3rd Indoor Crop

Ok so I started these seeds on Sat Oct 19 2019 in the evening time. first let me start off saying that I will be doing mothers first and taking clippings and using them to grow.. trying to save my seeds lol.. so as you seen in some pics I do have 4 strains I'm starting but I will be only posting Oceans Grown Cookies by Dinafem seeds. as of today Monday Oct 21 2019 the seed has popped. I will try out to start growing with T5 lights for now to get them started but I will be growing with Kind Led K5 XL1000 WiFi enabled. I'm not feeding any nutrients at the moment I will start once I see some green

Ok so I started giving min nutrients as of oct 28/2019 so we will see how it goes! Loving this Kind led k5 xl1000 I love how you can fine tune the colours! Wow, so far this crop is moving along good! So it’s been a little tricky but cross my fingers I think I got it.. actually as I was posting right now I double checked ppm and it was high! So I just gave ph water @ 6.0 and watered till the run off was 845 ppm.. correct me if I’m wrong but the way I calculate actual ppm is take away 845 from what my tap water ppm is??? But from the discolouration she is growing! I changed the light pre set from my custom setting to KIND LED preset Vega the light is roughly at 36 maybe 37 inches away from the canopy. Ok this week wasn’t a good week and hopefully next week will be better! So I definitely think I over watered 😞 so I added a heater in the tent and turned it up to dry out the air/soil. I read that adding heat will help. I had notice the new growth once I had the heat on. I also trimmed her up a bit to make her look a little bit better.. Minor set backs is all apart of this journey! Ok so this was all last week sorry for the late post! Had some issues I had to deal with... but these are all pics of last week I did keep track on my own.. so here it goes! Been having a rough week with her, I guess you can say we are feeling each other out... lol so from what I can see is that she doesn’t like hot hot temps and she doesn’t need a whole lot of nutrients.. definitely not what’s recommended... so I think I have worked the kinks out she is looking happier now! Anyone can let me know why my ppm spikes so much on the run off?? I raised my light to 38 inches and I put the preset to full veg. This light no doubt is truly amazing! I can’t wait to fill the tent up and see what it really can do! from what I see this plant can give me a few cuttings.. (not yet but in the up coming weeks) anyways Ye if anyone can let me know why the ppm run off is so high but ph stays in good range.. I’m new to testing ppm any advice will help

ok so what a good week I think I had this week.. so the og cookie plant has come around and I think has shown a lot of growth! Ive been looking and im really hoping in a week or two ill have some clippings started. I have also notice that the FMIING/topping has worked and the shoot offs are growing. ive made sure on the days that I don't use nutrients I make sure the run off ppm is around 700-750 and I've seen a change. this is I think why I like growing because its not as simple as people think, but its fun and I find im always reading and learning. oh yea I also forgot to mention so as I was reading I also started to read about LED and their colours. so I have lowered my micros (whites) and my blues and kept my reds where kind led has it set for their full veg preset. well I originally raised the reds but I did reading and figured I lower the blues and whites... it was so easy to create my own preset on the new Kind Led K5 wifi Xl1000 I Made a video on instagram on how to do it.. but im going to make a new one showing how what I did.. go check it out to see how amazing this led is! @familytrees19

ok big week!!! so I have FINALLY have her in a happy state!! i removed some fans I had blowing on top hot the canopy. I actually moved the fans yesterday (dec 5/19) and she has made a huge change! I also fed her half the nutrients of what was recommended. I don't know if you noticed but I did have a issue with nitrogen but I fixed that with some reading as well that how I figured out that it was too much fan blowing on the plant so I moved it to the root zone area and moved the two other fans higher above the canopy. now you can see she is loving this kind led k5 wifi xl1000!! and so am!! if she keep progressing im hoping in a week I will be posting about the status of her clones... cause thats when I will fill this tent up with all ocean grown cookies!!!

So what a week this week!! Week 8 and I cloned this beauty of a strain!! So my plan is now to wait till these clones are rooted and put them in my kind k5 Wi-Fi xl1000 led tent and keep them in there for about a week and top them wait a week than flip them all even the mother! I’m hoping 6 plants will fill my 5x5 up and I have a see of green happening... this is going to be a long veg stage lol... but hopefully it will pay off! First and for most let me say merry christmas and happy new!! My best wishes to everyone here! So week nine was a blast! So as you can see all my clones took! (even the strains I’m not posting in this journal) 5 ocean grown cookies clipped and now rooted! They been under the kind led k5 Wi-Fi xl1000 I have them in with the mother for now. I’m debating on to flower the mother as well or put her aside and clip when I need... anyways over all this week has been a great week! So let the fun begin, the plan is to let these babies grow one more week top them let them recover than flip them into flower! Then time to put this so far beautiful led to the test!

