Other than the deficiency from bad shown at the bottom your plant looks really healthy I would just cut the leaves at the bottom showing issues because whatever damage has been done can't be reversed, plus the bottom half is useless in flower unless you want some popcorn nugs too. Good luck with the rest of your grow.
