*This is actually the first week of Flower (12/12) but I can't seem to change the category. Meh!
Significant updates this week!
- Adding the Humidifier worked wonders. RH is kept in the 55%-65% range which I think drastically helped in the final stages of Veg.
- Topped for the 3rd and final time. 8 Mains are taking form.
- Transferred from 3gal Veg Pot to 10gal Flower Pot 😁 Flower mix consists of equal parts Happy Frog and Ocean Forest (more OF in the bottom layer) In retrospect, I should've added a few cups of Perlite to lighten the mix a bit. No issues thus far!
- Fed the last Kelp Meal Tea after transplanting. Will replace with Gaia Green Power Bloom (heavy on the bat guano, fish meal, bone meal, feather meal, insect frass & humic acid) and Mineralized Phosphate 😜
Oh the joys of growing!
Stay Blessed 🙏👽
@Makavelli, Awesome man! Happy to hear that you were able to resolve the issue. Damn pests. Now, are you growing organically? Only reason I ask is because I've heard conflicts with Hydrogen Peroxide and Beneficial Bacteria why is why I resorted to using the Neem Meal/Oil and DE :) Cheers!
@Calveeno,
Indeed. Just decreased water frequency and sprayed the tops of media/ sides of fabric pots with 3% peroxide. Peroxide is the best Tx..even better than neem!
@Makavelli, Good eyes! My solution was Diatomaceous Earth 👍 and I know for next time to: keep a closer eye on the plants, periodically break water cycle, and introduce Neem Meal. I suppose you've encountered these pests as well in your travels?
