Lf1190 I decided it was long overdue to review my photo archives and compile a proper retrospective diary from past grows I never posted live. I began growing four years ago and finished my first diary then. I remained quiet, but now that the website has become an app, I chose to resume diaries, so here I am.
Looking back at these runs, one element remained constant from the start: Royal Queen Seeds lol. Every cycle used RQS genetics, cultivated with their nutrient range ecc ecc, so if you check my other diaries you will see the nutrients I use ecc.
What a journey lol remembering the good, the bad, the sticky and the high lol. Over the years, I tried various training methods (LST, topping, super cropping, defoliation). I made my share of mistakes and had a few failures, but I learned a great deal from every plant. Each error was a lesson in disguise that improved my understanding of canopy management and plant responses.
Gathering these memories brings back great times. I hope you enjoy browsing this retrospective of my progress as a grower.
Happy growing everyone!

Lf1190 I can’t recall the details across those vegetation cycles lol, so I searched for things I didn’t know about cannabis to make it more interesting so curious facts about cannabis.
In the late 1990s, scientists planted industrial hemp inside the 30 km Chernobyl Exclusion Zone specifically to decontaminate the soil. Through a process called phytoremediation, cannabis roots pulled radioactive isotopes (like Cesium-137 and Strontium-90) and heavy metals directly out of the irradiated dirt.
Cannabinoids are Actually Toxic to the Plant Itself
THC and CBD are cytotoxic, meaning if they leak into the plant's internal cell tissue, they cause programmed cell death and kill the plant's own leaves. To solve this, the plant evolved capitate-stalked trichomes, which act like biological hazmat suits. The plant manufactures the raw precursor compounds inside the head of the trichome, exports them outside its own living cell walls, and constructs the resin head as an external balloon. The sticky crystal are designed to keep the plant from poisoning itself!

Lf1190 The only plant I grew outside was a hulkberry; unfortunately, I was too impatient and harvested it earlier than I should have. I also lack many pictures beyond some veg the harvest and the rest of plant.
