25th August 2019 Hi All!! I thought i would start showing my grows, i have done one, it is nearly towards the end and is going to be ready for the chop (in a couple of weeks). As that was my first grow i was a bit nervous (paranoid) so i kept it to myself. Now i think i could use with a bit of help. So this is the latest grow, started them last week, 16th August. Today is the 25th August so i have had a week of growth since i potted them. Its been really hot where i am, so that doesn't help, but nothing i can do it about it really :) I am using sundae cups to increase the levels of humidity. They seem to work really well and hold my hygrometers nicely. Keeping an eye for any mould growth. All seems ok so far. Adding a little water when it needs it, with a little Shogun Terra grow (1ml/L). Around 5ml per pot when it looks dry. Needs a few weeks to get to the size i need for topping. Thanks for reading and will give a good update each week. Feel free to ask any questions :) 27th August 2019 Feeding 10ml with 1ml/L when i see the soil looks dry. Roots are becoming visible on the outside of the cup. Looking good. Looking strong :)

28th August 2019 Weather is back to normal now, no more stupid heat :P Doing well, growing a bit lengthier than my last grow. Noticed some roots showing round the sides of the cup. bit more time here and then I should be ready to repot them. Giving 10ml of water with a few drops of Terra Grow. 30th August 2019 Growth is visible, putting on a couple cm of height in the past two days. Added a bit more water (no nutrients) just to moisten all the soil. let it drain out and then let it rest again for a few days. light cycle is on 18 - 6. nothing new to report. can't put them in the tent yet cos i have 3 big beasts that need harvesting soon taking up all the space! But i am hoping they will be harvested and i can put these babies in. But looking good for now. 31st August 2019 Good grow, nothing really to report. Just been adding a small amount of water, with a little Terra grow. Watering with 50ml to not over add any nutrients, the soil is still full of minerals. Weather is much better to work with now so not going to complain :) On to next week...

1st September Good growth, every day there has been some healthy growth. Can see the difference now that i have pictures to compare with. Still very little water needed, there is a lot of moisture in the cups. All doing really well. The problem i have is that my grow room is full (my previous grow) and i am working to use the LED light at night (timer is set for 9pm to 9am) and take them out at 9am for sunlight as i need to turn the light off after 12 hours for my flowering plants. Because i don't have any idea when to harvest, i don't really know when to put these in the tent! So will have to keep an eye on both grows to make sure neither is negatively effected. 2nd September 2019 Completed my drying rack inside the grow tent. using the most of the space that i have. Really need to harvest the last grow ready for this one. Water was 50ml with no nutrients to give it a break. All doing really well. 3rd September 2019 Nothing much to add really, been giving them loads of water (when its needed), adding a little Terra grow to the solution. Nice and tall, good green colour. No complaints :) 4th September 2019 Not much change today, giving 50ml today because roots are extending further downwards, need to make sure there is some moisture accessible to all roots. Good growth. 6th September 2019 Didn't give it any water today, just feel that it may need a break :S Very tricky to get the balance right but the past few days have been a bit colder. My way of growing is to assess daily and hopefully notice what my plant needs. Lets see if it works :P 7th September 2019 Fourth Node is poking through strongly. Looking green and fresh. Really good variations of serrated edge on all 3 plants. Added 15ml of water with a little terra grow just to give it a boost. Not a lot guys, just a few drops. The soil has a lotto nutrients in so don't want them to stress at such an early stage. .....On To Week 4 :)

8th September 2019 No water added today, looking very moist near the bottom. Will let it dry out a bit before adding water. This week i will be increasing Terra Grow Nutes from 1ml/L to 1.5ml/L. This is because i am still trying to work out the best concentrations for my babies at different times of the grow. Very worried about overdosing it and ruining my crop. I dunno, I believe its better to have smaller au natural buds rather than big chemically induced monster crop 😳 Could be wrong, any info/help is welcome 👊 9th September 2019 Real good growth on the 4th Node, noticing some signs of the 5th node coming through. Takes some time to get here but its all worth it. Nice strong growth. No problems to report ✊ Root growth is looking strong as well, they are beginning to poke through the cup. I want them a little more defined before i transfer to a bigger pot, maybe some time this week. 10th September 2019 No Issues to report. If I am honest, I have not given water for the 3 days (8th, 9th, 10th) just because I thought there is enough moisture present. Cant see any signs of wilting/drying. Will give some small amount of water tomorrow. I am planning to dry out the cups before transplanting, apparently this helps. My last attempt (previous grow) crumbled in my hands whilst transplanting and it was a stressful event 😣 Grow room is still full with my previous grow (I can add a pic if anyones interested lol. Got Gorilla Glue, Critical and BruceBanner (Hulkberry)). So I am having trouble with the timing regarding light (as grow 1 needs 12 hours still). But can't see any issues, for now it seems you can have a good grow for 3 1/2 weeks indoors on a windowsill. Good to know!!! 😎 11th September 2019 Roots are really showing themselves now. Need to transplant them. Thinking about doing it in a few days. Will let them strengthen a bit. GG is currently the smallest, but i am not worried. It still looks healthy and comparing it to my last GG, it is definitely doing better. CMOG is second best in height, but is only a 1cm behind AOG. All 3 are showing the sprouting of the 4th node, just about breaking through. I don't count the cotyledons or the first single pointer leaves as a node, just to give them a few more nodes for strength before topping. AOG has gotten the tallest. All looking really green and healthy. 12th September 2019 Finally gave it some water today, flooded it with 75ml of water, 10 drops of terra grow in 250ml RO Water. No further issues to report. Really showing off their spreading leaves now and competing in height. Getting a good dose of sunlight so no issues to report. Weather seems to be rising a little today to about 27C and maybe this weekend as well. Noticed that the roots are curling aroundd the bottom of the cups now. they really have done a great job as they are big enough for a good 4 week grow. 13th September 2019 5th node is starting to show itself in all three, a lot more in CMOG than GG but GG is not far behind (neither is AOG). They really have surprised me on how well they are doing without my grow light. I think i will practice the same method each time, mainly because i got loads of Sundae Cups 😶 A new week starting tomorrow 😌 Keeping the motivation up (i am kinda doing this as a hobby and to save money 😺) No water given today as they still look moist, roots are showing strong growth. They may start getting squashed due to lack of space so i need to really decide when i will be transplanting. But they are looking healthy so i won't complain 😆 yet..... 14th September 2019 Good growth today, looks like i need to transplant them tomorrow. The roots are curling along the bottom so i think it is time. Transplanting them into 5L Pots, with 5ml/L of EcoThrive Charge. This worked well for me last time so i am planning to do it again. Fed them 500ml of water with 1.5ml/L. Left them in the sun and will move them into the grow tent when the light turns on (9pm - 9am, 12 hours for my previous grow). On to Week 5 guys.....

