Little bit limp from the move to the new pots, but recovered well. I've been misting them with water now and then to try and help them pick up while the roots get established.

Had to play with the level of nutes a bit. The feeding schedule from Fox Farm is too long for this grow, so having to condense it a little.

Started with some LST recently, I think it's given a much better coverage of light to all the bud sites. Also moved from a space bucket to a proper small tent now. Both plants still seem really healthy and got some small signs of flowering too. Just waiting for that final flowering stretch before switching to the last lot of nutes.

Still mostly veg grow, working on the LST, have been considering getting rid of some fan leaves but I think it's still a touch early. Really moving rapidly in to flowering now so will keep an eye on it some more before flushing and switching nutes.

Been away a little this week so not so many photos but they're still doing well. Knocking down the nutes a bit now were in to the flowering stage.

Knocking down the nutes again this week. There are a few yellow leaves right at the bottom that aren't getting any light now. Training seems to have had the desired effect, lots of exposed bud sites. Going to keep on with these nutes now until closer to harvest then I'll use Fox Farm Sledgehammer a few days before I think they're ready. Pistils are going really white now, losing their green tint. Hopefully the next few weeks things will explode and the buds will fatten out. For some reason one plant is much taller than the other, not sure if it's down the training or the way the nutes have been delivered, but originally that one was actually much larger for a while. Towards the end of these week I've set them up in AutoPots which has done them well. Taking up plenty of nutrients. Plenty of orange pistils too so heading towards harvest I think.

Getting close to harvest now, started the flush and reducing the nutes. Just waiting for the trichomes to start changing colour into amber slightly before giving them the chop.

At what point have other people harvested these Solomatic? My trichomes are starting to be mostly milky with a couple of clear. Do people wait for some signs of amber, or just go for it when they’re all milky?

Harvesting always comes down to a preference thing more then anything because its such a widely debated topic . There are a few guide line you wanna follow for the when to harvest your plant so that you don't harvest early and end up with poor quality medicine. Clearly your checking your trichomes which is a good sign that your paying attention . With that being said having them mostly milky with a few clear still you can wait abit longer to get better results , 1-2 weeks tops . My preference for a good stone is to have all the trichomes milky accompanied by a few amber ones here and there . For me that has worked the best this may differ from what your looking for . All together though your almost ready to harvest just gotta wait a little longer so the clear ones turn milky ! I hope this information helps you on your quest ! Happy Growing!

Looks like the flush is kicking in, been feeding plain water with a bit of Sledgehammer through the AutoPot system for just over a week now. So hopefully those trichomes will start turning soon.

I think there were a few mistakes made with this one. Flushed too early which forced me to chop. They were all milky, but hadn't quite got the number of ambers I wanted. The plants stayed quite short too, think this is down to the genetics. Turns out my pH meter wasn't the best either so glad that I grew in soil. Yield was a little bit on the smaller side than I was expecting but still not bad.
