10/23 -They just germinated, really quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. Going to take it easy on them taking care not to overwater. Im going to start watering with nutrients as soon as they get settled into their new environment. Once the first set of true leaves become more developed. 10/26 -Both plants are doing well and have settled into their new environment without issue. They are even leaves up loving life which makes me happy. Going to start nutrients at the beginning of week to at a 4.7 mL/gal concentration. Last (and current) grow I started with 2.5 mL/gal in week 2 and was seeing deficiencies leading up to week 4 and 5. Im hoping to mitigate that issue with a higher week 2 nutrient concentration. Otherwise both plants are looking great with no stretching which is what I really like to see. Im hoping for strong phenos.

10/30 -Both plants are doing really well and are even leaves up loving life. Love to see that at such an early age. Began feeding with 5 mL of both Grow A and B with great results. The plants really seem to be doing really well. Not going to FIM this time but im going to try much more extreme LST. I want to compare the results.

11/7 Both plants are doing really well. For some reason towards the end of week 2 my VEG solution must have gone bad and I didn't notice until after I watered. Consequently, CC#2 has some wierd burn on the first set of leaves. Flushed the medium with new solution which mitigated the issue. Both plants are leaves up loving life!!! 11/9 -Noticing some really weird coloring of the incoming leaves. Not sure what the issue is. I think im going to lower the pH of the solution into the 5.8 range. It's perplexing because only one plant is experiencing issues, and they get fed from the same water supply. Im definitely being overly cautious, as it's not really a problem right now. I hesitate to call this an issue because I saw something similar in my last grows. It just seems that the plant is growing too fast to actually keep up with its insane growth. Saw this in past grows, the early plants didn't look pretty but they grew just as fast and ended up yielding the same as their other type. Weird plant stuff aha. 11/10 -Holding off on the watering overnight seemed to mitigate the issue. Lucy (CC#2) seems to be bouncing back and deepening in color. Going to make new VEG solution today as I don't think the VEG nutrient concentrate is stable at pH's closer to 6.0. Going to lower the pH down to ~5.85 and see if the solution is stable for longer than 4 days. FLO solution on my other grow is completely stable at pH 6.0.

11/14 -Plants are recovering from the bad nutrient solution I fed them last week. Lowering of the pH was a good move, as it helped the plants absorb the nitrogen to gain a deeper green color. Pots are really heavy and I think the plants are at risk of root rot and overwatering, so im not watering until the pots feel lighter. -Going to start LST this week on CC#1, no FIM this grow cycle.

11/20 -Both plants were recovering nicely from the extreme stress I accidentally put them in two weeks prior. I, like a complete dumbass, overwatered the plants in the first two weeks and was seeing all sorts of overwatering issues. I lifted the pot and oh my goodness was it heavy. No wonder my plants were stressed they were living in a swamp. So I proceeded to not water until the pot felt like it did right before planting. Fast forward SIX days, and that whole time my plants were just absolutely thanking me for not continuing to be a dumbass. They responded in kind with explosive growth. -Im not going to FIM this grow cycle because I just am not convinced with autos it helps yields. I think the stress it causes in the end eats too much valuable time In VEG for the plant. Hoping these babies will yield big in 2 months.

11/27 -Both plants are doing just so healthy. THEY HAVE FINALLY GOTTEN OVER MY SCREW UP TWO WEEKS AGO. They have just been exploding in growth that I have not been seeing after FIMming my other grows. It seems that LST (for me) is the best option. There are already so many primary branches and branches branching from branches (such a mouth full). Going to do LST on the individual main cola branches to get even more branching. Have already started strategically defoliating fan leaves that are just completely covering new bud sites. I usually cut the fan leaves facing the middle of the pot, and leave the fan leaves at the periphery. This has yielded the best results for me.

12/8 -This weeks just been a blessing. Both plants are just exploding with growth which I always love to see. Im so far only seeing positives to not FIM'ing this go around. I want to keep the stress to an absolute minimum with this grow. Im going to do some more "strategic" defoliation to keep newer younger bud sites exposed to the light they want to badly. -I can tell the second major stretch is coming, and im going to be LST'ing everyday to keep the canopy consistent and bring out the younger, lower, newer growth up to the canopy before vegetative like growth seizes.

12/12 -Both plants are doing really well, and not FIM'ing them seemed to really allow for more rigorous growth. There are more than 5 main colas on each plant now, with their stems approaching the width of the main stalk, which is quite impressive to me. Ive had just an insanely busy past couple of weeks and I completely forgot to raise the lamp sequentially as the plants go through their explosive growth stages. As a result I got some moderate light burn throughout the canopy which I quickly remedied by raising the lamp to 20" above the canopy. This completely fixed the issue and some of the leaves that were burned are starting to heal. Ill probably trim them during my next defoliation batch which im planning on running later this week. There are just so many new leaves and many of them are shading out some other bud growth. I usually cut the newer fan leaves which are facing the middle of the pot to allow for the buds underneath to really get their fair share. Very excited with this grow!
