Aircoholic Here we grow again! Feels so good to get some plant life back into my grow room after a bit of a summer break, which I used for some smaller renovations - mostly just cosmetic, with some more optimizations (mostly technical) still to come.
The Candy Jungle Auto seeds were kindly provided by Exotic Seed for free - thank you so much!!
After my experience with Russian Automatic and White Banana Auto by the same breeder, I'm very excited about this cultivar!

Aircoholic She's doing absolutely fine - she germinated in a reasonable timeframe and is now looking really healthy, with nice turgor already and nice dark green leafs. I have a feeling, she'll be a fun grow. Not much more to report yet.

Aircoholic She's gorgeous! It's pretty impressive, she's growing absolutely perfect. Her Leafs are vibrant green, everything's perfectly symmetrical, and her leafs show the typical "praying hands" pose that indicate ideal turgor.
Let's see if I can keep this grow as perfect as it's starting off!

Aircoholic Despite her being super strong and looking ridiculously healthy, I didn't want to top her, so I tried FIMing. This time it seems to have worked pretty well, actually. Only a few days later, she's already showing strong vigor.
I've adjusted the light close to 700 PPFD, which may have been a bit much; we'll see how she handles all those photons in the next couple of days.

Aircoholic She's in full on stretch-mode and doubling her size every week now.
She's showing some signs of oxidative stress from a few days of drought and heat stress, when she grew too fast towards the light when I wasn't there and couldn't adjust. But apart from a few deformed leafs (mainly clawing), she's still looking fantastic.
The FIM site looks very interesting, a bunch of half cut leafs and a pretty small top leaf, but with a couple of nicely developing bud sites just below. With some LST Clips I'm trying to bring the bud sites roughly to the same level, to maximize top buds.

Aircoholic She's such an easy plant to grow, it's wonderful! The FIM went great, she recovered nicely, responded great to LST and I didn't even have to do a lot of defoliation or even Lollipopping, because there weren't a lot of leafs and branches growing.
There are a few signs of heat and watering stress, which is due to the plant stretching more than anticipated, so she grew too close to the light when I was gone for a few days.
She's now starting to show more signs of flowering and since she's in the middle of her stretch, I'll call it her first week of flower - not the easiest call to make with autoflowering plants.

Aircoholic I love this plant - she's so easy to grow. She's developing nicely, getting well into flowering now, developing first hints of aroma.
The center bud and the two top buds below her developed much slower than the surrounding top-buds - not the shape resembles a volcano with a crater. My lighting situation is not great and the plant now is under a suboptimal lamp, that doesn't have a very even light distribution. An upgrade not only costs money, I also have to manage this on top of my chronic fatigue, so it's already taking longer than I hoped.

Aircoholic Her stretch is coming to an end, she starts to give off a very nice aroma, so far quite fruity, yet a bit vague.
Her leaf color has turned from a vibrant shiny green to a more dull, matte green, with some violet parts on some sugar leafs. So far I'm not worried too much. One of the main issues could be the light, she's sharing a Sanlight Evo 1.5 3-100 with another plant, both different heights, so the lamp is hanging crooked, making the already subideal pattern of light and shadows even worse. I'm guessing the lamp upgrade to a Evo 1.5 5-120 should help, not only push more photons onto her leafs, but also distribute the photons more evenly along the canopy.
She received 2.5 L PK Booster Aerated Compost Tea today, hopefully that'll help with her leaf color and the aroma, especially in combination with the new lamp.
Some of her pistills are starting to oxidize and turn brown, but in general she's still several weeks away from harvest time.

Aircoholic Her reaction to the PK Booster ACT is milder than I anticipated. She has developed some lovely fruity aroma and lots of trichomes - well, maybe the ACT did have an effect after all. Another factor is the light - I've replaced the Sanlight Evo 1.5 3-100 with an Evo 1.5 5-100 for a stronger and more even photone distribution. And of course there's the Blumat drip watering system, that seems to be dialed in pretty well.
But despite all the good stuff, she looks a bit pale, some leafs are starting to turn yellow - not sure if it is caused by nutrient, watering or light issues, or if it is just normal senescence? She had a pretty quick start and began flowering pretty soon, so maybe she's getting ready... Will start to look closer at the trichomes.
