No Smell
Had four seeds from previous grow. Previous grow was with 600w hps. This grow will be with 550w x 2 quantum boards LED. Will be interesting to find out the difference in light source.

3 out of four seeds popped in time. Waiting on the last one. Only going with four plants this time. My previous grow 5 was too many in 30l pots. Hoping to train these well and getting two scrog nets. I think to benefit fully from these high end Led lights is to make sure the canopy is as flat as possible.

Just put into big tent under veg Led’s At half power. I will be transplanting soon then going to hopefully train for a double scrog net 🤞 (first time trying this). The fungus gnats ruined last grow so I made sure area all clean and will be using precautionary methods this time! Starting off on low 0.5ml per litre root juice. Also took advice and using bottled water for first few weeks since it’s not that much anyway. Using biobizz light mix to start off then will transplant into biobizz all mix.

Trying to go a bit easier on the nutrients this grow due to previous nute burn. Transplanted into the final pot 30 litres. I will transplant up pots better the next one, I just like to train when in the final pot. I have topped using 4 way lst before I attempt to scrog these. Not sure it will work out as never done a proper scrog. I want to try this to get the canopy as flat and even as possible for the top LED boards I have. Anyone know what the strange colouring on the leaves?

Trying to train for a scrog two are growing quicker. Trying to go easy on the nutes and get it right this time. I’ve never not burnt my plants. I’m also increasing airflow this grow. Which could account for the issues I always get late flower!

Struggling with temps this week so bought a bigger heater. I thought they were growing quite slow. So I have increased the LEDS up to full power and keep at 24inches. Asked the manufacturer and this is a better way using these LEDs. I am putting the scrog net on tonight. No nutrient burn so far.

Flipped this week to flower. I am a bit worried the stalks are purple with lines along them. Not sure what this is I read it could be natural or temps at night (so I’ve put a tube heater in at night). Anyone know if it’s normal? On a good wet dry cycle. Just feeding grow for another week then start bloom. I just worry I give too much water during flower late stages so I will be going easier late on.

The pistols are turning a brown colour this is the end of week 2 going into week 3. Does anyone know if this is normal with LED lighting? I have put a close up on the video.

Cleared a good bit of undergrowth this week. Still unsure about the pistols browning early (brown purple colour)I have read this could be an early sign of becoming hermie?

End of 4th week. Yellowing of the older leaves. I think I was feeding too low so I have increased nutrients. I checked my ph run off and was a bit high at 7 even though I adjust to 6.3-6.5 each time. I will bring down lower. The weather has been cold so trying to keep temps under control. Hoping the yellowing doesn’t get out of control.

Still yellowing and nutrient burn. I think next time I won’t be using biobizz I can’t seem to get the right balance with them. And next grow I will move up containers better The trichomes look amazing though

I grew cheese with hps 600w and this with 550w LED. Yield is lower with LED but quality is better and taste. But recently thinking of going back to hps for flower and use LED for veg. Also I will be vegging for much longer on my current grow.

my buds have a few brown pistils early but as long as everything else looks good and the majority is white and the buds grow, I think its all good. Yours looks good 👌

@@Spaceman, thanks for the advice I just worry as my last grow the pistils went brown at this stage and then last few days they hermied I’ve checked for light leaks and everything else is zoned in

Hi bro, could be a slight sulphur deficiency.

@@Spaceman, thanks I will have a look into that! I thought it was to do with the lights or me transplanting into final too soon cheers 👍
