This is banana kush clone #1..
Shes was taken 2 weeks ago and her root system is actually thriving and since she took, we decided to transfer into 1 gl pot from solo cup which was smart because her root system is beautiful.
Looking forward to this study.
She will be 100% organic while her twin/clone will get the regular regimen we have been using which is mostly organic anyways.
Also, I'm going to be starting her on compost tea at an early age while #2 will only get as needed or only in preflowe/flower.
Today she was give. A tea that consists of molasses, worm castings, organic fish fertilizer, and rain water.
But other than that she just gets some PH 5.7 water.
This week she endured her first round of training. This is strange to me because we will have to adjust training when she is transplanted but in the end I'm fairly certain that she'll be agreeable as always when it is time to move her up.
She really only had water this week until today when I did give her some tea composed of worm castings/organic fish fertilizer/ black strap molasses/ and water.
Hopefully she enjoys the treat and blesses us with a healthy plant in return.
Nothing but love this week. A little training and of course we did change her lights because she was put into the nursery now that the lights are being switched to flower in the adult room.
Shes a happy healthy clone and today I did give her a nice taste of worm casting tea.
She was transplanted into a 3 gl pot and shes happy.
It's time for her to get some water but usually shes raised to the lights and beautiful.
Showing her sex so much that my husband checked the timer just in case.
Forget to add,
When she was transplanted into her 3 gl pot. She got the same potting mix as her sisters with an extra 3 T of bat guano added.
I am testing the bat on this then the sea bird guano on the next batch to find out if it helps, hurts, or had no effect on the outcome at all.
Anyway, soon she'll be sent into flower because I can't even imagine her getting any bigger than her mom. I'll be out of space.
Easy week, just trained and fed a little but she's happy with just a good clear water PH range from 6.5 to 6.8.
Otherwise, we're just waiting to send them into flower so they must veg out for a bit longer :(
Lights change this week so shell be stretching sooner than later.
We want our grow space cleared our b4 the summer so were sending everything in now and we will be expanding our grow family into a SOG.
1/9/20
Other than having her lights switched to 12/12 and being sent into the flower room where she'll be one of many in a SOG setting, it's been a very uneventful week.
I did add the bug bud, bud candy, and flower fuel to her diet as I'm slowly removing the Nitrogen and cal-mag.
Her mother plant didn't experience any type of deficiency with just the organic nutrients in flower phase so she should be fine as well.
1/18/20
Same old same old kind of week for her.
She had a very rich casting tea on 1/16 and she seems to have loved it.
I had not tried defoliation yet and wasn't rushing to do so until my biggest bud on one of my bigger plants actually ended up with a little bud rot.
So everyone is getting hair cuts because this high humidity isnt getting better even with the dehumidifier and fans.
So no more growing to be sure so I'm assuming that nows the time for her buds to fatten and finish.
She didn't vege for long and honestly, it's not in her nature/phenotype to produce long colas, so her little balls of love will be much like her moms (sticky and potent).
There's something to be said about those tight little fresh balls. When you break into it, that smell is always the best.
