Another great week even though temps in the grow room remain considerably lower than I would like, girls seem to be taking it in stride! π
These genetics are wonderful so far, really nice to work with and growing considerably faster than I would expect given the temps/VPD I have been struggling with. Was plenty of work on Christmas Eve getting these girls ready for their first 12hr darkness but excited to see how they progress into flower! π
@PharmaZ, definitely some different definitions of soilless out there so I'm sure the mix is considered soil to some folks lol. All I go by is that as a horticulture major this mix is what we use at our university and the definitions I have encountered in my schooling place it as a soilless medium.
Water consumption definitely has been lower than I would like but temps are suboptimal in my room right now so it's understandable. Roughly 3-4L per plant every second day is what they're able to consume at the current VPD (hopefully get it up into flower now); I'm guessing coco would be consuming 3-4L per plant per day so would maybe need to halve the amount of nutrients added to the water.
@Wobblandy, Ive learned something new today :)
Itβs hard to get my head round though. Ok now can you answer my question about watering your soilless mix is it everyday, 2,3... once per week? How much water do you use per pot? TaβοΈ
@Mr_Weeds_Autos, Thanks a lot! Climate isn't exactly as I would like but should have things sorted real soon and plants don't seem to mind in the meantime. π
@raptor65, thanks bud! Going well just topped earlier today, will post an update tomorrow. Interesting to see some different phenos expressing quite noticeably.
Have u tried just spraying your walls with water,, very simple but very affecting and helps the plants out loads and aways feed when the lights come on just so there's more Warter in the environment... Blueboy UK.... Good luck all the best
@Blueboy2019, definitely don't want more water in the environment lol I'm working to lower the humidity actually! π but yep water at lights on is standard practice for a number of reasons, thanks. πβοΈ