Is Grow 1 ready??? I have put a pic for day 159 for all of them in my grow tent atm. Any help or advice as this is my first grow and i got no benchmark!!!! pics are as good as i could get 😕 gulp...... 15th September 2019 Had so much fun transplanting, was kinda sad when it was over. Looking really strong and sturdy in the new pots. As i am leaving them outside (for a week) they are taking full advantage of the breeze, strengthening the stem. I will be topping them all this week at some point, i need to give them a few days to recover before topping. 500ml water added with 1.5ml/L each. Did not want to add too much as the new soil should contain enough nutrients for a few weeks, at least a month. But i added a little for the soil which has been transplanted and contains the root ball. Love how they sway in the breeeeeezzeeeeee......... 16th September 2019 I will not be adding water today, Gave them a lot yesterday, so will let them dry out a little before adding water. Also they were outside morning and afternoon and little drizzle would have rehydrated the soil. Getting good growth. I will top the 5th node as it comes through. Leaving 4 nodes intact before the V-Shaped top is formed. Lets see how it goes 😊 Only time will tell. 17th September 2019 Topped them today! i topped them all, even though they are at slightly different stages. But i want to see which plant responds the best so I can top at the most appropriate time next grow. Also have to make sure to LST them when they start to show new shoots and split at the top. My aim is to make the plant grow outworks to make use of the available space in my grow room. Also it is easier to defoliate and check for pests/mould. Right now, i didn't prune much because i was not sure when the best time to cut is. Now i have got one grow (nearly under my belt) i think i can change a few things each time to see what the effects are on the plant. 18th September 2019 Got them outside this morning. Have fed them their feed for today, 150ml with Calmag and Terra Grow from Shogun. Nodes are spaced out at least 4 -5cm. Got 4 nodes grown and topped the 5th node. Need to offer some rest time as they will be experiencing stress from yesterdays topping. Added a picture of my current GG growing in the grow tent. Leaves are going purpler so i thought i would show what they look like in case anyone can tell me if this is a deficiency/abundance of any particular nutrient. Any info is welcome 😺 19th September 2019 No news today, looks like they are still recovering from the stress of topping. Nodes are healthy and holding the weight of the leaves in the daytime breeze. Leaves are curling upwards towards the light whenever i get a chance to check on them. Nutes are still the same for this week, 1ml/L Calmag, 2ml/L Shogun Terra Grow. 150ml RO water. Fed them around 10am, not going to feed them tomorrow, will give them a break. I will get some more detailed picks of the new shoots growing as a result of the topping, but they are too small for now and my camera is s**t 👽 20th September 2019 Not much change again today, this is my 2nd grow, so i haven't practiced the art and effects of topping properly. I will add pictures showing where the new shoots are planning on growing out from (if i can find it myself). No water today, break from water and nutes. Will water tomorrow. Left them all outdoors again for the day. Breeze really giving them good sturdy stems, might help hold up juicy nugs when it begins late flowering stage. No signs of stress so will keep an eye on my babies 😉 21st September 2019 The Topped area is starting to show a few signs of sprouting. Not much but i am aware that topping stress slows down plant growth. Not sure that i did a good job but time will tell. Around nodes 2, 3 and 4 there are some strong signs of shoots growing out. No noticeable signs of note deficiency/abundance. As i am leaving them outside during the day, a light drizzle may fall and keeps the soil moist. Keeping an eye on soil moisture and will water accordingly. On to week 5......

22nd September 2019 Got some nice growth on the nodes intersections, at nodes 3, 4 and 5. The growth can be seen on the pics. Starting to take on a more bushier appearance although this will develop over the next few weeks. Still giving 150ml - 250ml per day with 2ml/L of Terra Grow and 1ml/L of Calmag both by Shogun. Water is still RO and sits at just under 7 PH. For those who have been following this diary, i think this week i will be harvesting Grow 1 (currently in the grow tent) so i can move these babies into the tent where temp, light and humidity can be controlled. FYI all strains are doing well outdoors 👌 23rd September 2019 The topped area is starting to show itself a lot more, 7 days after topping. Alien has grown a bit of a cauliflower looking flower on the top, i reckon i didn't top it very well. Learned a lot for next time. May just top once on this grow and start some LST very soon. Shows a good example of what not to do whilst topping. Take your time, maybe refer to a pic and make sure you have a strong sturdy stem for recovery 24th September 2019 150ml RO with 2ml/L Shogun Terra Grow and 1ml/L Shogun CalMag. Strong growth visible between nodes now. That bushy look is starting to form. I need to start LST'ing but its not gonna work as i have to keep going them in and out of the tent still. It feels like this weekend Grow 1 will be ready fr harvest, give me a day to clean and reshuffle things in the tent and then i can start the normal grow time 25th September 2019 150ml RO with same nutes as yesterday. No issues today, getting a good dose of sunlight and the wind is really helping to strengthen the stem. I would definitely recommend a strong fan or placing them in a windy environment (if possible). I didn't manage to do this the first time and i felt that they grew a bit weak, Will try and compare from my previous grow if i can, 26th September 2019 Left them outside, rained a bit today so they got a nice soaking, won't be watering them tomorrow. Real bushy growth forming where nodes 1, 2, 3 and 4 are. It looks like i may have FIM'd them but i don't know, I'm used to topping, not sure what FIMing looks like. Any info is welcome. I may cut branches off node 1 and repot them a bit higher up so i can do some proper LSTing. Will let you know closer to the time 27th September 2019 Great growth from yesterday. The FIM'd part is showing signs of strength in terms of both sturdiness and colour. All 3 look like they are growing 4 shoots after the TOP. Real bushy lateral growth on node 2, 3 and 4, with a first node coming out of each of the main nodes. Will repot them soon in 5L airpots and start some heavy LST'ing. My Bruce banner is almost ready which will free up some space in my grow tent and i can start using a more controlled climate for my newbies.

