Another exciting mystery test strain from Fastbuds. This one is labelled as FBT011 Will be growing it in a pot filled with peat , potting mix and 2 cups of Mr B's Green trees Growth mix and some of their Azospirillum concentrate.

First full week of growth over for this little FBT 11 tester . It looks fine to me and is enjoying the warmer weather we are having now. I wonder how long she'll veg for?

Legs Eleven is a little smaller than her number 1 counterpart however I'm hoping it'll start to take off once the roots hit the enriched soil . until next week folks

Well here we are at the start of another week and the official start to our summer. To alleviate any stress caused from the coming very hot weather I gave the plants a drink of a special mix I made up from Worm castings, seaweed and Azospririllum .

Another week down for FBT 11 everything seems fine , no dramas I can see , looking forward to when they start flowering so Ive got something to report Anyway thanks for stopping by 👍

FBT011 is about to begin flowering , probably within the next 7 days . I took two small cuttings in an attempt to clone it not sure how they'll go but if they take I'll try some STS solution on them and make some feminised pollen. Only fed water this week . Thankyou for checking out my update 👍

So fastbuds have informed me that FBT011 is indeed Northern Lights which is a classic strain from the Early nineties. Whilst ive grown the Northern lights genetics before I am still excited to see how this one comes out . The two cuttings I took are still alive with one looking like it may be take and the other looks a little worse for wear. To clarify any misconceptions about Auto cuttings, they Can be rooted (but its sometimes trickier to get them to) but they Cannot be revegged and grown like a regular photo period variety can. However if your quick enough to apply colloidal silver or a sodium thiosulfate solution to a freshly rooted clone you can reverse it and get feminised pollen. This is what I'll attempt if they root. FBT011 Northern Lights From Fastbuds 2nd week of flowering 29th December 2019 Well she's shot up a bit since last weeks update and now sits at 54cm from soil to tip. No noticeable aroma as of yet but there is some resin as the buds feel slightly sticky when gently rubbed. I fed her some Mr B's Green trees Bloom mix and a 1/4 tspoon of Great white. *******As a side note the two cuttings I took have definately taken as they have both started to show their preflowers and have some tiny new growth. So I mmediately sprayed with my STS Reversing Spray ******* Cheers for looking in and I'll be back next week in 2020.

FASTBUDS Northern Lights Auto 5th Jan 2020 3rd week of Flowering Completed. Hi all the tester number 11 is doing well, has a very nice bouquet developing and is starting to glisten with trichome coverage. Only fed with water last week and will do same again for this week. Thanks for looking in 👍

Fast Buds Originals Northern Lights 4th week of flowering completed 12th Jan 2020 Well this is a lovely plant as far as trichome development and aroma goes. She has a really nice sweet yet skunky smell and the buds feel like silk to touch but leave your fingers as sticky as honey. I wont get a big yield off her but as far as quality goes this variety has it in spades. I believe that with some proper training in the right hands (not mine lol) this variety could be a winner winner chicken dinner!! Can't wait to have a toke of some of this northern lights goodness. 💪👌

Fast Buds Originals Northern Lights 5 weeks of flowering completed 19th Jan 2020 So the Bloody top bent over and snapped! 😱 😂 oh well Shit Happens 💩 Any way I gave the top bud a chance to keep growing but the damage done to the stem was too much and I ended up cutting it off and I'm currently Drying it . It was a fairly resinous bud, but I'd say the stem was weak rather than the bud was too heavy. Overall tho this plant is producing some seriously frosty buds and the smell is Incredible 😍 Hats off to Fastbuds for this one 🙏 Thankyou for checking out my diary and I'll be back next week.

Fast Buds Originals Northern Lights Auto 6 weeks of flowering completed 24th Jan 2020 Ive chopped this girl down and she is now drying . The trichomes were full cloudy with around 10% amber . This won't yield much for me due to the main cola breaking a week ago. However this is one really Frosty strain that could be done to perfection in a more stable environment. I shall pop up the harvest update as soon as the buds are dried.

Fast Buds Originals Northern Lights Auto formely known as FBT011 is Officially Harvested 26th Jan 2020 Well that concludes my Diary on the new fast bud variety Northern lights auto , I enjoyed these testers as I got to grow out several different sativa dominant varieties all in one go. 😀 I'd like to thank Heather @ FastBuds for giving me the oppurtunity to test them and all the guys and gals who followed and liked my diary updates. *** Now a quick word on the plant itself***** I am very happy with the quality of this girls harvest , it is quite potent and relaxing and will be handy as an evening go to smoke. I could of got more yield by utilising training techniques such as LST or topping etc , but because they were testers I thought I should probably grow them in their natural shape in an all organic environment outdoors to document that style of grow. Also the main cola bent over and snapped off the plant resulting in the loss of half my expected yield . But as I'm sure you are all aware , Shit happens 😁 Grey_Wolf 1.26.20