Ok so I have transplanted all these babies in their forever home! (Dec 30th) So this is a first that I have, A) put clones straight into a 5 gallon pot. B) use cloth pots. So we will see how it goes! They so far seem to be happy no sign of stress yet! They seem sad in my pics but these pics were taken in the dark. As you can see I been messing around with a auto drip system for all my other grow tents plus this one. It’s not up and running I still need to test it out and what not, I will definitely keep updates! So now this is when the fun begins! I will be flipping this tent in a few weeks and we will all see how beautiful and powerful this kind led k5 Wi-Fi xl1000 is! Oh Ye so I been using lotus nutrients made by grow strong industries same people that makes kind led and gorilla grow tent. I gotta be honest this strain has been making me learn and learn and learn.... lol so I am In the process of choosing the right light setting for them, i have lowered the red setting on my kind k5 wifi xl1000 and they are doing way better! I think I’m gonna keep messing with the reds more to get it perfect! This is why this light is amazing cause every plant/strain is different and reacts to each colour differently, and to have a light that is capable to change the intensity is just amazing! My auto feed is on pause right now I need some parts. I’m using Lotus nutrients it’s A one part grow/bloom/boost, it makes feeding easy. Only feeding half of recommended

Another good week again! So I’ve upped the nutrients from Half a teaspoon per gallon to 1 teaspoon per gallon. I also have increased the reds to 40% and the blues and whites are still at 100%. As you can see in the pictures it seems like the plants are taking to the changes really well. I was planning to flip them but I think I may just hold off another week or two.

GREAT WEEK!! So I have upped the nutrients so now I been giving 1 1/8 teaspoon of the water soluble grow powder from lotus nutrients, and they look amazing! I also have changed the reds on my kind led k5 wifi xl1000 to now they are at 50% from 40% so far they are loving it! Now the mother is still showing stress signs. So I posted a video here as well as Instagram (@familytrees19) of my attempt at making my own automated feed. I got some tweets to do but so far looking great! So this week was great good growth and smelling nice!! I am most likely gonna flip these babies Monday or Tuesday. I can’t wait to see this light in action with flowering!! Oh Ye I had a quick power outage this Morning I had to redo all my timers and check to make sure they turned on at the proper time, all my tents but this one! This one has the AMAZING kind led k5 Wi-Fi xl1000 it went right back to schedule! I checked and it was like nothing happened! What a great light really plug in set it up and that’s it! Anyways hopefully next week I’ll have a video of my automated feed in 💯 working

What a crap week!! So you can see they are yellowing for to lack of nutes... I been messing with the auto watering and overwatered these babies! I’ll be posting in a few days to show you how they have turned out! I have cancelled the auto water for now. I will stick to hand feed. I put them into flower too and this issue came up I’m so upset!

So definitely really crappy times! After massive reading and now definitely ruling out over heated and overwatering root rot looks Like my issue... so I have flushed these babies with enzymes Komplete and raised my beautiful kind led k5 Wi-Fi xl1000 light to min the heat as well added mor fans on the lower end of the tent to give the roots more air! Ok so I’ve flushed these with enzymes and now just getting the soil to dry out... I have some kind of confidence that I will fix this issue. But it’s just stressful and depressing that this is happening. I guess having these issues come up helps me in the future

It was a positive week this week! After drying the soil out and watering it with root clean by Dutch nutrients seems like the plants are doing ok! They are showing rapid bud growth in a few days and all plants seem to be happy no more droopiness anymore! I fed them today so let’s see how they react! I also added cal mag cause they are looking like they need some.. let’s see next week how the have grown!! Great progress I’m having now!! Trichomes are showing bud growth is happening everything is coming together!! So I’m now feeding full strength nutrients, as well I’m adding Dutch nutrients aqua shine. And now I’m also giving run off. Lotus nutrients makes feeding easy with with one part! These kind led lights are definitely worth every penny! I’m running the K5 wifi xl1000 as well as 2 x80 flower bar lights. This was a easy week nothing has gone wrong the are taking to lotus nutrients really well! The trichomes are everywhere! The lights are crushing it! I got the kind led k5 xl1000 wifi as well as two kind led x80 flower bar lights. This is all in my 5x5 Gorillia grow tent. It’s beautiful waking in and seeing how healthy these plants are now! They/we have been through a lot! I don’t think I’ll be harvesting anytime soon, I see some beefing up in them and the smell is just outrageous! Going great so far! Smell is very strong! And very sticky! Some time next week I’m planning to give them a little trim! Kind led lights are doing more than I expected! Very pleased how buds are filling in and the amount of trichomes! The yield so far I am happy with considering I thought at one point to chop them down and start over. But with great lights and help from mark at Dinafem these beauties have come around!

I finally see the light!! Well to be honest I have finally seen the light of lights! Lol kind led k5 xl1000 wifi has definitely won me over! I am happy with my yield considering the stress they have been through, I started advanced nutrients flawless finish and I will maybe run that one more time and than straight water after that. But we will see. The smell is outrageous! Smells really sweet and gasy! Sticky as hell to touch, buds seem dense as well. Like I said overall I’m very pleased so far on the out come! So this is my first grow I completely logged on grow diaries, it was fun and interesting too see all The likes and comments I got! I know this was a long grow, I did from seed to mother and than cloned them! I had a lot of downs and ups when it came to this grow, I ran into a few problems especially 2-3weeks of flowering I lost! So I’m totally happy with the quality and the amount I got from this harvest! Thank you Dinafem and Dinafem mark for your hard work to give us these wicked ass genetics! Kind led thank you for giving me this light to show the world how incredible this beauty of a light is!!
