Hi there, well you "only" have three plants right? so just follow your plant but mix two batches of juice one of each of the plants in veg and flower. What's absolutely certain is you dont want to have your veg nutes given to your flowering plants (this could slow them down a lot) . Beyond this I really dont see what the problem is, folks inculding myself have grown autos and photos exactly like you had planned. So you havent really made a mistake, and if you follow your plan i'm quite sure your photoperiod plant will yield probably more than the automatic plants combined.
