HandsomeTerpz Week 0 – Pink Kalimist | Beta Test Begins This is a very special diary for me. Pink Kalimist by Serious Seeds is an unreleased beta genetic, and I’ve been given the opportunity to test and document it from the very beginning. 🌱 After meeting the Serious Seeds team personally at Cannafair 2026, I received these seeds for testing. Being able to work with a genetic before its official release makes this grow especially exciting, and I’ll document the entire journey as transparently and accurately as possible. 🌱 Germination 2 seeds started – 2 seeds successfully germinated. 100% success rate. Both seeds were started directly in substrate on August 24th, 2026. I prefer keeping germination simple and natural whenever possible, allowing the seedlings to establish themselves directly in their first medium without unnecessary handling. Now the real experiment begins. Since this is a beta test, I’ll be paying particular attention to: Germination and early vigor Growth speed and plant structure Internodal spacing and branching Phenotypic differences between both plants Stretch during the transition into flowering Flower structure and resin production Color development Terpene profile and aroma Overall stability and performance With two plants running side by side, it will also be interesting to see how much variation appears between the two phenotypes. For me, this diary isn't just about growing another strain. It’s about observing, documenting and understanding a new Serious Seeds genetic before it reaches its final form.
