Eishobbit As soon as the first roots reach into the reservoir, the drip kit is turned off. The programming of the scenes is a bit tricky, but it works well afterwards. The environmental control through the 10-socket power strip from the Mars Hydro system is quite good for integrating external components. For example, the Vivosun fan regulates the humidity for me, while the two USB fans are timed to create a balanced tent climate without wind stress. 😜

Eishobbit Update: Right now, I'm putting an ice pack in the buckets 2x a day. This keeps the water temp at 24-25°C. The girls have access to the reservoir. The drip kit has been turned off. The next milestone is to raise the EC value to 1.5 ms. I think this will happen around week 3. Let it grow.

Eishobbit Update: EC now set to 1.60 and pH 6. Things are still going well. Adjusted EC to 1.45 at pH 6.0. Next week, we’ll be using cooling packs for the buckets again. Today, there’s a Neem prophylaxis, which will be repeated in 10 days. Let it Grow.

Eishobbit Update 08.17.2026 A bit of LST and a first timelapse video. 08.15.2026 Hey there, removed 2 fan leaves each. The stretch is starting, so I'm feeding a bit more Green Sensation. The nutrient mix is always prepared in a 5L storage bucket and added gradually. What the plant consumes is topped up. The Swiss Dream Auto has surpassed the bushier-growing Wedding Glue in size. Hopefully, today will be the last time I use ice packs. In 3 days, the second and final Neem prophylaxis will take place. Let's see when I can increase the light intensity; the weather is supposed to get cooler. The carbon filter is on standby at 28% and ramps up to 45% power as needed. The fans are currently on a timer, running for 5 minutes every 4 hours to avoid wind stress. Otherwise, the system is doing a great job. LET'S GROW! 😎

Eishobbit Week 5 Update 25.08.2026 Hey, the Wedding Glue is now at 46 cm and is spreading out more. The Swiss Dream Auto is at 65 cm and has a clear Christmas tree shape. Both have been lightly defoliated (fan leaves). The root system looks good, everything is fine. Week 5 22.08.2026 Hey there, removed 2 fan leaves from each again. The stretch is in progress, so I'm still adding more Green Sensation. You can sense that the transition to flowering is slowly starting. The nutrient mix is always prepared in a 5 L storage bucket and added gradually. What the plant consumes gets topped up. The Swiss Dream Auto (55 cm) has overtaken the bushier-growing Wedding Glue (42 cm) quite well. The light output has been increased to 70%. The carbon filter is on standby at 28% and ramps up to 45% power as needed, controlled by climate. The fans are currently running on a timer, in a 4-hour rhythm for 5 minutes each, to avoid wind stress. The system continues to do a great job. Eishobbit 29.08.2026 Die Wedding Glue Auto startet die Blüte mit ersten Ansätzen und ist 52 cm hoch. Die Swiss Dream Auto CBD ist schon weiter wie auf den Bildern erkennbar und ist 77 cm hoch. Etwas mehr Fächerblätter entlaubt, aber moderat. Die Futtermische wird immer im 5 L Vorratsbucket angesetzt und der EC entsprechend angepasst. Lichtleistung wurde auf 90% erhöht. Die AKF Werte wurden angepasst, steht im standby bei 35% und fährt klimagesteuert bei Bedarf auf 60% Leistung hoch. Die Ventis laufen im Moment zeitgetaktet, im 4 Std Rythmus für jeweils 5 Minuten, um Windstress zu vermeiden. Das System macht weiterhin gute Arbeit. I’ve defoliated a bit more fan leaves, and I’ve started lollypopping the Swiss Dream Auto, but moderately. The nutrient mix is always prepared in a 5 L storage bucket, and the EC is adjusted accordingly. Light intensity has been increased to 90%. The carbon filter values have been adjusted, it’s on standby at 35% and ramps up to 60% power as needed, controlled by the climate system. Eishobbit Update 14.09.2026 Three pictures of the Swiss Dream Auto. It smells really delicious and is developing nice buds. 12.09.2026 The Wedding Glue Auto is now also in bloom and is 85 cm tall. It has stretched quite a bit, respect. The Swiss Dream Auto CBD is already further along as seen in the pictures and is 89 cm tall. I've removed a few more fan leaves, started Lollypopping on the Swiss Dream Auto, but moderately. The Swiss Dream Auto CBD already smells very sweet/fruity and is significantly increasing its trichome production. The only partial water change was done for both, 5 liters each. The nutrient mix is always prepared in a 5 L storage bucket and the EC is adjusted accordingly. Light intensity has been increased to 90%. The carbon filter values have been adjusted, it stands by at 35% and ramps up to 65% power as needed, climate-controlled. The fans are currently running on a timer, in a 4-hour rhythm for 5 minutes each, to avoid wind stress. The system continues to do a great job.
