all_about_420 New run, new genetics: With the Runtz Triploid, I'm starting a particularly exciting project. The germination went absolutely according to plan and with impressive vitality. After less than 24 hours, the shell opened, and the vital taproot (Radicula) was clearly visible. The seedling was gently placed into the prepared substrate, where it broke through the surface in under 24 hours and unfolded its cotyledons. Since then, the little lady has shown a clean, continuous development: the first true leaf pair has formed quickly, the stem is standing strong, and the leaf color displays a healthy, vibrant green. An absolutely picture-perfect start to the life cycle! I am extremely excited about the performance and potential of this modern Triploid genetics in the coming weeks. all_about_420 The start of the vegetative phase is progressing absolutely according to plan. The Runtz Triploid has taken root excellently: The first true leaf pair is robustly developed, and the subsequent node is already pushing forward with vibrant leaf green and beautiful symmetry. Internode and stem show a healthy stability, while the focus in the substrate is now fully on rapid and dense root formation – the foundation for the coming weeks is perfectly set.
This marks a successful start as the first of four test genetics provided to me by Ganja Farmer. If the remaining three varieties follow suit with the same enthusiasm as this Runtz, an extremely strong run is ahead. A big thank you to Ganja Farmer for this exciting genetics!

all_about_420 The Runtz Triploid continues to present an absolutely exemplary picture. The vegetative growth is clearly noticeable: the node spacing remains pleasantly short and compact, while the fourth leaf pair is already unfolding powerfully. The main stem is gaining stability, and the first vital side shoots are already emerging in the leaf axils. The leaf structure showcases rich color, perfect turgor, and clean leaf serrations – nutrient uptake and soil life harmonize optimally with root growth. A completely vital, healthy growth without any deficiencies. The plant is developing exactly as one would wish for the upcoming training phases.

all_about_420 In week 3, the Runtz Triploid impressively shows its growth power. In direct comparison to the neighboring plants that started at the same time, it has made a huge leap forward and at times has almost outgrown them in height by nearly double. The vitality and vegetative pace of this genetic variety are truly remarkable. Due to the strong vertical growth and stable structure, it was time for the first training: the plant was properly topped to break the apical growth and encourage branching. The cut was handled cleanly, and the two new main shoots as well as the lower side shoots are already pushing out vigorously. This lays the foundation for a bushy structure and an even canopy.

all_about_420 The Runtz Triploid continues to demonstrate impressive regenerative power. The previous topping was handled by the plant without any significant growth stoppage, allowing us to immediately kick off the next training stage: targeted Low-Stress Training (LST) to establish a symmetrical structure.
For the setup, I specifically focused on a configuration with four strong main shoots. These were neatly anchored horizontally to completely break the apical dominance and provide the shoot sites with maximum light exposure. The lady's reaction was quick: just 24 hours after being tied down, all the shoot tips were pointing straight up again.
The plan for crown management is set: all four main shoots have been topped and will be topped again in the next step to end up with 16 evenly supplied colas. Leaf health, vitality, and structure couldn't be better for this endeavor.

all_about_420 After the Runtz Triploid quickly recovered from the first training, the next scheduled intervention took place this week: the second topping of all four main shoots. The goal is to complete the symmetrical structure in order to prepare the final branching for the desired number of main flower clusters. The plant has taken the cut without significant shock. The vegetative growth has resumed immediately, and at the cut points, the new shoots are quickly pushing out fresh green leaves. In the coming days, it will fully rebuild the foliage and gather strength to complete the vegetative phase and be sent into the flowering phase fully matured.

@Green420keeper, eigentlich gefallen sie mir, weil ich mir so das Umtopfen erspare. Das gießen ist durch die Schlitze von den Einschüben allerdings etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil's gern raus läuft...