Week 7: 250ml RO with 2.5ml/L of Shogun Terra Grow and 1ml/L Shogun CalMag when needed. LST'ing all plants to show lateral growth. September 29th 2019 Harvest Day!! Took down Bruce Banner from previous grow. Great looking strain, with lovely purple hues, really quite a coincidence that it shows half purple and half free, typical of its name sake. I got about 250g of wet bud, will update during the week as it dries. Sorry for those who are not interested, not a big amount of info, i just didn't know this site existed when i first started 💀 No water needed as its getting enough water from the rain. Starting to train Choc Mint OG as it has got some good growth from the top nodes. September 30th 2019 Started LST'ing all of them from today, GG is the smallest and slowest growing compared to the other 2, however grown enough to LST. CMOG has got another round of LST'ing today, moved down the node 3 where new shoots are sprouting, have tied them down little. I aim to get a more lateral growth and anticipate the stretch when moving to flowering. I will try and show what ways we can increase the bud size without having to add too many nutes. Was going to water but rain fell, so no need. 1st October 2019 LST'ing the second next node down (from the topped part) there are new shoots growing from the intersection of the nodes and the main stem, i am planning to LST these swell. I probably won't use any part of the part below this as i had a look at my previous grows and the branches that come from the main stem are only the topped ones and the set below them. Very rarely i get some growth below this, but considering my last growth, it creates too many popcorn sites which are difficult to train/hold up with the weight of bud. Might be a better idea to train less than 10 flowering sites but maintain the quality by keeping an eye on just these. Less bud touching, less chance of mould and hopefully an increase in yield. No water today as they got soaked from the rain and i want them to dry out. 2nd October 2019 Lots more LST'ing on all three, GG is the slowest growing atm, maybe that's a trait of its pheno. At the moment i have topped all three plants when they reached node 5 (not counting the single pointers that first come out). This means there are 5 nodes then the topped part. I plan to cut off the single pointers and node 1, leaving 4 nodes with sprouting leaves. I want a horizontal growth from the topped shoots, this will house the main buds, node 4 has sprouted flowering shoots that also need training soon. Fun times! 3rd October 2019 Cut off SINGLE POINTERS and left 4 nodes on all 3 plants. Looking a little under the weather regarding leaves on GG, will keep an eye on them and cut them off if need be. 4 strong nodes is better than 5 weak nodes, maybe thinking of cutting the 2nd node from the bottom off soon. Watered them 250ml with 2.5ml/L Grow and 1ml/L CalMag. Doing some trainman with flower wire which really helps. Really keeping an eye on where growth is protruding from so i can keep an eye on what is worth keeping or cutting 👽 4th October 2019 No water today, just letting them dry out. Not much activity today 5th October 2019 Harvested Criticial! (Previous Grow). Just one left to have my grow space back. I am saving the water, to let them dry out before a transplant to 5L air pots. Planning to transfer them soon, i plan to tidy my grow space on Sunday and transplanting them on Monday. Next week they will be ready for the switch, got good growth on the topped nodes and good growth below. On to Week 8.....

Week 8: 250ml RO with 2.5ml/L of Shogun Terra Grow and 1ml/L Shogun CalMag when needed. LST'ing all plants to show lateral growth. 6th October 2019 Cleaned grow room properly, rewired everything to maximise space. Also added the heater as it's getting colder now. Will repot them tomorrow, this is why i am cleaning grow tent. NO WATER, DRIED OUT pots are easier to transplant. 7th October 2019 Transplanted to 5L Airpots, added 5ml/L of Ecothrive for root growth to the soil and mixed it through. Using Cann terra Professional soil. Put them in the tent and changed the lights for a full 18H. Using bamboo to hold up the stems as this time i am aware of the weight of the nugs. I did some trimming. Added 750ml of pure water as there are nutrients in the new soil. The topped shoots (calling them A & B) are both going to house 6 flowering shoots, so A should have 7 colas, 7 on B. The next node down, node 4, is perpendicular to the above topped branch. This will be trained to house maybe 4 colas depending on space. The next node down, node 3, this one i am currently seeing where it plans to grow. May cut these off depending on how they go. ANY NODES below this are terminated. Planning on flipping the time next week, week 9. Then we go into flowering properly from week 10. 8th October 2019 No water added today, will let it dry out from its heavy watering yesterday after transplanting. Will water tomorrow. Will be curing my Gorilla Glue (from first grow) tomorrow so i will have my grow tent back lol Will add some sneaky details on how the did for those interested 😇 9th October 2019 Need to let them rest after their transplant to 15L pots. Not much change except some growth on existing leaves/shoots. 250ml of plain water, only because it has fresh soil. Tomorrow i think i will start adding some nutrients again, don't want to over Nutes them, my main aim is to get some nice big, well trained, natural megabuds. Thats the aim....lol Got three shoots growing rom the topped branches on each side, so nearly ready to flip the lights. Need to remember that they plan to stretch a bit, first few weeks of flowering. 10th October 2019 Water fed today with this weeks measurements of nutes. Great growth on CMOG, Gorilla is slightly slower and shows more curling branches (reminds of bananas lol). Got 3 shoots growing from each topped shoot, i think it is definitely ready for the light flip. Accidentally gave them TerraBloom and TerraGrow 😩 Don't panic, its just a nute..... 😤 8 weeks of vegging, plus a week to flip the lights and then we go into the stretch 😋 11th October 2019 No water today, a bit boring, i need to let them grow a bit so i can train them. Got some nice growth between branches, getting 3 nice shoots on the topped branches, and then a few shoots of the next node down. I am planning on naming the branches to make it easier to describe which areas on the plant i am describing 👊 12th October 2019 Water given today, with nutes mentioned above. Will be flipping the lights next week, currently, the lights are on a 18L-6D so will slowly phase this in during the next week. Got a lot of things to do next week, so may not be as informative, will do my best 😅 On to Week 9.....

Week 9 - Light Flip Week (currently 18Light-6Dark) : 250ml RO with 3ml/L of Shogun Terra Grow and 1ml/L Shogun CalMag when needed. LST'ing all plants to show lateral growth. 13th October 2019 - 17Lights - 7Dark Flipped the lights today! Well adding an hour each day, so today will be 7 hours, tomorrow 8 hours etc all the way until Saturday where it will be 12H-12H split. 250ml water this week, I haven't added nutes to this, just give it a break and i have noticed some burnt tip ends, nothing to worry about but i don't want to make it worse 14th October 2019 - 16Lights - 8Dark No water today, feeling a bit lazy and it looks moist still 👺 its fine! Little bit of LST'ing but no need as of yet. Need to do more when the stretch comes along... Noticed that on the top branches, i have 2 - 3 shoots growing in pairs. I want to get 3 pairs of shoots per branch, plus the main cola giving me a total of 7 top colas. This is the plan, will let you guys know how it goes. 15th October 2019 - 15Lights - 9Dark Water added today, 250ml with nutes. Bushy growth showing underneath the topped branches. These will be defoliated at some point, letting them grow a little. Node 4 has grown shoots that shoot straight up and have perpendicular shoots forming. May cut these off if they interfere with my topped branches. 16th October 2019 - 14Light - 10Dark No water needed, still seeing a small dark patch around the stem, indicating moistness. Light flip is going well, adding the extra hour a day. 17th October 2019 - 13Light - 11Dark 250ml with nutes added today, looking a bit dry as i didn't give any water yesterday, growth is really looking good now, little shoots are sprouting where you get perpendicular growth. Gorilla looking the most spaced out over the three, Choc mint and Alien OG are a tad bushier but nothing to worry about. 18th October 2019 - 12Light - 12Dark Last day of the light flip, 10:30am lights off and 10:30pm lights on. No water, just some light training, using flower wire to hold the branches down. The topped part is going to be known as A & B. So both A & B have 6 shoots per branch plus the main end cola, so 7 in total. 19th October 2019 - 12Hours Darkness, lights been flipped for flowering 250ml water added with nutes, these will change from next week. Changed dehumidifier settings to regulate at around 55%RH. Cleaned the grow tent, if you get a chance, do this regularly, it is amazing tower in a clean workspace... Need some help getting rid of some insects that keep pestering my babies, need a toad in there with them 😼 On to Week 10.....

