2 tent. Because the 2x2 tent is only 120cm tall, I’ll try topping and training this plant for the first time to keep her more compact. For now I’m keeping things gentle with an EC of around 1.0 and a DLI of about 25. Really curious to see what this cross can do. Let’s see how well she handles it and if I can keep the height under control 😄

punktkomma Fruit3 has also made it into her final home. She's now in an 8.5L pot with roughly 75% coco and 25% perlite. Today is Day 1 of Week 2, and she's settling in nicely after the transplant. it's been hotter than I'd like. VPD has often been around 1.3 or higher, but so far she doesn't seem to mind. She's still sharing the 4x2 tent for now. Once she's established in the Autopot, she'll move over to the 2x2 tent and continue her own journey there.

punktkomma Week 3 | Day 16 The plants are a bit smaller than I'm used to at this stage, but I also watered much less than I ever have before. So I guess that's part of it. That said, they're all developing really well, so I'm not complaining. I think the RS11 is a little overwhelmed by the amount of light, but the other two seem perfectly happy. Today the Fruit of the Bloom reached her 5th node, and I finally topped her. I almost talked myself out of it because every topped auto I found online looked... well... pretty bad 😅 I honestly couldn't find many convincing examples. But since she's going into a tent that's only 120 cm tall, I decided to do it anyway. It broke my heart. 💀💀 Never again... haha VPD 0.8, EC1.5, PH5.5, DLI 35

punktkomma Unfortunately, the Fruit of the Bloom #3 also got watered with the wrong pH. This happened shortly after I topped her, so she had a bit of a growth pause. Not exactly ideal timing 😅 I corrected the pH, gave her a couple of proper waterings and then moved her into the AutoPots. Since then she's been recovering really well and looks happy again. The first preflower pistils are also showing up now Today I increased the EC to 1.7 and used a bit of wire to gently open her up and spread the branches. Since she's going into the 60×60cm tent, I want to get the canopy filling the space as evenly as possible. So far, the topping shit stuff seems to have worked out well

punktkomma Week 5 | Day 31 The FoB3 is doing really well :) She handled the topping without any issues and is clearly growing more sideways than upwards. She's currently just under 40 cm, so hopefully she won't gain too much more height before the stretch kicks in. I really need to keep her below 60 cm overall, so let's see how that goes haha 😄 She's gotten really branchy by now. A few days ago the 120×60 tent finally became too crowded for all three plants, so the FoB3 got her own little home. EC is now at 1.7, and the light should be giving her around 50 DLI. Looking great so far!
