Cuttings taken just before/after flipping the mother. Planted in Coco.
With a bit perlite.
Clones taken 1st and 7th of October,
Added some mykos and used cloning gel.
Finally replanted them into 1 gallon pots, bit overdue but they are loving it. Planted in Coco, with about 25% perlite and a scoop of worms castings.
Only got a T5 and an 18W led on them (for now) as there's no space in the veg cupboard for them. My plan is to move them back there once my other clones are moved to flower tent.
Moved them into the veg cupboard after making space, they should now have plenty of space to bush out.
Finishing up the nutes from last week now at full strength 820ppm (incl Recharge) which may be a bit high, will keep an eye on them over the next couple of days.
I also removed the CFL light I had in here and replaced one of the cobs with a Growmau 100W cob with white/blue LEDs and it seems to be putting out plenty of light (150W meanwell driver so combined these cobs are probably running at 80-90% output).
The girls are loving the new light
I installed last week (125w Kingbrite with Samsung lm301H 4000k).Seeing lots of new growth.
Topped them, defoliated and gave some heavy LST and HST, one of the fanleaves broke so I taped it up.
Planning to transplant to 3 gallon smart pots soon, busy buffering the Coco.
Repotting has really helped + the new Chinese quantum light, the girls grew 14cm since my last update. More heads have popped up after topping.
Leaves are looking healthy and long, longest leave measured at 19cm.
Added unsulphered blackstrap molasses to the feed.
5th week in flower and the flowers are now starting to expand. Much have happened since my last update. I installed a new 250W HPS light about 2 weeks ago to replace the one led light (which I since moved back to my veg space).
Pistils are forming beautifully and started to get bigger. I've been doing more LST and high stress which seems to strengthen and make the branches tricker. Can see the positive effect on the tree and flowers overall, especially with the HPS, she's living it..like a mini artificial sun in the tent 😀
Was easy to grow and manage, not too tall for a Sativa but do allow space during flower.responded well to LST and topping and HST. Definitely my favourite right now, though I do love my indicas.
