Minor setback, found two Special Queen main nugs with one twisted leaf each nug, carefully removed leaf to notice its budrot inside the nugs. Zipbag over the nugs, snip, toss rubber gloves, clean scissors, remove the sealed nugs out of the household. Did a thorough search across all the rest of the nugs but didn't notice anything implying the problem would have spread. Still taking my daily precautions looking thru the tent. These plants have maybe a week max to live, hoping to reach the finish line without much more trouble *knocks wood*. Nugs that I tossed away did weight 50g's together (wet weight) so the loss wasn't a huge one, gotta hope for no more botrytis!
Running only water from now on. No additives.
Causes for the budrot to show up during this run:
-Bad airflow below the fan, multiple nugs trying to fall on each other (see picture)
-High RH in late flower. My RuuviTag sensors tell me that RH has spiked 3 days ago when I first did the big flush reaching 63% max for couple hours then setting back to 60%
-Excessive flushing during late flower
16.11 Finally got my phone back, photo quality did improve massively! Took some pics all across the tent, enjoy :)
18.11 Just checked the trichomes on Peppermint kush, looks like its coming down at day 64!
Very nice scrog!! Job well done! π Everyone who thinks they are "scroging" should take example from here. Even canopy with HUGE buds. I love it π
@IDOSWED,
Haha thanks dude! There is always room for improvements, but im glad how well the scrog turned out! Way less work compared to just LST that's for sure!
@EZgrower, Welcome aboard, yeah there is quite some nugs in there, cant say anything about the harvest yet, still got weeks to come ;) Hoping for the best of course. Im a bong dude, cheers to you!
