Day 1 - Seed Drop
Purple Punch Auto from Barney’s Farm. Two beans dropped in seed starter/soil for the first couple weeks. Plan is to pot up to ‘3’ gallon Air-Pots under LEDs. See ya Day 8
Left them under the germ light a day too long resulting in the stretch. Easy fix with the transplant. Soil is a mix of new Happy Frog and the last grow. Moved them under the LEDs with 2/4 running to let them acclimate, then crank it up. See ya next week!
Upped the nutes more adding Cal-Mag, both responding well. Feeding is set at Tuesday and Saturday. Able to easily see daily growth so they’re def happy under the LEDs. Gotta love Barney’s genetics. Till next week!
18 Days Above Soil
They are growing like lil beasts. Responded well to increased nutes. Turned the fan up and turned on the last LED. Trying to decide at what node to top them by next update, 5th most likely. Always a tip of the hat to Barney’s Farm. G-g-g-g-genetics lol. Till next week.
25 Days Above Soil
Good week! Topped them both midweek and showing pistils day or two later. Like my Red Dragon they showed drainage issues so both were pH flushed with 4 gallons each. Luckily it’s not wasted energy. Like to flush before the nute switch. Start Week 1 Bloom tomorrow. Till next week!
Started bloom nutes this week. Got a smidge of nute burn but nothing to stress over. Both girls had a solid week of stretch pretty much doubling in height. Curious to see how much more they stretch. Also have begun to smell like some indica funk! Always exciting. Till next week!
Got tired of effin with em. So vodka and attitude took over. Only pics left from that day. Oops. Final result was lil less than a zip of smoke and the rest made an insanely wicked stick of Butta which in turn made Snickerdoodles on doodles. I screwed this grow from the jump so don’t judge the strain. Sample smoke has been very nice. Smooth and fluid high. Driving feels like a video game strain. Love it. Def wanna grow the photo of this. I suck with autos.
Well they’ve become separate grows. The taller girl wasn’t keeping up growing budlets so I took a closer look. Frickin handful of pollen sacs across the lower nodes. No clue if I pissed her off or just an auto deal. Decided to carefully remove the sacs and lollipop her some then hung one cheap 300w LED in a closet. Like to see how this turns out and learn more. Other girl is fairly happy. Shorter and far less bud sites but strong. Keep pushing forward. Till next week
This grow is going to shit real quack. Full disclosure I have a touch of the cancer and kinda had a stroke so me ladies are gonna suffer. That said from a bruised ego, not pity. Fuck that noise! Anywho, between the old soil and me we are just gonna ride this grow out from here. Gave em both a solid flush to try and help the uptake/drainage concerns. Is what it is. Another ehh week for these girls. Like kids though... gotta keep loving em. Pulled back a lil more on the nutes and removed a couple stackers to ease their stresses. Gave the herm girl some HST judo chop to piss her off some more. She’s steady making seeds so hoping to stress any thc we can since she’s on a path to butta at best.