Just left them alone today, everything seems to be fine for today 👌 21st October 2019 250ml plain water, no nutes for today, more concerned about nutrient burn. Some light LST'ing, nothing major, need to defoliate them soon as they are getting a little bushy. Small pre-flowering shoots starting to come through and are fighting for light space. 22nd October 2019 Nothing added today, plan to defoliate tomorrow so will let them rest for today. No water, no nutes, just some healthy growth (hopefully) 23rd October 2019 Massive defoliation on only ALIEN OG. Need time to do them properly: - cleaned the whole branch from node 3 (both sides) - cleaned the whole branch for node 4 (both sides) - left 8 perpendicular shoots on the topped branches, 8 + 1 main cola = 9 bud sites I will try explain it more as i go along, testing it on AOG first and then i will move on to GG and CMOG. First time doing this, compared to my previous grow it looks a lot neater. 24th October 2019 300ml of RO water added with 0.5ml/L CalMag, 2.5ml/L TerraGrow and 3ml/L TerraBloom. Major Defoliation for both GG and CMOG. GG has most spacious grow, it has a far reach on most of the branches and about 5cm between sprouting nodes CMOG is the complete opposite, a much tighter grow and it seems it is focussing on pre flowering and budding sites in a smaller area. AOG i would call the in between, not as spacious as GG but not as crowded as CMOG. They all got a nice heavy trim and LST'ing, helping to increase airflow. Trimmed away any bud sites that are lower down on branches coming from nodes 3 and 4. Node 5 is the topped node. I plan on leaving them for a few days to recover and grow, then i will LST again when they they have given me another 5cm of growth, probably won't be long as this stage we could see a rapid growth spurt. I am still giving a tapered down dose of TerraGrow and a maximum of TerraBloom. 25th October 2019 They have been through a lot this week, so plan to leave them for today, no water, no training, no cutting.... ...just some well deserve rest for both me and my babies... 26th October 2019 Left them again, just gave them 300ml water with 0.5ml/L CalMag. GG has continued to grow taking up more space than the other two. AOG and CMOG are a more tighter grow, all showing their flowering leaves now, with that very light green at the centre of each bud sight. On to Week 11.....

Week 11 - Bulking and a little Training 300ml RO water with 2.5ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM, 0.5ml/L Shogun CalMag and 0.125g/L of TonoBud (0-49-32). Training plants and flowering sites to take advantage of light and fans for airflow. 27th October 2019 Guys, what can I say..... 😩 I woke up this morning and it was 9C in my tent! Thermal Cutout turned all my equipment off and out of sync due to the timers not moving. Have no idea what happened, but i have sorted it out this morning. Done some research and the best thing to do is to get it back on its schedule, so last night they had no light pretty much, maybe just a couple of hours before it turned off. Very cold pretty much all night due to no heater turning on. They look OK but will keep a very close eye on them. Dammit! Will keep the growmunity informed... Will give them the new water regime today, excited about using the Tonobud. Using 1/4 of the recommended amount this week, will increase it to 1/2 next week and week after. No more TerraGrow, just bloom and some bud builder. Will keep you guys informed 😎 28th October 2019 No water today, gave it a good nutritious amount of RO water yesterday. Did some pruning, on all 3, you can really see the difference between GG and the other 2 (AOG & CMOG). Very lanky grow with more space between shoots. No issues to report. Having a lot more fun with this grow than my previous one 👊 Taken a pic with and without grow light. Looking OK considering yesterdays fiasco 😺 29th October 2019 300ml RO water added with 2.5ml/L Bloom with 0.5ml/L CalMag and 0.125g/L of TonoBud. Looks like they have done well overnight, good growth and direction on trained shoots. The plan is to use bamboo to strengthen the nodes carrying the budding sites. Small amount of defoliating where necessary. Nothing too exciting guys 😌 30th October 2019 300ml RO water added with 2.5ml/L Bloom with 0.5ml/L CalMag and 0.125g/L of TonoBud. Small amount of LST, nothing major. trying to keep them on the same height level to SCROG, first time trying this so need as much practice and experience possible. Pictures show the growth day to day. GG looks the most lengthy and spacious whilst AOG and CMOG are a more tighter bushier grow. 31st October 2019 - Halloweed 👻 300ml RO water added with only 0.5ml/L CalMag. NO NUTES. Nute free water today, just to give them a break. Did some more LST'ing but need to stop soon. The stretch is starting pretty much, probably more next week. So i want to strengthen them with bamboo during this time ready for them to bulk up with bud. This time last grow, i was very "relaxed" when it came to the stretch. Shoots ended up growing into itself, squashing bud sites, not allowing a good amount of airflow and was soon too difficult to train. I reacted to the mess that i had created and made it even more messy, had them balancing on wire to keep bud sites from bending into other sites. This time i will have it on lock down....hopefully.... 😅 1st November 2019 300ml RO water, NO NUTES, just CalMag, rest day today. Not much to do, just keeping an eye on how they are growing, AOG and CMOG have a bushier, tighter growth, whereas GG is a more lanky spacious grow. Much easier to grow GG compared to the other 2. 2nd November 2019 No water today, a proper rest day. Letting them dry out a little, nothing is needed today. Rest day for all.... ....on to Week 12...

Week 12 - Bulking and a little Training 350ml RO water with 2ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM, 0.5ml/L Shogun CalMag and 0.25g/L of TonoBud (0-49-32). Focussing on where and how plants will support themselves with bud growth. Training plants and flowering sites to take advantage of light and fans for airflow. 3rd November 2019 333ml RO water with 2ml/L of Bloom, 0.5ml/L CalMag and 0.25g/L of TonoBud added. I did some light training again, just have to keep them at the same level and allow a good amount of light through. You can really see where the light is penetrating and areas that may need a bit more help. I think i will turn them around at some point this week, to give the opposite sides a different level of light...? not sure but will keep an eye on this. 4th November 2019 NO water added today, break day, let them have a day to dry out a little. I have noticed the pistils are now coming through. I will take a more close up picture soon when they have had a bit more development time. 5th November 2019 333ml RO water with 2ml/L of Bloom, 0.5ml/L CalMag and 0.25g/L of TonoBud added. This TonoBud does seem to be making a difference, It feels like they are a week or two ahead of my previous grow. I aim to have them ready to hold buds toward the end of November. But mother nature may have other plans... 6th November 2019 333ml RO water with 2ml/L of Bloom, 0.5ml/L CalMag and 0.25g/L of TonoBud added. Did a little light defoliation, was in need of a small trim, was getting bushy in areas. Looks a little neater but concerned with cutting too much off. Looks good and pistils are coming through. Bud sites look strong. When i cut some leaves, a light scent is coming through of what is to come. Smells gorrgeousss.... 👊 AOG has a strong stem and strong branches as well, GG is a bit weaker but easier to look after. CMOG is proving to be a challenge but a rewarding challenge (i hope) 👽 7th November 2019 500ml RO water given, no nutrients! I noticed that the soil was starting to recede and there were a lot of gaps. Needed topping up. Added more soil, probably 3L per airpot with 10ml/L of Ecothrive Charge. The water was just to moisten it a little, no water will be added tomorrow to allow it to dry out a bit and give them a rest. Got them ready for the weekend, added some bamboo for strengthening when needed. GG is the most enjoyable to grow so far as it is still at the flexible stage so good for training and very spacious between nodes so i can see clearly where growth is coming from. 8th November 2019 Rest Day! No water, no nutes, no probs... I was gifted a 250x 2.0MP microscope! Busy playing with new toys... 😈 I will add photos of some more detailed shots, any details about camera or pictures feel free to ask. 9th November 2019 No water again today, noticed moistness in the soil around the stem so no need today. Still playing around with my microscope! Get one! You definitely need it for change in trichomes colours, or just looking closely at any changes in colour, pistil size etc.... Great bit of kit.... xmas is coming up guys, ask Santa real nicely (or your family in my case 🙏) On to Week 13.....

