This is part of my 1st grow everything along with my phantom Ogs and another bagged seed. This week ran smoothly. We did a little LST. She has outgrown the solo cup quickly. I transplanted her into a 1 gallon fabric pot and plan on letting her outgrow that pot and then transplant her into her final which will be a 3 gal pot. She is growing SO quick its unreal. I have no idea what strain she is or if she will even BE a female but thankfully I was kind to her with fox farm ocean/mother perlite mix(50/50 RATIO) and since this is week 3, she had gave me no issues and ends up being my first female from a bagged regular seed. 6.5 ph balanced water was the only this used. The soil blend has enough nutrients for the plant. Great white was drizzled on top of the roots when transplanted for beneficial bacteria. That's all for this week.

"First grow" unknown strain. She was veggied for 7 weeks and is 1 day from 28 days flowering. What are your opinions based on looks? What could have been done better? Your thoughts? She smells of skunk and looks very nice in person. Buds are beginning to fatten!

She looks good. I would have trained her more. Also give her good chiropractor treatments every 2 weeks in veg. Twisting the branches from the base up,without braking the outside of the stem. Every two inches clockwise then counter clockwise busting up the inside of the stems.👍😨

So we found out she is actually a he/she. Nice kept my environment pretty spot on. This is a bagged seed so it's most likely genetics. Cut the banana off with the bud. Will be watching her. Any advice? Working on finishing her off because she does smell and look tasty. 👌🤤

hi, for sure you should watch her what she does the coming days. If she shows more bananas, take them away. with good luck they are sterile:And the causing of buliding banasnas is different, most time its stress, but as you mentioned it can be genetics too ( its a bagseed isnt it,,, ... so i think her " mother built some sacks or bananas too..... and pollinated herself. But dont worry, even if shes pollinated, the weed will be smokeable. Its no big issue ( in my opinion) its a female plant at all. So watch er and take away the male stuff

i agree its a good decision to go with good genetics, because that way you can exclude problems

I’m still looking to understand the hermie thing. So, the bag seed was a hermie seed for sure? So are stress induced hermie seeds pretty much garbage? Do those type of seeds produce hermie prone genetics? Is that different from making feminized seeds where you spray the plant to induce hermaphroditism? Last question: when you get a hermie, or a banana, is the pollen external to the plant and can be spread? So to confirm: stress induced hermies don’t just induce seeds internally, do they actually produce pollen?

@@BeanswithPork, All these bagged seeds all came from buds. Granted I honestly would know if the bagged seed hermie due to genetics or stress. GRANTED, she hermie before she stretched close to the light. During her vegetative state she had 0 problems so that's why I assume its genetics without fully knowing what her mother was. I wouldnt say they are garbage I just wouldnt use them. I'll have to get clarification on the hermie to femenised seeds/production. That's an experiment for my Colorado move/grow.👽 I'll also ask a good grower of mine her input on the subject! It is quite different from my knowledge the. Spraying them to induce hermaphroditism. When I noticed she was a hermie I saw a banana. They are really easy to spot on bud sites. As the banana continues to thrive on the bud they get closer to breaking open a shooting out bursts of pollen everywhere. As long as you basically dont break the banana everywhere and see pollen spurt out your are fine. I simply remove them with tweezers. During this grow I was doing quite well until my high ass accidentally bursted one open and polleninated some of the buds(not a huge deal). But yes they produce pollen to pollinate themselves. So long story short you could fuck up near the end of flowering and the plant wouldnt have enough time to produce actual seeds. Furthermore/either way she smells delicious and is super frosty. This was an experiment because I really want to understand every aspect of growing! 👍👌 I will find out others opinions about the hermie to femenised seeds however 😁

@mr_h_kovert, the scene is a lovely skunk earthy smell. I really love her not gonna lie. Thankfully this grow will be my only herm since I'll be relying on good genetics only
