I watered them twice, about 65ml per pot with Clonex Pro Start 4ml/l.

They are now in 2l pots with 50/50 Light Mix / coco.
Watered with Clonex Pro Start and the 420 Flow nutrient for the veg.

The plants have been under the new lamp for a week and are responding well to the different light.
They thank me for the nutrient feed with good growth.

Today, the two ladies have been moved to their final pots.
They are now in 18L rectangular pots, in a mix of 50/50 Light Mix/Coco.
Watered with pH regulated water at 6.0, grow nutrients, Cal/Mag, and Clonex Pro Start.