Week 13 - Bulking and a little Training, maybe a tiny trim... 350ml RO water with 2ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM, 0.5ml/L Shogun CalMag and 0.25g/L of TonoBud (0-49-32). Focussing on where and how plants will support themselves with bud growth. Training plants and flowering sites to take advantage of light and fans for airflow. 10th November 2019 - Day 85 Had a break the last few days, watered today as they were looking a tad dry. 333ml RO water with 2ml/L of Bloom, 0.5ml/L CalMag and 0.25g/L of TonoBud added. A little training today to make use of the light, not a huge amount i can do as the branches are getting quite strong and don't really listen to me anymore. But i can do a tiny amount of movement but not a lot, I found that i was damaging a few bud sites when trying to train, my frustration got the better of me so i thought it best to stop 😅 11th November 2019 - Day 86 No water needed today, soil is still moist. I have updated my planned pictures of all 3 plants, shows what the plan is regarding the topped branches. Blue is topped branches (goes both left and right from centre) - 5th node from bottom (not inc cotyledons) Green is Node 4 growing perpendicular to the topped branch. Only holding bud sites towards the end of the branch Purple is Node 3 growing almost diagonally (picture is a bit dramatic 👽 for demonstration purposes). Has bud sites at the end of the branch, like Node 4. Orange Dots are potential bud sites that are currently present. I plan to update this to show more of what's actually going on, I appreciate pictures don't represent what is actually happening ✊ but may help some growers 12th November 2019 - Day 87 333ml RO water with 2ml/L of Bloom, 0.5ml/L CalMag and 0.25g/L of TonoBud added. PH = 6.76 A little more training today, really starting to see the space between each shoot. Gorilla is the easiest, if anyone is looking to start with something a bit less challenging with a good return, Gorilla Glue #4 is the one for you. If you are looking for a more challenging and rewarding grow, Choc Mint OG is for you. Somewhere between these two, you will find Alien OG, a little more flexible for training than CMOG but a tighter more sturdier grow than GG. Real interesting seeing differences between strains Pistils are looking good, a little glint from a few THC crystals surrounding each budsite, but very limited right now. Touching the leaves a bit leaves a gorgeous smell from both Alien OG and CMOG. GG is so well behaved i haven't had need to touch it so therefore haven't had a good sniff yet 👺 Im sure it will be sensational! 13th November 2019 - Day 88 333ml RO water with 2ml/L of Bloom, 0.5ml/L CalMag and 0.25g/L of TonoBud added. PH = 6.60 Looking good, smell is coming through a lot more and the bud sites look a lot bigger than my last grow. I made a few notes on grow 1 and during the 3rd week of flowering (around this time last grow) I noticed that the pistils began turning orange/brown at the tips. The research I did explained that it could be due to a few things, pollination, plant stress, weather conditions, etc. I also made a note that this time last grow, we experienced the extraordinary heatwave where temps went up to 40C in my tent. So it seems that the whole process is going better. Not a single sign of brown tip on any pistil on all 3 plants 💩 Great smell coming from them as well which i did not notice around this time. could have been due to the heatwave burning any terpenes...? 14th November 2019 - Day 89 No water needed today, will let them have a day off. Still a small moist patch around the main stem. Did a little more training, trying to keep them on the same level so the light penetration is similar for all 3 plants. GG is looking real good and CMOG is coming along nicely as well, getting a bit longer and really glistening around bud sites. Noticed something interesting from my previous grow, thought i would share. So i Veg'd Grow 1 for 10 weeks, flipped the lights over Week 11, then began the flowering stage which ran from Week 12 until mid week 25. After 2.5 weeks during the flowering phase, I noticed the pistil tips on Bruce Banner were turning brown followed by critical a week later. I searched what this could be because of and after some research I found a few reasons, nutrient burn, stressed due to temp change (in this case too hot), pollination, insect damage, water PH not correct etc. I am now 3.5 weeks into flowering for this grow, a week ahead of where I noticed the burnt tips in my previous grow, and currently there are no burn tips. Main lesson, if the tips of your pistils begin browning at this early stage, it may be due to any reason. Double check your grow room, make sure there is no leak of light, heat and make sure air is removed and replaced and maybe get some insect repellent 😹 15th November 2019 333ml RO water with 0.5ml/L CalMag. PH = 7.35 A small amount of training, managed to control CMOG and GG, AOG is proving to be a little difficult to tame (stems are thick and strong, when i try pull them down, they spring back up only growing taller rather than the more lateral grow i was aiming for). Not a problem, still got the other two to work on, let AOG just do what it wants. Budsites are looking really frosty with crystals and a lot bigger than previous grow. 16th November 2019 No water given today, noticed there was still some moisture a couple of mm below the surface soil. A little training but its rest day today. The next few weeks will be interesting as buds are meant to form animi anxious to see what a normal grow is meant to be like 😈 On to Week 14.....

