Double delight

GrowersDream7 Day 7: week 1 officially over. Blue cheese starting stronger of the two due to seed getting stuck on queen and membrane kept her from opening cotyledons. Getting around 20dli from light dimmed at 40%

GrowersDream7 Blue cheese is coming along nicely while I think purple queen is struggling a little maybe over her start and shell not coming off properly. I also have a few gnats to which I have ordered appropriate measures coming this week

GrowersDream7 Day 20: gave them root juice this week. Blue cheese really surprises me with her vigor. Topped blue today but will leave queen for another week before I do

GrowersDream7 Day 28: blue is really coming along but because I never trained or waited too long and I topped last week she’s 11 inches tall and will have to wait until new chutes appear and start tying her down then. Queen on other hand is really stocky and her nodes are so close together. She’s only standing at 6 inches at the moment

GrowersDream7 Day 35: blue has really big fan leaves and foliage growing. Have started training the new tops coming through and some of the branches from underneath to get more light. Queen on the other hand is looking quite strange in her growth. She’s very short and stacking but don’t know whether it was me or her genetics but have moved the light from her another inch or two and see how she reacts.

GrowersDream7 Day 43: first week of flowering down and they are both progressing well but blue more so. Queen starting to stretch a little and hopefully she pushes on from here. Started the bloom nutrients along with grow and calmag. Used base doses at first to judge how plants react will adjust accordingly

GrowersDream7 Week 2 of flowering down and there’s a vast difference compared to two weeks ago in queen she’s really starting to catch up. Will up the dose for bloom next week and maybe see about lollipop the lower levels. Blue should be easy enough but queen is so dense in foliage and compact in her size it’s tricky getting water to her a trim could be beneficial

GrowersDream7 Didn’t have a great week as I mixed up the feeding schedules of my 4 plants and forgot to add bio grow to my blue cheese and she basically started cannibalising herself. Should have it under control now fingers crossed. Purple queen had a little under trim to allow more air although you wouldn’t tell by the photo. She has very dense foliage.
