First few days, what can I say, not much to talk about really! Spend most of the time setting up the cab, put this one to germinate before everything was finished so she sat on my windowsill for the first few days (thankfully there was some sun!). Got a weird slant, possibly from repotting, but it could help LST.

Into week 4 now and looking at other blue mystic journals, she seems kind of stubby and slow. Im guessing this is down to pot size and other novice parts I've played. Any advice or comments would be great.

What a sweet little plant! Your leaves are a nice color, but the curling/drooping is definitely of concern. I would move the LED higher if possible (although I know that's tricky in a micro grow!) as blurple LEDs can definitely damage plants if left too close. 10-18 inches is generally a good range with LEDs. Make sure your watering is on point as well, as I could also see overwatering causing the issues you are experiencing. I like lifting the plant's pot and judging the weight (water when the pot is nice and light) or by sticking my finger in the soil (dry down at least and inch or so). For nutrients, I would try Megacrop as a very easy, economical, all in one. It very very cheap and is powdered (easy to ship if you want to buy online) but still great quality. https://greenleafnutrients.com/product/mega-crop/?v=3e8d115eb4b3 There are some great grows out there from people only using Megacrop. I wish I had known about it for my first grows. Hope that helps!

Based on the dreadful pictures I have, does anyone agree she is ready to be cut? Will have to trust me when I say there seems to be the majority of trichomes either cloudy or amber. I know the leaves are bad looking, I think she got too hot for a few days when I went away :(

Your buds look fine some times the leaves will look worse for wear by the end of the grow. It could be a bit of light burn or potassium deficiency but it's no big deal. You will have a mixture of clear/milky/amber trichomes. Most growers will chop them with 5% to 30% amber trichomes the trichomes still ripen for a few more days after you chop so your good to go. Use a good pair of curve bladed trimming scissors and you can wet trim your buds basically cutting the yellow tips off your sugar leaves to improve your final dry buds appearance. My personal view is if it's not completely covered in trichomes it gets trimmed off. There are plenty of recipes on the internet to make cannabutter and hash oil with your trim. It looks like your going to have some kick ass buds out of her.👍👍

I would dry her slowly over a 7- 10 day period at 50% humidity for the first few days then 60% humidity for the rest. You can remove the smaller buds after 3-4 days when they're dry enough and jar them up. After a a few more days take the medium sized one lastly the largest ones and put in jars. You need to use an digital hygrometer (Inkbird on amazon) in your jars your goal is to take them down to and maintain 62% humidity. If your at 64% to 66% you can leave the lid off for a few hours a day until it drops. If 67% or higher I would remove them from the jar for 3-4 hours then put them back in. So 7-10 days down to 62%. Add a Boveda 62% humidity pack. Then give them a nice 3 week cure remove the jar cover a few times a week to allow some fresh air into them.

@Philindicus, thanks for the advice. I got myself a Boveda pack so once they have dried ill put the buds in a jar with than and follow standard procedures 😇

Thanks for all your advise guys! You all seem to suggest that it is too close for starters, so I have dropped it down and its now on the bottom (as low as I can go now) so a distance of 12inch from the light, fingers crossed that'll be one box ticked. The other regarding watering, I'm finding really difficult, I keep putting my finger in and it feels ok for ages, then suddenly it'll be bone dry, I suspect that by moving them down from the light it'll also help this. I will look into the aforementioned nutrients when I got some more 'spare' cash, I doubt ill need a lot as its such a small grow! I have a fan in there on a controller, it doesn't oscillate, but ill ramp it up a bit and see if that helps. Peace and love guys!

So this is my first grow, I've adapted an old Ikea cupboard so suspect this will be a super small yielding grow, but everything is a learning curve right? Fingers crossed I get something out of it thats consumable. I don't think I'm going to be using nutrients, maybe a dash of a generic fertiliser here and there to help a little bit, more excited just to watch her grow!!
