2 plants with phyllotaxy 1 plant polyploid once again, since last summer, a fair amount of larvae (0.5mm 1mm) are eating lowers leave. Not found anything yet to get ride of them definitely, anyway infestation use to decrease by itself for some reason later in flowering. I think i finnaly identified thrips so ordered some Spinosad to use next week before it's to late in flowering and in others tents as well.

Lot of Thrips in here this week. Receiving Spinosad this afternoon and will treat roots and leaves before it's to late within the flowering schedule. Spinosad is an organic pesticide that can be used both as a topical spray and at the roots. Spinosad is highly active, by both contact and ingestion, the mode of action of spinosoid insecticides is by a neural mechanism. The spinosyns and spinosoids have a novel mode of action, primarily targeting binding sites on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) of the insect nervous system that are distinct from those at which other insecticides have their activity. Spinosoid binding leads to disruption of acetylcholine neurotransmission. Spinosad also has secondary effects as a γ-amino-butyric acid (GABA) neurotransmitter agonist. It kills insects by hyperexcitation of the insect nervous system.

Flushing with PH-ed water only. Harvested @ 9,5 weeks into flowering. And 9 is prolly enough for most phenotype. Lovely grapefruit smell. One smaller and weaker phenotype (#7) which been overwatered a lot amongst flowering and hermied a little near the end.. Fair amount of frosty trim material for bubblehash or else.

Definitely not deceived by this strain after a long 8 months wait before launching the seeds. Smell's strength is average with noticeable grapefruit and others fruity notes both while flowering and when opening the jar. Taste is real real smooth mostly Sweet and Fruity (with dominant grapefruit, agrumes, berries notes), also with some nutty hint/undertone. High's not too strong as long as you don't chain joint after joint quickly, then you could start to get noticeably hit, great day time, afternoon or evening smoke. Great yielder both for buds and usable trim material for hash or else. I had some nice mutations with this run. Half of the phenotypes produced larger flowers, rich in trichromes and more airy, while the other half produced smaller and compact flowers with leaves slightly less covered in trichromes.

Nice session, SPINOSAD did an awesome job eradicating thrips, not retreated any of my 3 tents since and they not showed back. One plant clearly suffered from overwatering along flowering resulting in slow growth and fact is i was a bit careless about it.

Suerte bro
