I have been growing Photoperiod for the last while, but don't usually grow through the winter months because the Temps are just too low. I've decided to give Autos a try during the cooler winter months here.
Growing Medium, Plagron coco, Vermiculite, and Perlite
-End of the second week:- Girls doing well have gotten pretty tall even with the L.E.D.'s (Budmaster XGOD-GOD 4s) within 22inches... Temps staying in the mid to high 20cel but dropping into the lows 20s during Dark cycle... Feeding Nuites at 1/4 strength.
Looking happy and healthy.
Will give a little topping once the 3rd nodes appear, and start some Low-stress training.
-Day 20, all the girls got topped and I've started a Mainlining Experiment on one of them. Will see how things progress, it may be a new way of training my Auto's.. Will also do a natural and Mainlining dry weight comparison. Excited to see results of Mainlining.
All looking well, have introduced 1ml of P.K. 13-14 and Sugar Royal to each nutrient feed.. everyone seems happy with the extra food. All looking happy and healthy. Everyone has done well with the Topping technique.
Will be rising the lights to the top of the tent next week.. as I have a feeling there's gonna be a big stretch this week.
I'm very happy with the results
Gave the girls a heavy defoliation. Some nice growth noticed the phenotype isn't very stable, as all the plants are all different sizes, only one has gotten some decent height the rest are stumpy and short. Starting to get a nice stink to them too. Really looking forward to watching these girls pack on the weight.
Day 51: Heavy Defoliation for the girls, big changes in the tallest girl.. lovely bud formation. Seeing some nice flower growth on all other plants, except the Mainline experiment. But not worried. Gave the last Defoliation now. Will let them off to do their thing.
Day 56: Starting to see some nice weight in the buds, fan leaves starting to get some frost.