Week 14 - Adding Support and increasing Air Flow and Light Coverage 350ml RO water with 2ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM & 0.5ml/L Shogun CalMag. Focussing on plants general health and continue with supporting branches (using bamboo). Training plants and flowering sites to take advantage of light and fans for airflow. 17th November 2019 - Day 92 350ml RO water with 2ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM & 0.5ml/L Shogun CalMag. PH = 6.87 Noticed that middle leaves on GG are starting to turn a slight yellow and a little brittle. I have done some reading and it claims it could be due to a moisture issue, either too much or too little water. I also read that it could be a deficiency of iron, which can be supplemented with a little more CalMag (as it also contains iron). Other areas to keep an eye on is the PH which should be between 6 - 6.5. (feel free to add any of your own experiences/learnings) Will keep an eye as it started from the middle of GG, I am assuming this is the first leaves that would feel any deficiencies so may be an idea to keep an eye on this area guys! AOG and CMOG are doing fine, no noticeable issues that I can see.... for now... 18th November 2019 - Day 93 No water today, letting them dry due to the yellowing leaves noticed on GG. AOG and CMOG are doing fine, AOG is very strong and sturdy. Not really worried for the coming weeks regarding buds being top heavy (as was my previous grow). Due to the cold (outside temps are barely reaching double figures during the day and minus at night), i have changed the extraction fan to: 15mins every 2 hours during night (10am - 10pm) 15mins every 4 hours during day (10pm - 10am) Reason for this is to help lower the temp slightly more during its "night" time compared to the "day" time. Before i had it on 15 mins every hour, but this drop in temp during the 15minutes the fan is on proves too much to recover from. I find the temp drops to < 15C and takes a long time to get back up before the fan turns on again! So giving it more time to stay warm before the warm air is refreshed. I plan to assess this as i have no idea how much "fresh air" is needed 😓 19th November 2019 - Day 94 - Average - 18C : 50%RH No water given again, aiming to dry out the soil as i have noticed some yellowing leaves. Soil is still slightly moist about an inch deep. Great growth, a lot of frost around the bud sites. GG is still a bit yellow in the middle regarding leaves, leaving a little cause for concern. It is still a little cold, plan to increase the thermostat setting. 20th November 2019 - Day 95 - Average :- 22C : 48%RH 350ml RO water with 2ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM & *1ml/L* Shogun CalMag Changed the thermostat setting to 25C and a heating difference of 3C, this is to keep the heat high enough to battle this cold, may need to insulate the whole tent to retain more heat as it is is going to get a lot colder. Changed Dehumidifier setting to regulate at 45% from 50%, my meters claim that it is below 50% so no issues here really. Due to no water for the past two days, GG is wilting. I am guessing that because i am using RO water, i assume that the yellowing issue is due to a lack of iron. I have doubled the amount of CalMag from 0.5ml/L to 1ml/L and will continue this if the yellowing eases up. Maybe watering was fine, will wait a few days and see how this goes. 21st November 2019 - Day 96 - Average :- 22C : 48%RH No water needed today, still a bit moist under the surface soil. REALLY frosty around CMOG, the next frosty is AOG and GG is a close third. Looks like little crystal-like snowflakes. Amazing change over the past few days. I can see some buds just under the pistils, not swollen that much yet but should be bulk up over a period of time. 22nd November 2019 - Day 97 - Average :- 24.7C : 52.6%RH 350ml RO water with *1ml/L* Shogun CalMag (due to the yellowing leaves on GG, assuming it is an iron deficiency) Looking really good, frosty bud sites, slightly dropping leaves on GG again, I am guessing this is because of the recent lack of water. Temp setting has finally been sorted, it now averages at 22C, with a low of 18C and a high of 26C, this coincides with what i have read so i am confident that the thermostat is doing its job regardless of the cold outside. There really isn't much to do right now, need to keep an eye for deficiencies, supporting branches/budsites, checking on temp and RH, PH, trichome growth etc. Fun will start in a few days i hope 👌 23rd November 2019 - Day 98 - Average :- 24.7C : 51.6%RH No water needed today, tbh i kinda woke up late and missed the feed before the lights turned off 😫 no biggie Started to notice some brown pistils emerging, it doesn't look like all pistils are changing, but a select few amidst the white ones, which gives it a two tone look. Weeks 4 - 5 is when pistils should start changing colour so i feel like they are on track. This is all new to me since i messed up the first grow. It began turning brown (looked like they were drying up which produced the browning) at jus 2 and half weeks! Temp seems a little high, will check and change maybe sometime next week 😼 On to Week 15.....

Week 15 - Major Support for flowering bud sites, daily checks on leaves. 400ml RO water with 1.5ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM & 1ml/L Shogun CalMag. Focussing on plants general health and continue with supporting branches (using bamboo). Training plants and flowering sites to take advantage of light and fans for airflow 24th November 2019 - Day 99 - Average :- 24.7C : 51.6%RH 400ml RO water with 1.5ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM & 1ml/L Shogun CalMag. PH = 7.05 No real issues to report, just marvelling at the change of colour regarding pistils. CMOG is a beast, with a medium size of buds but the frostiness is amazing, trichomes shine like mini diamonds 🙀 AOG is next, only because of the colour changing pistils and size of bud. Regarding the frostiness, it comes in a close second to CMOG. GG is the biggest in buds size but i haven't noticed as much frostiness as the other two. Really excited now, only 4 weeks left. Should be ready for harvest around xmas, so i got loads to look forward to! 👹 25th November 2019 - Day 100 :- 24.8C : 52.7%RH No water today, may have to adjust this as i have noticed that GG is very reactive to water, drooping its leaves when i have missed a day. CMOG and AOG are a bit more resilient, from what i have seen/noticed, GG needs a little more light and little more attention regarding moisture levels. GG responds very quickly to changes in its environment. Very interesting to see how different they react to different conditions. 26th November 2019 - Day 101 :- 25.2C :52.4%RH 400ml RO water with 1.5ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM & 1ml/L Shogun CalMag. PH = 6.87 Temp has been a bit on the high side since i changed it a couple weeks ago. Dropped the thermostat to regulate at 24C. No other issues to report. Noticed some markings on some leaves on AOG, i will do some research and update tomorrow on what it could signify. Also plan to start the new seeds this week as well, seeing as we are coming to the end of this grow. Cant be waiting for my next batch.....😸 27th November 2019 - Day 102 :- 24.4C : 52.4%RH 400ml RO water with 1.5ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM & 1ml/L Shogun CalMag. PH = 6.82 All looking really good. more brown pistils are visible. Not much change from yesterday. Just making sure they have a full support system and the environment stays pretty stable. Getting the background stuff ready, eg hooks for drying and organising curing jars etc. Hard work behind the scenes makes the dream come true 😜 New grow starting this Friday, GR3 strains include : Gorilla Glue #4 (again✊) Chem Dawg and Blue Gelato. 28th November 2019 - Day 103 No water, no change really. Got some real nice oranges coming through regarding the pistils, a real slow transition but progressing in the right direction. Got 3 weeks coming up, so will start the next grow from tomorrow. Planning for that so and this grow is more of a waiting game now. Will start the next grow very soon 😼 29th November 2019 - Day 104 - 22.4C & 51.7%RH 400ml RO water with 1ml/L Shogun CalMag. PH = 7.38 No nutrients today, just CalMag due to the previous yellowing leaves. All coming along very nicely now. I am a little worried, you check out all the photos online and they show some monssterrrr grows, mine seem very basic compared. Not sure how to grow 6" nuggets and 100 shoots per plant! Any tips will be helpful, i plan to add 0.6mm perlite to the soil on the next grow, maybe this could increase root growth and consequently a faster, buddier grow. Germinating new seeds today (using paper towel method). Chosen strains are: Chemdawg, Gorilla Glue, Blue Gelato 41 and a couple of Bruce Banner seeds. The reason for the extra BB seeds is that during my first grow, the weather was intense, reaching 40C on one day and >30C for over 2 weeks. This stressed and hermied my BB which resulted in seeds....25+ seeds..... So i am just experimenting with these, if they work, great, if not..... then no harm done. I will document what i plan to do, maybe increase in nutes and see how they react. not sure yet.Anything you want to see me test? let me know... 30th November 2019 - Day 105 :- Average - TBC 400ml RO water with 1.5ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM & 1ml/L Shogun CalMag. PH = 7.04 Had a look at my thermostat and I did some reading. What i have learned is it may be beneficial to lower the night time temp, in comparison to the day time temp. So i plan to have a temp difference of about 5C between day and night. Averaging 24C during its day time (10pm - 10am) Averaging 19C during its night time (10am - 10pm) This along with a 48 Hour period of darkness and no water before harvesting. Will keep you updated on how this works out. I have read that this method brings out the aromas and colours during harvest, as well as removing any extra nutrients from the soil/plant and remove the chemical taste from the buds. On to Week 16.....

