After completing the seedling phase, the little one is noticeably increasing in leaf mass: the first true leaf pair has developed robustly, and from the center, the next leaf pair is already confidently and symmetrically pushing out. The stem is standing stable and straight, the leaf green is evenly vibrant, and the typical leaf serration is already nicely forming. With the well-adjusted light distance, the growth remains wonderfully compact without any unwanted stretching. The yellow board is ready just in case, and the root system is quickly conquering the substrate – an absolutely successful start to the growth phase!

In the meantime, the beauty also got an upgrade: she moved into a new pot that is brand new to the lineup, to completely avoid future repotting. The lady not only handled the change effortlessly but has also made a tremendous leap in development in no time: the branching in the center is already taking off strongly, and she has formed into a compact, dense bush with wonderfully pronounced, jagged 5-finger sun leaves. The distances remain wonderfully short and stout thanks to ideal lighting, while the vibrant green leaves are a testament to excellent nutrient uptake. She is absolutely thriving and growing exactly as one would wish for the canopy – a real joy in the community round!

all_about_420 In the third week of vegetation, the Shishka Lemonade shows exactly the stability and vitality one hopes for before the first targeted intervention. Before the cut, the young lady already presented herself wonderfully bushy with strong, evenly spaced sun leaves and a pleasantly massive main stem. To break the apical dominance early and promote a flat, wide structure, the first topping was done: the main shoot was cleanly removed. The side shoots are already perfectly poised to build the future crown. Now she gets a well-deserved rest for two to three days before the first LST is directly on the agenda – the shoots will be gently tied down with stakes to maximize branching and make optimal use of the light. Thanks to her best vitality, the beauty handles the cut effortlessly and now focuses all her energy on lateral growth.

all_about_420 Patience and precision pay off: After the short breather following the topping, the Shishka Lemonade has received its first low-stress training. The three chosen growth levels are cleanly and flatly fixed to optimally direct the light to the center. Once the shoots have stood up powerfully again and are fully in juice, the second cut for the final structure follows. 🌿✨

Gleichzeitig macht sich bemerkbar, dass dieser Strain auf Schnitte und massives High-Stress-Training etwas sensibler reagiert als andere Sorten und schlicht zwei bis drei Tage mehr Puffer benötigt, um den Eingriff vollends zu verdauen. Doch die Geduld zahlt sich aus: Das LST sitzt dank der Erdheringe bombenfest, die Triebe haben sich symmetrisch aufgefächert und die Seitentriebe schieben wieder mit frischer, hellgrüner Wuchskraft zielstrebig nach oben. Die Vitalität ist absolut stabil, und mit dieser zusätzlichen Erholungszeit steht sie hervorragend da, um zeitnah das finale Topping zu erhalten und den Wuchs für die anstehende Blütephase zu perfektionieren.
