Boncoward It seemed the problem was too much light. It could’ve been something else but as soon as I dimmed the lights the plants responded well. I put them into new pots and I decided to put 3 plants in my back yard.

Boncoward They started growing super fast until they became root bound. I should’ve transplanted as soon as I saw the roots coming out of the drainage holes. I just got them into 5 gallon pots about a week later and the root balls were solid. At least the roots are healthy. They’re were a few brown spots on some leaves that I plucked off but I’m hoping it doesn’t become a bigger problem.

What does this look like? Soil ph seems good and I’ve been giving them light feedings of nutrients. Any possibility it’s a symptom from being root bound? It’s just a few leaves on the bottom of the plants.

I checked your grow journal.
Based on what you described and the transplant, it's completely normal for a plant to experience some shock and stress after being moved into a new pot. The yellowing leaves could simply be a result of that.
One recommendation for your next grow is to use fabric pots. They provide better oxygenation to the roots and help the growing medium dry out more evenly, reducing the risk of the roots becoming oxygen-starved.
If you're using coco peat (coco coir), try to water until a small amount of runoff comes out of the bottom of the pot after each watering. This helps prevent salt buildup in the root zone and keeps the growing medium from becoming overly concentrated with minerals.
Overall, I don't see any serious problem. Your plants look healthy, and the leaf color appears normal.

Did I take off too much? Or should I take off more. I defoliated/pruned/lollipop the middle plantI’m not sure the correct term. I figure if the plant is okay in a couple days maybe I’ll take a bit more off. I’m just looking for some opinions before I do the other two plants.