Keeping an eye on temps as it's getting colder outside. GG has begun yellowing again, leaves that are closes the the main stem. Really not sure what this is because of. Been adding a 0.5ml/L extra CalMag to counter this but not sure if this is the issue. Doesn't look like its spreading too fast, maybe just coming to the end of its life and its starting to yellow....? 2nd December 2019 - Day 107 - Average : 20.5C & 50.42%RH 400ml RO water with 1.5ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM, 1ml/L Shogun CalMag & 0.125g/L FoxFarm Cha Ching. Not much else to report, got an issue with Fungus knats, bloody annoying things, happens when the topsoil is moist 😖 Will leave it to dry out for a few days and hopefully should kill the knats! 3rd December 2019 - Day 108 - Average :- 19.3C & 53%RH No water today, really looking strong. I am surprised that i have not needed to add any support up till now. Plan to have them done in 2 and half weeks (if mother nature plays ball). Not much change today, just making them as comfortable as i can towards the end of their lives. They will not die in vain..... 4th December 2019 - Day 109 - Average :- 19.3C & 45.6%RH No water again, giving them a little break before the end. Also trying to keep the topsoil free from moisture to prevent fungus knots from ruining the crop. Confession time, was doing some "light" training and i split AOG down the middle where i have topped it. It tore about an inch but i mended it with some string 😅 I think it will be fine, maybe will slow down growth due to the stress but i will let you know how it goes... 5th December 2019 - Day 110 - Average :- 21.8C & 55.7%RH 450ml RO water with 1.5ml/L of Shogun Terra BLOOM, 1ml/L Shogun CalMag & 0.125g/L FoxFarm Cha Ching (9-50-10). Keeping a close eye on AOG, seems to be doing OK, no drooping or stress developing leaves. Looks OK 🙏 Nice bug buds are developing, looking real healthy. Pistils are browning nicely, still some white hairs poking through, coming up to 50% brown which is almost ready. 6th December 2019 - Day 111 - Average :- 21.89C & 53.9%RH No water again, these fungus knats are very annoying. I am worried that i am going to get spider mites so i have been checking constantly, nothing yet but will keep on checking. I know what i want for each bud site regarding weight, i probably am being a bit ambitious so i won't share on here in case i get cussed down, but i will share when i get the final weights 👌 7th December 2019 - Day 112 - Average :- 22.1C & 53.3%RH Again no water, just a good rest. Temperature has been constant, Humidity maybe a little higher than i would like, maybe will lower it come next week. AOG is looking ok since the split down the middle, was very worried about this but it seems like its doing fine. Had to happen a couple weeks before the end right! Guys just make sure you don't over train and be gentle, i admit that i have a heavy hand and i am not the most delicate when it comes to using my hands. But i try and its a good way to build patience and the more time you put in to something, the better the result. On to Week 17.....

Week 17 - Major Support for flowering bud sites, daily checks on leaves. 500ml RO water with 1ml/L Shogun CalMag & 0.25g/L FoxFarm Cha Ching (9-50-10). Focussing on plants general health and continue with supporting branches (using bamboo). Defoliating and implementing methods to increase overall yield. 8th December 2019 - Day 113 - Average :- 21.63C & 54.92%RH 500ml RO water with 1ml/L Shogun CalMag. PH = 7.37. As i haven't added water the past two days they looked a little droopy. Usually sorts itself out after i water it. More concerned about leaving the soil too moist. No other nutrients, giving them a little break today. Need to slow down the nutrients as it is coming towards the end! AOG still looking strong after the "incident" (split down the middle last week). All looking really healthy and strong. Buds are thickening up, Seed information says that GG will be ready from this Saturday! Early xmas treat although i guess i have to check the pistils and trichomes to see if they are truly ready. Will update you guys 9th December 2019 - Day 114 - Average :- 20.64C & 47.71%RH No water today, looking all good. Changed the dehumidifier to 40% coming to the last couple of weeks. There is a rich smell coming from my tent now, so i have increased the extractor fan to 15mins every 2 hours over 24 hour period. So it turns on 12 times a day, 15 mins each time. Total time is 4 hours/24hours. This may lower the overall temperature so i will keep an eye on how this effects this grow and future grows. 10th December 2019 - Day 115 - Average :- 21.49C & 44.95%RH No water again today, worrying that I may be drying them out a little but they seem to be fine and not wilting. Will worry if they show signs of drying out too much. Checking on them multiple times during the day. GG could be ready from Saturday onwards, so not long left at all! Really looking forward to this harvest. AOG still going strong from its minor fracture, CMOG still going strong. Feel like ages but we are nearly there.... 11th December 2019 - Day 116 - Average :- 21.16C & 44.46%RH 500ml RO water with 1ml/L Shogun CalMag & 0.25g/L FoxFarm Cha Ching (9-50-10). PH = 6.88 Noticed some drooping again, some bulking but not much. Looking like they are almost done, pistils are a good 50% brown. Very soon till harvest time! GG only has a few days left until the advised harvest window. So looking like its on target. May start flushing GG sooner than the others. 12th December 2019 - Day 117 - Average :- 21.55C & 45.71% Nothing to do today, spent ten minutes max with them today. Don't need water, looks like they are coming to their end dates. just need to make note of the trichomes and then its ready for harvest! Cant wait! Changed the thermostat to make it a little warmer during its night. Was set at 19C with a heating and cooling difference of 3C. I changed it to 20C (same heating and cooling difference of 3C). This was just to make sure they don't get too cold during the colder days. 13th December 2019 - Day 118 - Average :- 21.74C & 44.14% 500ml RO water with 1ml/L Shogun CalMag & 0.25g/L FoxFarm Cha Ching (9-50-10). PH = 6.85 Felt like it needed it , looked a little droopy regarding leaves, so i added water. Had a closer look at CMOG and it looks ready. I can see a few amber trichomes and the colour of pistils are orange and starting to go brown. Even the leaves are darkening compared to the other two, giving it a slight purple hue under a microscope. The other two, GG & AOG, most likely need a little more time. AOG is extremely green in normal light, very buddy, just hoping that has a good weight to it. May have to look into flushing and harvesting soon!!!! 14th December 2019 - Day 119 - Average :- 22.04C & 46.05% No water today, getting closer to the end! I have planned in a time for a flush and a few days of darkness, so the planned harvest date is 21st December 2019! Will plan to flush them, i haven't added too many nutrients so not going to flush for too long. Then will attempt to give a couple of days of darkness and no water to induce panic growth/bulking. Will let you know how this gets on.... On to Week 18.....!!!!! ✊

