motaman311 This week I was able to get a better environment for them. There is some tacoing or curling of the leaves here and the 1 in the back corner really got stunted and burned. They are moving much slower than the Amnesia Lemons next to them.. theses Aliens are a little more sensitive to the heat.. but I did burn the crap out of them early. This was the first time using this tent and the temperatures must have been creeping in the low-mid 80's over the last couple weeks and my light must have been too close.
This week I will remove 3 and go down to 2. I am hoping I will have at least 1 female of the final 2.

motaman311 These girls are at Day 28 of Veg or 35 days from seed. I am down to 2 of the healthiest looking plants. I haven't seen any signs of sex, but I have a feeling the 1 on the right will be female and the left will be a male, just because how the plant looks and is structured. This will be the 1st time I am sexing plants, so I could be totally wrong haha. I will move these girls (hopefully) into flower in about a week or so. I don't want to pack my flower tent too much and these look like they may need some more time. I will look at doing a defoliation early next week to give her some time to recover before I throw them in the flower tent.

What is my deficiency or issue? I won't be able to fix it for this grow, but I have seen this issue with some of my other plants during flower. I think I have a zinc deficiency caused by a potassium and phosphorus excess... maybe overfeeding with everything?? Thanks in advance!

I see some burned leaf tips, due to overnutrition and also most likely a copper deficiency.
Most common reason for copper def is when the ph at the roots is not in the correct range. For hydro, a ph between 5.5 and 6.5 should be good.
Copper deficiencies are likely to appear when using heavily filtered or reverse osmisis (RO) water to feed plants since any copper has been removed.
Copper deficiencies can show up with the plant is having root problems or if the plant is overwatered, even if the ph is good and the copper is present in tap water and/or nutrition.
In that late flowering stage there is no need to handle that anymore as your plant seems almost ready for harvest.

@CRiSPrGrow, no idea. I always thought white meant mold/mildew.. but I have plants I ignored it and nothing bad happened. I think each mold/fungus has particular jobs and the stuff on the starter plugs only breaks down the plug and doesn't affect the plant because its' not that type of mold/fungus. I started treating it and noticed no difference in the plants.

@CRiSPrGrow, They have to give their photographer props because their catalog looks really nice. Pretty happy with them so far.. I killed way more then I wanted, not due to plants, I just need a bigger flower tent...and decided to use my 2x4 for a different project.. I'm tired of doing perpetual grows lol.

Honestly prob one of my top 3 favorite strains if not my favorite!
I just received there Dark helmet. GSC x Jawa Pie. absolutely love their Jawa Pie too so I'm pumped about this cookie cross im about to try.
and on a side note. anyone reading the comments and enjoys creating music or playing any instruments. do yourself a favor and pick up some alien rift! 👽

@@motaman311, if you like strains where you feel relaxed but mentally creative at the same time you'll love alien rift! it doesn't make you super sleepy or wired. just meets in the middle very nicely

@NattyMeds, A lot of their strains looked great and I almost went with wolf mother, (witches brew/highlander x skunkbeard) but Alien OG is the wife's favorite strain so we had to try this one. I am hoping I like the smoke as you say! Dark Helmet sounds awesome.. a lot of these new cookie strains are bomb.

quick question....my FASTBERRY just started looking like its fall time on the largest fan leaves.....they are yellowing pinking...really pretty....not dying off yet or anything......just started....noticed it this morning....
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP HER GOING????? plan was feed two more weeks then flush two weeks....im not sure if i cant wait two weeks to flush?????
any advice on that?????? Trichomes are blowing up.....hairs are curling up....she is getting there.....NO BUD LEAVES ARE DYING …..but they have been dark blue for a month.....id like to feed one more week at least......BUT SHE REALLY ISNT DRINKING TO MUCH.....getting fatter though...clearly doubled in size over the last two weeks.....HMMMMM....im thinking let it dry a little more maybe tomorrow HEAVY FLUSH with max Kleanse recommended….WHICH HAS 4% DEXTROSE as part of the flush and 2% citric acid...…..
also should I do the FIRST WATER DUMP AT THE LOW PH VALUE....then Ph the SECOND water dump for the flush????? hmmmm, ill figure that out.....so far I ph both to 6.0

@@Wilson_McNugget, i'll pop over in a little bit to take a look. Some plants will start to fade regardless of the feed and of course depending on strain, but 2-3 weeks after the fade starting is normally pretty close to harvest. The fact she isn't drinking too much normally means she is close.
