Seed sprouted yesterday in paper towel on heat mat (after 24hrs soak).
Just planted today in jiffy, heatmat on timer 30mins every couple hrs.
Light is a T5 14Watt, 4000K as that's all I could find nearby. Seed sprouted next day (day3 from soak)
She stretched a bit so I lowered the lights and pulled her sideways a bit.
Repotted into cup 2 days ago, using mixture of clay balls, Coco and perlite.
Sprinkled mycos and gave a light feed including recharge.
Seedling is healthy and keeps growing, have done some LST and lowered the lights also from 30-20cm. Hopefully this will slow the stretching.
Not too worried since I'll be transplanting in a week or two.
Lights are 1x14W T5 and 2xCLFs 6500k. Busy putting together COB veg lights since my other other lights are currently used for flowering.
Repotted into a 2-3 gallon pot that I turned into a hempy bucket. 2 Holes drilled for drainage and holes at the bottom covered before transplant.
She is healthy and not rootbound so I think that's fine. Looking forward to see how she grows in this DIY hempy bucket
Came back from holiday to find that she has exploded in size, with just basic nutes and water over past 3 weeks. (Topping helped).
Flipped into flower 2 days ago. Also took clones and topped her again.
Starting to up the nutes now, looking forward to flowering!!
Flower buds appeared everywhere over the last 10 days and they smell sweet!
Did some HST/twisting the branches again. Seems to recover quickly.
Also made up a new feed with flowering nutes and will update the the week once pH dialled in.
Tricomes are very frosty on top with some hairs turning brown, buds on lower branches not mature yet.
I installed a new light this week and hoping it will help boosting her while she finishes out (Quantum import with Samsung LM301H and Cree red LEDs).
Changed up nutes with bloom and molasses.
The buds haven't really fattened up so I'm hoping to improve that over the next couple of weeks.
She was fairly easy to grow, had very little issues except during flower due to nute burn. I overfed bloom nutes and this caused nute burn and also lockout. She didn't recover resulting in small buds.