Week 18 - HARVEST WEEK!!! Flush and 2 days of darkness and no water 15th December 2019 - Day 120 - Average :- 22.17C & 42.5%RH 500ml of RO water, no nutes this week. PH - 7.37. Beginning a period of flushing. It may not be as long as i would have liked (1 - 2 weeks), but i don't think i have the time for this and i am cautious to harvest too late. So will flush whenever they need water and then by Thursday i will stop, giving them 2 days of darkness and no water. I have read this helps boost production of trichomes as the plant panics as it thinks its period to fertilise has passed (due to no light and water). I will test this and give the results. 16th December 2019 - Day 121 - Average :- 22.46C & 47.71%RH 500ml RO water added in the evening. PH = 7.52 Looks a little moist still and i don't want to overwater, so i let it rest during the day and watered in the evening. Removed all yellowing leaves as they were not adding any benefit to the plant. Hopefully this will increase flow of air and not waste energy on yellowing leaves. 17th December 2019 - Day 122 - Average :- 21.72C & 42.77%RH Easy day today, been prepping for the big day. No water today. no defoliation, no supporting. Just waiting...... and waiting.... 18th December 2019 - Day 123 - Average :- N/A 500ml of RO water added, PH = 7.52. This will be the last water they receive! Tonight will be the final night of 12 Hours light, this is the final stretch, the final hurdle, the endgame, the close, the conclusion, the summit, the pinnacle moment, the homestretch, the final conclusion to this tale of green growing goodness. Its been a journey and a learning curve, i hope you guys found it as interesting and enjoyable as i have. Thanks for all your views and support 👌 19th December 2019 - Day 124 - Average :- 22.13C & 42.1%RH --- DARKNESS BEGINS + NO WATER --- Lights have been turned off! So the lights were on from 10pm (yesterday) to 10am today. From 10am, when the lights turn off on their own, they will be permanently switched off to put my babies in pitch black darkness for 1 - 3 days (that's what's recommended, but i plan to do 48 - 56 Hours. No water from today either, let them dry out a little and increase terpene and trichome content. 20th December 2019 - Day 125 - PENULTIMATE DAY - Average :- N/A 24H DARKNESS + NO WATER HARVEST DAY!!! 21st December 2019 - Day 126 - Average :- N/A 48 HOURS DARKNESS + NO WATER

Guys!!! Time for the rundown!!! I cut them all down, took individual shoots off the main stem and labelled each one. You can see how I labelled each shoot which comes from each node (as best i can). Example: 5E.N2 = 5 - Top node (node 5) E - East shoot (as it was topped i have an East and West Shoot from Node 5) N - Going along Node 5 on the right side (East side), this refers to nodes facing north (as opposed to south facing) 2 - The second Shoot going north on this East shoot. So, this is just to show which shoot i am talking about. Not that important but can be interesting to see/compare what differences are occurring on a daily basis. In the last picture, named Fluxing Diagram, i have attempted to show the different nodes (and directions) using different colours. Blue = Node 5 (Goes East and West). Perpendicular Blue lines are Shoots coming off Node 5E or 5W. Green = Node 4 (Goes N and S). No Shoots on this shoots, just buds growing against the Shoot. Purple = Node 3 (Goes NW and SE). As this is Node 3, its a lot lower down the plant, a bit more spindly than Nodes 4 and 5. To be completely honest i was very upset at the amount it produced, not sure if this is average for the size, but it was a lot less than my first grow. They were all hung up after a neat trim of main leaves and a few sugar leaves (leaving some sugar leaves which had a nice covering of trichomes). As this was only my second attempt at growing, i wasn't sure how long a proper dry would take, especially seeing as i have made a lot less than i made on my first grow. Dried for 3 days (72H) This was my first error. Dried for only 3 days is nowhere near enough. After placing "dried buds" in curing jars after 72H, RH was measuring at > 60%, had to let them out and retry them, which messed up my figures. So i have only got weights of buds for the first three days. You can see from the chart (picture above) that the weight drops significantly in the first few days, almost a negative exponential. I should have let them lose weight to about 20%-25% of its original weight, instead i waited until it got to around 32%. Honestly, i was aiming to give myself a nice total weight at the expense of a quicker dry, DO NOT DO THIS! You could potentially risk mould forming as the buds are not fully dry. Luckily I noticed this due to my hygrometers and readily corrected this, either taking big buds out for another 24H dry, or just leaving the lids off the curing jars to increase an exchange of air. Curing Left in jars after Day 3, did have to leave the lids off for the first couple of days as I hadn't dried it properly. After a 4 days of extra dry, i then kept the lids on for 24H with a 15min burping time each day. After a few weeks, i kept the lids on making sure that the RH was between 50%-55%RH and temperature between 20C - 22C (obviously this is difficult but i did my best). Smoke Definatly the best smoke ever. SOOOOOOOOOO SMOOOOOOOOTH! One of the main reasons why i started growing was for a cleaner smoother smoke. This was evident in the first puff (and second...and third.....and.......). I love this strain, it looked the smallest but maintained some dense nugs. Has a clean piney smell, smelling a little like my soil (which i kinda like) just because it comes from the earth, it should have a little nature-like overtones. Like i mentioned previously, it did not produce anywhere near what i wanted, i do think this is because i practiced fluxing before actually understanding what i was doing. Fluxing is a method that, if done correct as it is understood, can provide a feed loop from your roots to your plants leaves which provides a constant loop of nutrients throughout the plant. I believe it makes it a little inefficient if you include more than one node as the loop becomes a bit messy rather than the clean "loop" you would get with just one topped node. But i will experiment with this in future grows. From what i have read, fluxing is also good in a smaller space as it allowed you to control the shoots, but it does require a lot of work and its not easy to maintain in a small area. Can be a bit fiddly with a 1m x 1m space. Maybe i cut too much off? this may be a reason for a lower yield but not sure. Will test this to see how it affects the overall growth in the future.
